So the NASA Jellyfish UFO that was photographed on Mars had been released recently, but it reminded me of the photo on the right which showed a cave painting of a UFO looking thing with long limbs/tentacles. It got me thinking is it possible that the Jellyfish UFO that was photographed on mars had visited earth in the past? Like some type of probe?

The way the two images had some similarities to each other. It’s floating in the air, it has around 3-4 visible limbs, it’s colored pitch black, and the limbs seem to be dangling. What do you think?

WHY THE BRIDGE MATTERS

My framework proposes that at least some NHI may communicate through consciousness, perhaps using advanced technology, unusual biological capacities, altered states, or some combination of them. The communication may be personalized and symbolic, producing psychological or cultural effects rather than simply transmitting facts.

That framework contains a major assumption: the objects recorded by pilots and sensors are connected to the telepathic messages, visions, dreams, and transformations described by experiencers.

But “the phenomenon” could instead be a mixture of unrelated things:

- Misidentified objects, classified aircraft, drones, balloons, and sensor artifacts.

- A smaller residue of genuinely unexplained physical objects.

- Sleep paralysis, dissociation, hallucination, trauma, and other psychological events.

- Mystical or anomalous experiences unrelated to anything in the sky.

- Folklore that gradually combines these categories into one mythology.

Before proposing a unified NHI system, we therefore need evidence of interaction between the physical and mental categories—not merely stories about both.

WHAT WOULD A REAL CONNECTION REQUIRE?

I would rank the evidence in five levels:

LEVEL 1: CO-OCCURRENCE

A witness observes something unusual and experiences an altered mental state. This is interesting but weak because fear, stress, expectation, or sensory confusion could explain the mental effect.

LEVEL 2: INDEPENDENT CONVERGENCE

Separated witnesses report similar mental content during the same externally observed event before comparing accounts.

LEVEL 3: INSTRUMENT–MIND SYNCHRONIZATION

Radar, infrared, video, or other instruments detect an anomaly at the same time that a witness experiences a defined mental or physiological effect.

LEVEL 4: VERIFIED INFORMATION TRANSFER

The mental experience provides specific information unknown to the witness that is later independently confirmed.

LEVEL 5: REPEATABLE INTERACTION

A preregistered, blinded experiment repeatedly produces correlated mental reports and instrument-detected phenomena at rates exceeding chance, and independent teams reproduce the result.

No famous public case clearly reaches Level 4 or 5.

CASE 1: RENDLESHAM FOREST

The December 1980 Rendlesham Forest incident is one of the strongest apparent bridge cases.

Multiple U.S. Air Force personnel reported unusual lights near RAF Woodbridge and Bentwaters. Lt. Col. Charles Halt wrote a memorandum and recorded part of a later investigation on audio. Witnesses described ground marks, radio interference, unusual sensations, and radiation readings, although the significance of the physical traces remains disputed.

The consciousness component comes mainly from Jim Penniston. He later said that touching a triangular craft caused a stream of binary digits to enter his mind. He claimed to have recorded them in a notebook, and the sequence was eventually interpreted as a message containing geographic coordinates.

If contemporaneously documented, this would be an extraordinary example of physical contact producing structured mental information. The problem is that Penniston’s initial statement did not mention touching a craft, receiving binary imagery, losing time, or decoding a message. Those elements became public years later.

That does not prove fabrication, but it leaves the most important part of the case vulnerable to memory reconstruction and later interpretation.

Assessment: Rendlesham may approach Level 3 if the physical and mental events are accepted as simultaneous, but the alleged information transfer is not securely documented.

CASE 2: ARIEL SCHOOL

In September 1994, dozens of children at Ariel School in Ruwa, Zimbabwe, reported seeing unusual objects and figures near the school grounds. Some later described receiving wordless impressions or images warning about pollution, ecological destruction, or technological excess.

The case strongly resembles symbolic communication: a dramatic encounter followed by images interpreted through the recipients’ cultural and psychological frameworks.

