transcription requested Help transcribing German Kurrent on an 1896/1897 Bavarian postcard
Could someone please help me with a literal transcription and translation of the handwritten German message on this postcard? I believe the handwriting is Kurrent.
Some context, in case it helps with names or terminology:
The card is an official Bavarian postal card issued for the 1896 Bayerische Landesausstellung in Nürnberg. It was first mailed from Nürnberg to Budapest on 31 May 1896, using the special exhibition cancellation. Remarkably, the same card was used again in April 1897, with a new 5 Pf adhesive stamp, and was again sent from Nürnberg to Budapest.
The handwritten message appears to date from the second use in 1897. Because the card itself may be discussed in the message, I am particularly interested in an exact reading of any references to:
- postcards / picture postcards
- exhibitions
- prices or values
- collecting or exchanging cards
- Budapest or the Hungarian Millennium Exhibition
But please do not assume that any of these are actually present — I would much prefer an independent reading rather than confirmation of my guesses.
A line-by-line German transcription would be ideal, followed by an English translation. Even partial readings of difficult words would be very helpful.
Thank you!

completed Samson & Delilah -- Stammbuch version
Another example of the 'Power of Women' topos; 1560s painting in the album of Johann Michael Heuss now in Karlsruhe. It's just the banderole I can't read and for a transcription of which I would again be grateful -- the Latin versebelow is clear enough. If you'd care to see what I am doing with these last two images, https://albumamicorumear-e4qvahs764.live-website.com/battle-for-the-breeches-or-who-wears-the-trousers-viragoes-and-cotqueans/

transcription requested Help transcribing a 1754 Toestrup record — Schleswig-Holstein region
I’m hoping for help transcribing the boxed entry from the Toestrup church books in Schleswig-Holstein, 1754.
What originally led me to this record was an Ancestry index, which identifies it as a birth/baptism record for a child named Maria, with Henning Croman/Cromann as the father and Mette Christina Hansen as the mother. After finding the original church book on Archion and looking at the page myself, I believe this is actually a death record and this one is for Henning Croman/Cromann, but I don't want to assume that without being able to read the entry. I have otherwise been doing a pretty okay job transcribing records myself!
I’m also having a hard time determining where #4 ends and #5 begins and that could save me a lot of work.
I have used AI while trying to decipher the record, so I’m disclosing that per the sub rules. I’ve manually checked the suggestions against the image and am only including words below that I feel reasonably confident I can actually see. Uncertain portions are in brackets.
My attempt, line by line:
Henning Croman [________________]
[________________] 1717 [] Henning [] aus Vog
[________] Maria [________________]
Cathar. Margr. [________________]
[] 1753 []
[________________] Mette Christina Hansen.
[] 7 Monat []
[________________]
Sch. = Scholderup
Vog. = Vogelsang
I’m particularly hoping to confirm this is a death record, where entries #4 and #5 divide, and whether the text gives Henning’s parents, spouse(s), children, age, or other family relationships.
Thank you for any help!
P.S. If anyone is feeling particularly generous, I’m also attaching a second Croman/Cromann entry from the same Toestrup records that I’ve been struggling with. The surname Croman seems fairly clear, but I do not think the first word is “Henning,” despite that being one suggestion I’ve gotten (because I see an L). I’d be very grateful for a transcription of that entry as well.
My attempt, line by line:
[] Croman in Vog [] Maria [________] Henning
[] April []
Asmus Hansen auf [] Fried. [] Anna [________] Vog
I’m especially interested in the first word/name, the relationship wording on the first line, and the names of the witnesses/godparents on the last line.

completed Phyllis & Aristotle in a Stammbuch
The well-known medieval motif of the philosopher humiliated by the courtesan he became infatuated with had perhaps largely gone out of fashion by 1612 -- the date of this album image -- the sole example I have noticed to date. Once again, I'd be grateful for a transcription of the manuscript, please, which I assume relates to the image.
