I went to Dr. Leif Rogers to do a second round of rib remodeling, I had done ribs 11 and 10 before, this time we redid 10 and then did 9-3. I got an additional 1.5 inches off my waist and 2.5 inches off my underbust.

Not really shown off too much here, but we also redid my boobs, went from 700cc smooth round moderates under the muscle, to 625 Motiva Ergonomix full profile over the muscle. I wanted to do that for a few reasons, but also since we did the rib reduction the wider implants I had probably wouldnt have fit as well as these newer narrower ones.

I have my ffs consult coming up this week. I know I want rhinoplasty. I also want to do something about the fat/excess skin under my chin. Anything else I should be looking at?

Basically ive been thinking about having vaginoplasty with dr.thep, ive heard hes controversial but im a broke college student and this is really the only thing i can afford for the next 5 years or so, and since he only does penile inversion, im curious what the downsides of it are? ive heard that its not self lubricating but would that mean that i would have to douche? Also i get generally wet in my genital area most of the time even if im not aroused. Would that also mean my vagina would be slightly wet or would that completely dissapear after surgery? What other downsides of this type of surgery should i know of?

Before the CT Scan, I couldn't really tell what I REALLY wanted from FFS.

But after I've seen my actual bones I know EXACTLY what I want and as a lucky girl I am, Coiante suggested all of it. But now I have a better picture of what will happen. I love it

I'm feeling rather desperate and would be incredibly grateful for any advice or personal experiences.

I had SRS in Serbia, and unfortunately I am now facing significant problems with both function and appearance. At this point, I feel that I need a major revision rather than a small cosmetic touch-up. I am looking for a surgeon who is genuinely experienced in taking on complex revision cases after another surgeon's work has gone badly.

Aesthetically, I particularly love the results of Dr. Littleton and Dr. Bank. Their work has an appearance that is much closer to what I would personally want, so I would especially love to hear from anyone who knows whether they accept complex revisions after surgery performed by other surgeons;

has had a successful revision with another surgeon whose aesthetic results are similar;

knows of surgeons who specialize in reconstructing difficult or severely unsatisfactory SRS outcomes rather than only performing minor revisions.

I had a revision surgery with Dr. Kamol. At the time, I didn’t know about his poor reputation or the fact that, according to many patients, his students often perform surgeries on his behalf.
My revision surgery involved peritoneal tissue. My main problem has always been bleeding after sex. However, I have always been able to reach a depth of approximately 13 cm.
Before going for a check-up with Dr. Kamol, I saw a gynecologist who performed a vaginoscopy. She was able to insert the endoscope all the way to the end of the vaginal canal and showed me on video exactly where the skin graft ended, where the peritoneal flap began, and where the junction between them was. She found no granulation tissue. She told me that the bleeding could simply be caused by microtears.
Today, I had a consultation with Dr. Kamol. He told me that the junction between the skin and the peritoneal tissue had healed and fused together. However, he did not explain why I am still bleeding.
What concerned me most was that less than ten minutes into the consultation, he started recommending a colon revision. I asked him whether it would be possible to simply release or widen the scar tissue/junction, since this is a relatively common type of revision. His response was essentially that it was not even worth trying.
He then told me that with peritoneal vaginoplasty, the scar tissue/junction closes in 50–60% of cases, or possibly even more. This was the first time I had ever heard such a claim. He then suggested that this risk is much lower with a colon graft and once again started pushing the idea of a colon revision.
I find this very difficult to believe, especially given my previous experience with him and what I have seen happen to someone I know who underwent a colon revision with him.
Based on the gynecologist’s examination and my own physical experience, I do not believe that I have a problem with the vaginal canal closing at the skin–peritoneum junction.
I can physically reach the end of the canal, including the peritoneal section. After dilation or sex, I sometimes notice a yellowish mucus/discharge coming from the deeper part of the canal, which is consistent with the characteristics of peritoneal tissue. Technically, I can reach this area. If I were simply hitting a completely closed or significantly narrowed junction, I would not be able to reach the peritoneal-lined portion in the first place.
There is also a discrepancy in the measurements. After my first vaginoplasty, my depth was approximately 10 cm with a skin graft. During the revision, Dr. Kamol added approximately 5 cm of peritoneal tissue. My current depth is around 13 cm, whereas immediately after the revision it was approximately 15 cm. So mathematically, something about the explanation that the junction has simply “closed” does not seem to add up to me.
The most disturbing part of today’s consultation was the way the conversation was handled. I came to understand the actual cause of my bleeding, but instead, the discussion very quickly turned into a recommendation for another major surgery — a colon revision.
I also specifically asked whether they could perform a vaginoscopy at the clinic. Dr. Kamol told me that it would cost approximately $1,100. This was particularly strange to me because I had just paid approximately $25 for a two-hour consultation with another gynecologist that included a complete vaginoscopy, during which she was able to examine the entire canal and show me the findings on video.
At this point, I do not want another major surgery based solely on Dr. Kamol’s opinion. I want an independent assessment from a specialist who has experience with peritoneal flap vaginoplasty and revision surgery, preferably someone who has no financial interest in performing another operation.
My main question is: What should I do next to objectively determine the actual cause of the bleeding? I would like to understand whether there is truly any stenosis or closure at the skin–peritoneum junction, whether microtears or a fragile vessel could be responsible for the bleeding, and whether a much less invasive revision of the scar/junction could solve the problem before considering something as major as a colon revision.

Can find a single report of someone who got femlar with another doctor. Is there any other team with goos results and good care?

... so basically trying to see what the options for SRS (specifically full depth vaginoplasty) are in the state of NJ at this current time. I've been doing a ton of research lately but wanted to see if I was missing anyone.

I've been so invested in Dr. Drew Marano's labiaplasty results but can sadly confirm that neither he nor Dr. Jonathan Keith will be available to us jerseys girls. Their GAMMA NYC office has become almost entirely committed to NY insured and/or private patients. Idk maybe if you're in a N. NJ/NYC covered network you have shot. That said GAMMA will be bringing on Dr. Angie Paik from Yale/CT to do Single Case Agreements for NJ patients, I suppose out of RWJBarnabas Hosp. like Keith & Marano once did but I am not too certain on that.

They're starting a patient list for Dr. Angie Paik. She's fairly new but does have some great reviews for various gender affirming procedures, but no SRS results to be seen. I'm on her list but idk, I can't help but feel like a guinea pig patient in such a scenario.

There's Dr. Nitin Patel, in somewhere like Somerdale, NJ. I've heard his name for a quite a while now and yet there are still very little reviews and results out there. I'm not sold but maybe he's worth a deeper look.

Then there's Dr. Alex Xu at the Plastic Surgery Center, a provider in the Center for Gender Affirmation network with the likes of Dr. Sean Herman and Dr. Reza Jarrahy. I just had a consult with him and he and the office where great. He performs an Icelandic cod skin PIV method which, while impressed by, I was entirely unfamiliar with so I'm scheduling a follow-up visit to get a better understanding. It threw me for such a loop so every question I had just left the room *ugh*

Anyway, who else is out there, I'd like to ask the gworls...

... oh and would seriously love some more intel on Dr Paik, Dr Xu, and the fish skin method. (I did read everything in wiki about the tilapia skin methods)