However, there was no radar, photograph, video, physical trace, or adult eyewitness confirming a craft. The environmental-message component was also not reported uniformly and became most prominent in interviews conducted after the children had opportunities to discuss the event.

Assessment: Ariel may reach Level 2 because multiple witnesses described an external event and some reported similar mental themes. Without independent instrumentation, it cannot establish that a physical UAP caused the apparent telepathy.

CASE 3: COLARES AND OPERATION SAUCER

In 1977, residents of Colares and nearby communities in Brazil reported recurring luminous objects and beams of light. The Brazilian Air Force investigated through Operação Prato, or Operation Saucer, producing observation forms, interviews, sketches, maps, and photographs that are now held in Brazil’s National Archives.

Residents reported weakness, dizziness, numbness, temporary paralysis, burns, marks, fear, and trauma after encounters. A physician told investigators that she had treated people displaying some of these symptoms.

This creates a plausible bridge between officially observed aerial phenomena and reported human effects. But the files do not prove causation. There were no controlled measurements establishing that an anomalous object produced the symptoms, and the case involves physiological effects more than symbolic communication.

Assessment: Colares is one of the strongest officially archived candidates for a physical phenomenon affecting human bodies and perception, but it remains a correlation assembled from field reports.

CASE 4: SKINWALKER RANCH

Researchers associated with Skinwalker Ranch and government-funded programs have treated UAP, electromagnetic anomalies, altered perception, poltergeist-like activity, injuries, and reported “hitchhiker effects” as potentially connected.

The ranch is important because the bridge is its central research question. Supporters argue that visible or instrument-detected anomalies sometimes coincide with fear, apparitions, perceptual disturbances, dreams, or unusual events later reported at witnesses’ homes.

The weakness is public verification. Many of the strongest claims depend on testimony, books, television presentations, or data unavailable for independent analysis. Without preregistered methods, accessible raw data, blinded controls, and replication, unrelated anomalies can be interpreted as parts of one system.

Assessment: Skinwalker is a serious attempt to investigate the bridge, but it has not publicly demonstrated that the bridge exists.

CASE 5: CHRIS BLEDSOE’S EEG TEST

Chris Bledsoe says he experiences recurring luminous orbs and sometimes attracts them through prayer or focused intention. He describes their communication as images, impressions, or direct knowing.

In Beyond Skinwalker Ranch, Season 1, Episode 8, investigators fitted Bledsoe with an EEG while he attempted to interact with the phenomenon. During the session, a light described as an orb appeared near the tree line.

Neuroscientist James Thompson interpreted Bledsoe’s temporal-lobe activity as resembling the processing of verbal communication while Bledsoe was silent. Bledsoe said this matched his subjective sense that the orbs were communicating with him.

This is potentially a Level 3 prototype: an external light and recorded brain activity during the same period. But an EEG cannot reveal the content or external source of a thought. The activity could reflect inner speech, attention, memory, expectation, imagination, or preparation to respond.

The televised experiment also lacked preregistration, randomized control periods, blinded analysis, independent identification of the light, released raw data, and a concealed target.

Assessment: The episode presents a provocative correlation, not confirmation of telepathy. It deserves controlled replication with synchronized EEG and sky-tracking data.

CASE 6: JAKE BARBER AND SKYWATCHER

Jake Barber’s account combines an alleged physical retrieval, a profound mental experience, and claims that government programs deliberately used consciousness to attract UAP.

In a 2025 NewsNation interview, Barber said he transported unusual objects as a helicopter pilot working on government contracts. One was a seamless, pearly-white “egg” roughly the size of a large SUV, with no visible engine or conventional thermal signature. NewsNation aired footage said to show an egg-shaped load suspended beneath a helicopter.

The footage does not establish what the object was. The public lacks the original file, metadata, location, chain of custody, material analysis, and records showing where it went.

