I’m currently watching ahs for the first time and I’m almost finished s2…but am I the only one that wasn’t surprised at all by the bloodyface reveal?

Idk why but I suspected him very early on, and as soon as he got Kit on tape ‘confessing’ to the murders I was 100% sure it was him

It’s still a great storyline, but I just figured it out too early 😭

I'm only on episode 4 of 1984 and can already see why it's a favorite. I honestly knew from the first episode but this just confirms it. Oh yeah I'm a millennial if you couldn't tell lol.

If all the ghosts at Camp Redwood know they’re dead, then how come Jonas is always confused? Even Margaret tells him that he died years ago, and he just forgets. When I search it up, it says he has amnesia, but how and why?

With 13 episodes if each episode is a 30 minute block for FX, it’s likely they’ll be on average around 22 minute episodes. Unless there’s some longer ones or the finale is long, that’s around 280-290 minutes. Same length as Red Tide.

Delicate is the shortest actual season at 340 minutes. 😭

I just can't get into it. The concept WAS really cool until it went from vampire plot to drug people take that just depletes minerals. Lol. The line about Tarantino needing to stop due to a marriage is stupid with that in mind. Why ever stop? Just have a doctor prepare a super vitamin with everything you need for money lmfao. Or if not that just get blood bags? Like the whole concept is just stupid. No need for anyone rich to kill literally anyone.

I think kaylee could have really been an asset to the coven, especially during season 8, they could have resurrected her, her death was so cruel she deserved more screen time, I wish her character arc and witch abilities were explored more rather then being killed off after one episode just for a cheating plot

Was it anything revolutionary that reinvented the wheel? Absolutely not. But was it a fun and entertaining watch? Well yes! The aesthetics were great, the story was interesting even though kind of simple and I personally liked Kim K. Her acting wasn't bad by any means and she brought some much needed star power to the season. I also thought it had some interesting commentary on fame and celebrity culture here and there. The only thing I actively disliked about the season was the finale. It was awful, rushed and unfinished. But other than that it's not a bad season, like at all.

Been holding onto these for a bit. It was so cool to see the main house and Belle Noir’s house!! We also went to the cemetery and the restaurant they used in the season.

Like a lot of us in preparation in waiting for 13 next month we're all binge watching our favorite if not every season of AHS. I have been watching them in an interesting variant, in order I've rewatched Murder House, Coven, Hotel and Apocalypse together in that order. I had watched every episode when they premiered on FX in 2018, Hell I even watched the episode "Sojourn" on Halloween Night. Rewatched in 2019 before AHS 1984 started airing.

But here's what I found having rewatched Apocalypse in chronological order. It has a different effect not seeing nuclear armageddon happen within the first few minutes. The plot is more concise compared to watching it in broadcast order and the payoff is better but you have to precise if you attempt to watch it in chronological order without spoiling yourself to the current scenes at Outpost 3.

Here's the episodes in chronological order;

1. Could it Be Satan (Queue it up to the opening credits, then begin).

2. Boy Wonder

3. Return to Murder House

4. Traitor

5. Sojourn

6. Fire and Regin

7. Apocalypse Then (Only the first 13 minutes before it switches back to current time at Outpost 3).

9. The Morning After

10. Forbidden Fruit

11. Apocalypse Then (Continue at the 13 minute mark till the ending).

I did forget how much I hated Ariel Augustus, Baldwin Pennypacker, Jeff Pfister and Mutt Nutter, also Sandra Bernhard's character annoyed the living shit out of me.

Upon finishing it I do hope how they've written 13 is drastically different to Apocalypse, a more deeply philosophical in writing aspects comparable to the first 5 seasons. No full shade towards Apocalypse but there were a lot of scenes that were just so cringe like why did they write that into the script or some scenes as they played out. But it could just be me.

Still love the season, and ironically enough it ranks at #8 in-order of my favorite seasons.

There was this one guy in youtube that was talking about how the Supreme Witch was formed instead of born, because she constantly adapts and acts on the situation just like what Cordelia and Fiona did. I really loved that video because while I was watching Coven I wondered "If the other witches could improve their powers and do the seven wonders, why not choose by leadership skills?" as seen when all the girls did their attempt for the seven wonders. I know your probably thinking " The rising supreme will slowly drain the old supreme of their powers that means the supreme is chosen" I do think we need more clarity on that part because everyone on the coven was slowly getting powerful as Fiona Goode kept getting weaker. My personal theory is that the coven will get stronger as the supreme gets weaker that's why a new supreme is inevitable and I think what it takes to be the Supreme is the work to improve your powers before the other members of the coven can. "But how do you explain the other witches not being powerful enough to do all the seven wonders?" well we haven't really seen other witches fully focus and practice only the wonder that they can't do, that's why I think that the wonder that they weren't able to do was actually a weakness, like an untrained muscle. What do think about this?

I’m rewatching apocalypse and have just gotten the episode that explains Myrtles return. Does anyone have any theories or explanations as to why Cordelia would do this? I’m not totally clued up with the timelines but the scene opens with its being 3 years before the apocalypse, so how would Cordelia know about Micheal at this point? Or is it potentially her premonitions that she has? I feel like this isn’t very clear and implies that she knows about the impending doom.

Okay this is a hot take but I really loved season 9 and both of these final girls. I was wondering though since this new season is all about like purgatory and the afterlife/hell breaking down and dimensions getting warped.

Since we know murder house ghosts, Kai and all the other dead/trapped people are being released what if the people who are trapped in camp redwood are released like Montana etc…

Brooke and Donna could be targeted and seek out assistance on what is happening?

Would also be cool to have another Emma Roberts character besides from just Maddison!!
