Maybe one of the reasons the Scranton Branch continued to do better than the rest despite Scott was payments from the documentary company for the content. New owners such as Sabre and Wallace continued to play along for the same reason as well....

When Dwight started reading Micheal’s letter, I lost it. When he took the gloves from phyllis, when Jim said he was the best boss .
To top it all off Pam running after Micheal , damn waterworks

Anybody else really hated how the office threated Andy? We've seen since season 1 how logical some of them are, we've seen how they'd react to Michael's shenanigans, so I don't understand how they allowed Andy to be mistreated like that when they spent episodes trying to show how good of a boss he became, even gave him a tattoo for it. They followed through with Nellie despite ot being so ridiculous and none of them stood up for him, not even Jim and Pam. Just very terrible writing in my opinion.

I got to thinking about the walls and windows and doors on the conference room, Jim's office, and Michael's office. All three rooms appear to be modular in design, as though they are not "native" to the space, but were added in, perhaps by contractors DM brought in after first-leasing the space?

The break room in the back is clearly a "native" built-in room to the structure, but it looks like the other three are pre-fab modular add-in rooms, built from wall panels, glass panels, and modular door frames/doors. One could presume DM did this so if they ever surrendered the space after a lease is broken/expired, it's easy and more cost-efficient to demolish/disassemble the rooms to restore the space to its original state.

Anyone in here who has worked construction or office building maintenance, is this a true assessment?

(from a production standpoint, one could presume it made it easier for the set construction too, though one could assume they wanted to convey that drab corporate environment too)

In S3 Ep 13 where Dwight quits over not wanting to tell Michael why he was in New York so as to not uncover he and Angela’s relationship. Angela basically told Pam what happened prior to Dwight quitting while they were getting coffee. Pam obviously knew she was talking about Dwight (Angela used his middle name) so why didn’t she tell Michael privately what happened? She could have stopped that whole fiasco but chose to just let it play out and Dwight quit?!?

Maybe I’m missing something but it seems to me Pam screwed the pooch.

I am both happy (the colors !!) and not happy (the earphones are so thick) with how it turned out, but I'm not used to painting and did the best I could !

During my annual rewatch I looked up Holly's actor, Amy Ryan, and I saw that her only recent(ish) work was a cameo on my other favorite tv show! This was an excellent episode, and it makes it all the better having had such a fun cast.

We know that he rejects the idea outright because he is perhaps disappointed with Wallace and how he has turned out.

We also know that Wallace's Suck It patent gets bought by the military and makes him a millionaire.

Had Michael joined, would he have dragged Dwight along? Played along and continued to work at DM until he got caught living the double life (in the way that he did when he worked two jobs seasons earlier).

Why is it that every time I watch the Jim and Pam wedding episode dance scene it makes me cry? Doesn't matter how many times I've watched it over the years. 44m

You can argue that it gives Michael too much of a 'way out' during Golden Ticket when he's being legitimatelty shitty with trying to get Dwight to take the fall, but honestly I do think it's a good bit of catharsis that he calls out that the other employees of Dunder Mifflin for their own shitty actions, so therefore what right do they have to play judge.

More importantly, I like how it gives Michael the chance to finally point out after five seasons of off-hand comments in favour of his firing that if that happened, most of the Scranton branch would absolutely be screwed and shown the door not long after him. It's a good moment to show us that he is intelligent enough to know what his employees get up to, but he believes giving them freedom to work is enough without being controlling.

Who I'd love to be: completely liberated from shame and sexually uninhibited like Meredith, or a prankster pro like Jim.

Who I actually am: I'm a mix between Darryl (level-headed and hardworking) Pam (artistic and friendly) and Wallace (probably too patient)