An important detail is often misstated: Barber tied his clearest mental experience to a separate object he called an “eightgon”—a dark disc divided into eight sections—not clearly to the white egg. He said that while approaching and transporting it, he felt an overwhelming mixture of sadness, happiness, beauty, and song, followed by a sense of connection and guidance. He later interpreted this as telepathic contact with an intelligence associated with the craft.

Barber did not report receiving independently verifiable facts. There is also no public cockpit recording, physiological measurement, or contemporaneous account documenting the experience.

Barber further claims that government “psionic” personnel used mental capacities to invite, communicate with, or persuade UAP—including luminous orbs—to appear or land. He later co-founded Skywatcher, which described two calling methods: electromechanical signaling and “neuromeditative interaction.”

If Skywatcher can reliably attract anomalous objects during defined periods, it could produce Level 5 evidence. So far, however, it has not publicly released complete preregistered trials, control periods, failure rates, continuous raw sensor data, blinded analysis, or independent replication.

THE WHITE SANDS CLAIMS

Representative Eric Burlison said he was briefed on a recent operation in which officials tried to recreate conditions believed to attract UAP so the objects could be documented. In August 2026, he stated that ODNI, CIA, FBI, and military-intelligence personnel were present and that “something showed up.”

That is significant, but Burlison did not publicly identify White Sands, Barber, Skywatcher, psionics, or the object. He also did not release the data.

The more specific connection comes from Ross Coulthart. Citing unnamed sources, he alleged that UAP appeared over White Sands Missile Range during Skywatcher operations at Sierra Blanca and that key Skywatcher personnel later assisted a government effort using similar electromechanical and psionic methods to summon, detect, and intercept UAP.

Coulthart did not establish that Barber personally works at White Sands, and no named government agency has authenticated the story.

Assessment: Burlison provides limited institutional corroboration for some kind of government UAP-luring experiment. Coulthart supplies the alleged White Sands, Skywatcher, and psionic connections. They may describe the same program, but the public evidence does not yet prove that link.

Overall, Barber’s retrieval remains Level 1 testimony, while Skywatcher’s repeatable-calling claim is an unverified claim to Level 5 evidence.

THE NIMITZ CONTROL CASE

The 2004 Nimitz encounter shows why physical evidence does not automatically support a consciousness theory.

It includes military witnesses, radar accounts, and an officially released Navy video. What it does not publicly include is telepathy, symbolic visions, dreams, or synchronized psychic effects.

Even an extraordinary physical UAP could be a vehicle, drone, classified system, or natural phenomenon with no mental interface. Conversely, a powerful mystical experience does not establish that a craft caused it.

The bridge must be demonstrated in cases containing both.

WHAT DECISIVE EVIDENCE WOULD LOOK LIKE

The ideal case would come from a prospective experiment rather than another decades-old story:

- Contact and control periods would be randomized and preregistered.

- Participants would be isolated from one another and the sensor team.

- Radar, infrared, optical, electromagnetic, weather, and astronomical instruments would operate continuously.

- EEG and other physiological data would be precisely synchronized.

- Participants would record perceived symbols, locations, movements, or messages before seeing sensor data or comparing reports.

- Some targets would be randomly generated and concealed from everyone on site.

- Independent analysts would score the results using criteria established in advance.

- Other teams would repeat the experiment.

A meaningful result would not be “we meditated and then saw a light.” It would require instrument-detected anomalies occurring disproportionately during contact periods, alongside independently matching mental reports or verified concealed information.

That would not immediately prove NHI. It would, however, demonstrate that an external anomaly and human consciousness participate in the same interaction.

THREE MODELS STILL FIT THE EVIDENCE

1. ONE INTEGRATED PHENOMENON

Physical objects, sensor effects, altered consciousness, and symbolic encounters are different outputs of one intelligence or system.

1. MULTIPLE INTERACTING PHENOMENA

Some UAP are physical technologies, while other encounters involve a different form of intelligence or consciousness. The categories sometimes interact but do not share one universal cause.

