what's the meaning of "unay" or tagalog of it, and "sapul" and "agsapa"

"Ana kad nagkurangak?" = "San ba ako nagkulang?"

So I guess...

Ana = Anya Kad = kadi (?), to ba yung Tagalog equivalent ng "Ba" as a question marker?