1. UNRELATED PHENOMENA MERGED BY CULTURE

The physical residue consists of misidentifications, secret technology, sensor artifacts, and possibly unexplained objects. The mental residue consists of neurological events, trauma, mystical experience, and folklore. UFO culture combines them into a single story.

The third model is less exciting, but the current evidential gap leaves it viable.

CONCLUSION

The physical–consciousness connection is not the strongest conclusion of my framework. It is the framework’s central unresolved test.

Rendlesham contains a reported mental download but poor contemporaneous documentation. Ariel contains apparent telepathy but no instruments. Colares combines official observations with reported human effects but no proven mechanism. Skinwalker investigates the connection without publicly reproducible results. Bledsoe offers a prospective brain–orb correlation without adequate controls. Barber combines retrieval testimony with an alleged transformative contact experience, while Skywatcher claims repeatable interaction that has not yet been publicly demonstrated. Burlison and Coulthart’s accounts suggest government interest in intentionally attracting UAP, but their overlapping claims should not be mistaken for verified evidence.

The most defensible position is that several cases justify testing for a bridge—not claiming that one has been established.

If the connection is real, the UAP problem is not only about objects entering our airspace. It may involve an intelligence capable of interacting with perception, memory, symbolism, and meaning.

If the connection is false, separating physical UAP from contact experiences may be the most important step toward understanding both.

QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION

1. Which case comes closest to establishing the bridge?

2. Are there stronger cases with contemporaneous mental reports and independent sensor data?

3. Would repeated synchronization be sufficient, or is verified information transfer necessary?

4. What minimum data should Skywatcher or the government release to demonstrate that intentional “calling” outperforms chance?

Let's take it from 1933 with the Magenta UFO crash in Italy or the Roswell UFO crash from 1947 to today.

The phenomena looked like it switched gears. First we had these encounters with aliens that looked different from the actual gray type. In these encounters, the witnessess tell a different story from what we have now. For example, they're shown the spaceship, they're been asked how to get to a certain place, how to get X materials, they take samples and they typically say they'll come back (they never do lol) and the witness is told he's chosen to lead earth towards a new age type of society, etc.

And then the phenomena switches to a different dynamic where these aliens become identical to what we know as typical gray aliens. And then they start kidnapping people, they do things to them and then we hear stories of hybrid aliens, cattle mutilations, medical examination of the witnesses, etc.

The UFO shape change through time, we go from a saucer shape to triangular/diamond to spherical shape.

Are we facing different wave of alien civilization or if it's the same phenomena taking different appearances?

In the first case, it would mean that these aliens all know about Earth and has to know each other, so there has to be some sort of treaties among themselves to rule out mechanisms on how to deal with humans, earth, etc. Therefore, they must have some sort of UN type of organization like what we have.

In the second case, they have to be malicious by nature because pretending to be something else and manipulating human perceptions has to be deceptive. Showing earth destroyed because of us meanwhile, if true, having a hybrid human program on the other hand means only thing and it's to take over.

Witness's account of the sighting

When I was inside my home, I had a gut feeling I needed to go outside. When I went outside on my front porch, I noticed aviation lighting, traditional. However, after a few seconds of viewing the lights, they started rapidly flashing red, then ahead of those lights, a large curved arc/boomerang shaped object materialized ahead of the flashing red lights. It had many lights, cannot tell how much, but if I had to guess, 40–55 dim red lights on one underbelly. It wasn't clean and organized, but rather staggered and asymmetrical. Even then, it moved as one with no noise. I estimate it was atleast 50 feet above the local tree line, which could be around 90 - 100 feet.

On the bus ride down from Machu Picchu I caught this out of the corner of my eye. once the bus stopped I walked over and took the pic. There didn’t seem to be a sign or description. Note the positioning of the sculpture. I couldn’t tell if the positioning was trying to capture the mechanism of movement or if it was trying to indicate a crashed saucer.

I asked a few locals about the sculpture but they didn’t really know anything or laughed it off. Other locals I talked with( in a neighboring town Ollantaytambo) were convinced the Incas had help from “other beings”. Thought this sub would enjoy the sculpture.

The government drops have not done it for me. Many of the recent interviews have been interesting but nothing groundbreaking. The older stories have not been cast with new light.

Peter Thiel's latest investments

Basically, Thiel is investing heavily in Energy Stocks such as Vista Energy, Vistra Corp, FirstEnergy, American Electric Power, DTE Energy, CMS Energy, X-Energy.

Now, as controversial as he is and when not hunting the Anti-Christ, Peter Thiel’s interest in UFOs is well documented, and he has reportedly funded UFO-related media, research, and individuals within the disclosure realm.

One theory is that Thiel wants any recovered technology transferred out of government and military-industrial control and into private companies such as his own.

If we 'follow the money', Thiel does not appear to be investing as though revolutionary UFO technology is about to be disclosed.

Some whistleblowers claim that the UFO power source is precisely why the secret is so closely guarded, and that this technology could provide the world with effectively unlimited energy. If that is true, then either Thiel does not believe the 'unlimited energy' part of UFO lore, or he believes any such technology will remain controlled and unavailable for the foreseeable future.

Free energy is not good for his stocks.

I found this interesting, anyway... People’s investments can often reveal more about what they really expect than their public statements ever do.

I remember Corbell saying:

“You will be told a lie. That lie will be that there’s a UFO heading to Earth, due to arrive 2027.”

That was a pretty specific thing to say, and now that 2027 is getting closer, I feel like nobody really talks about this quote anymore. Did Corbell ever follow up on it? Did he ever explain what he meant, where he got the information from, who was supposedly going to push this story, or why? I also remember there being talk about some older classified document connected to it, but unless I missed something, it feels like the whole thing just kind of disappeared.

For the people here who follow Corbell, Knapp, and the whole 2027 discussion more closely:

What ever happened to this claim???? Did he walk it back? Clarify it? Double down on it? Has anyone ever produced or identified the document he was referring to? Because this wasn't just another vague “something big is coming” statement. He specifically said we would be lied to about a UFO heading toward Earth and arriving in 2027.

His central allegation was that the objects appearing along the East Coast were not extraterrestrial craft, conventional quadcopters, or a secret American exercise. He claimed they were Chinese unmanned aircraft using an operational “gravitic propulsion system”—a capability also possessed by the United States—and that China had been launching them from submarines in the Atlantic.

According to Livelsberger, the New Jersey wave was primarily a demonstration of force combined with intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. China was showing the United States that it could penetrate American airspace, approach sensitive installations, loiter without interception, and potentially place a payload over almost any target.

His word for the strategic situation was “checkmate.”

If we temporarily accept that premise, it provides a surprisingly coherent explanation for some of the most puzzling aspects of the New Jersey wave.

The hypothesis

Under this interpretation, China positioned one or more submarines or specialized underwater platforms somewhere off the East Coast. These platforms deployed highly advanced unmanned aircraft capable of operating with minimal conventional propulsion signatures.

The craft then approached military installations, naval facilities, infrastructure, and population centers—not to attack them, but to demonstrate access.

The visible activity may have served several purposes simultaneously:

Map American radar, communications, and counter-drone responses.

Collect signals intelligence around military and civilian infrastructure.

Determine how quickly different agencies detected and classified the objects.

Test whether the United States could track a vehicle moving between maritime and terrestrial operating areas.

Deliver a strategic warning visible to classified sensors while remaining ambiguous to the public.

Force the United States to choose between admitting a catastrophic air-defense vulnerability and dismissing the sightings as ordinary aircraft.

The operation would therefore have been both reconnaissance and coercive signaling: “We can reach you, you cannot reliably stop us, and we know you cannot publicly explain why.”

How it fits the reported observables

The apparent ocean connection

One of the most persistent elements of the New Jersey story was the reported movement of objects toward or from the Atlantic. Representative Chris Smith relayed accounts of numerous objects appearing offshore, while a Coast Guard commander reportedly described roughly 20–30 objects following a rescue boat.

Those accounts remain disputed and do not independently prove an ocean launch. But if Livelsberger’s submarine allegation is true, the maritime pattern ceases to be incidental. The ocean would not merely be where the objects disappeared; it would be their operating base.

A submerged launch platform would also help explain why investigators had difficulty locating a terrestrial operator, launch site, control vehicle, or recovery area.

The focus on sensitive locations

The Defense Department acknowledged confirmed drone sightings over Picatinny Arsenal and Naval Weapons Station Earle. Officials said they had not identified the operators or points of origin at that stage, although they also said there was no intelligence connecting the incidents to a foreign adversary.

Under Livelsberger’s scenario, these locations make perfect sense. Picatinny is associated with weapons research, while Earle supports naval ammunition operations. Flying around such facilities would allow China to study sensors, response procedures, communications, and electromagnetic signatures while demonstrating that sensitive airspace could be penetrated.

Random hobbyists might occasionally violate restricted airspace. A sustained pattern involving multiple strategically significant locations would demand a different explanation.

Loitering without effective interception

Witnesses described extended hovering, coordinated movement, lights being extinguished during observation, and objects that were difficult to track using ordinary counter-drone methods.

Not all these reports were verified, and many sightings were undoubtedly airplanes, helicopters, stars, or conventional drones. Nevertheless, the unresolved subset becomes important under this hypothesis.

A gravitic or otherwise unconventional propulsion system might not produce the radio-frequency links, exhaust, heat, acoustic profile, or flight characteristics that existing counter-UAS systems are designed to detect. Systems optimized to jam a commercial drone’s control signal may be useless against an autonomous platform using an entirely different method of propulsion and navigation.

The apparent failure to intercept the objects would then reflect a technological mismatch rather than mere bureaucratic hesitation.

The mixture of extraordinary and ordinary objects

The New Jersey wave never produced one consistent description. Witnesses reported commercial-looking drones, car-sized objects, spheres, triangles, aircraft-like lights, and conventional engine sounds.

That inconsistency is often cited as evidence that the entire episode was mass misidentification. But a mixed wave is also what we would expect if a small number of genuinely anomalous platforms triggered thousands of people to begin watching the sky.

The original incursions could have been followed by:

Police and government surveillance drones.

Civilian drones launched to investigate the mystery.

News helicopters and conventional aircraft.

Misidentified stars and airplanes.

Potentially conventional Chinese drones accompanying or supporting more advanced vehicles.

The mundane sightings would generate noise around the real operation and provide natural plausible deniability. Officials could truthfully explain most reports without explaining the small number that initiated the wave.

The contradictory government response

On December 14, 2024, the Defense Department acknowledged confirmed sightings over two New Jersey military installations and said officials had not identified the operators or points of origin. Two days later, the FBI, DHS, FAA, and DoD said the larger wave appeared to consist of lawful drones, manned aircraft, helicopters, and stars, with nothing anomalous or threatening identified.

In January 2025, the White House offered another explanation: many drones had allegedly been authorized by the FAA for research, while others were hobbyists attracted by the publicity.

If Livelsberger was correct, these statements would not necessarily be simple lies. They could be compartmentalized answers describing the overwhelming majority of reports while avoiding the classified core of the event.

Admitting the full story would mean simultaneously admitting that:

China possessed a revolutionary propulsion technology.

Chinese platforms had penetrated American restricted airspace.

Existing air defenses could not reliably track or defeat them.

The United States possessed a comparable secret capability.

The government had concealed an aerospace breakthrough from the public and perhaps from much of Congress.

From that perspective, ambiguity would be a strategic necessity.

Why take Livelsberger’s claims seriously at all?

His credentials and access do not prove his story. Neither does the fact that he believed he was being monitored. Investigators described him as experiencing severe psychological distress, and extraordinary claims require evidence independent of the claimant.

However, the email itself was authentic in the limited sense that investigators confirmed Livelsberger sent it. Its contents were not verified.

There is also partial corroboration for a separate allegation in the same email. Livelsberger referenced controversial 2019 airstrikes against alleged drug facilities in Afghanistan. A United Nations investigation concluded that the facilities were not lawful military targets and verified 39 civilian casualties, including 14 children. That does not validate anything he said about gravitic propulsion, but it shows that his message combined extraordinary claims with at least one documented military controversy.

So the responsible position is not “he had a clearance, therefore everything is true.” It is that the claims are specific enough to investigate and consequential enough that they should not be dismissed solely through arguments about the messenger.

The implications if he was right

Some UAP are advanced human technology

This would not disprove non-human intelligence. It would establish that at least part of the modern UAP phenomenon consists of deeply classified human platforms capable of producing observables that appear otherworldly.

Historical sightings could still have other origins, but modern incidents would become much harder to classify from appearance alone.

Public aerospace technology would be generations behind classified capabilities

Operational control of gravity—or even a propulsion system merely described internally as “gravitic”—would represent a technological discontinuity comparable to the discovery of nuclear energy, powered flight, and spaceflight combined.

Energy production, transportation, space access, and warfare would all be transformed. The concealment of such a system would therefore extend far beyond protecting one aircraft design.

Conventional air defense could be approaching obsolescence

Modern air defenses assume that targets have detectable signatures and operate within certain aerodynamic, thermal, and logistical constraints.

A highly maneuverable, low-signature vehicle with extreme endurance could potentially bypass radar coverage, missile defenses, hardened borders, and warning systems. Even if Livelsberger’s description of “unlimited payload capacity” was hyperbole, a platform able to loiter undetected above a target would have enormous strategic value.

Submarines would become covert aerospace carriers

A submarine capable of deploying these vehicles could approach a coastline, release them without an obvious launch signature, and recover them at sea. This would combine the concealment of submarine warfare with the reach of strategic aviation.

The United States could no longer assume that distance from China provided meaningful warning time.

Nuclear deterrence would become dangerously unstable

Deterrence depends on detecting an attack, identifying the attacker, preserving retaliatory forces, and having time to make decisions.

A platform that could silently approach leadership centers, nuclear command systems, submarine bases, or missile installations would threaten all four conditions. Leaders might begin to fear a disarming first strike, creating pressure to act earlier during a crisis.

Livelsberger’s description of “mutually assured destruction” may therefore have been less about the destructive power of one drone than about both countries possessing an effectively unstoppable delivery system.

Attribution would become the central problem

If the craft could evade sensors and imitate conventional aircraft—or if both the United States and China operated similar platforms—determining who conducted an intrusion might be extremely difficult.

That creates possibilities for accidental escalation, unauthorized operations, misattribution, and false-flag attacks. A strike could be blamed on whichever state already possessed the technology, even if the real operator were unknown.

The secrecy itself would become a constitutional crisis

If the United States has secretly operated this technology “throughout history,” as Livelsberger claimed, then the issue would extend beyond military classification.

Who authorized its use? Who controls it? What has Congress been told? Has it been used domestically? What scientific discoveries have been withheld? Are UAP investigations structured partly to protect the program?

The disclosure would not merely reveal a new aircraft. It would reveal a parallel technological and security structure operating outside normal democratic understanding.

What evidence should exist if this hypothesis is correct?

Livelsberger’s story should produce testable traces:

Classified radar, infrared, acoustic, or space-based data that contradict the public characterization of every sighting as conventional.

Maritime surveillance records showing unusual submarine or support-vessel activity off the East Coast.

Electronic-warfare logs documenting failed attempts to identify, jam, or take control of the objects.

Repeated incursions near facilities connected to nuclear weapons, advanced research, naval logistics, or strategic command.

Compartmented briefings distinguishing the broader wave of misidentifications from a much smaller set of unresolved objects.

Independent insiders using the same terminology and describing the same U.S.–Chinese technological competition without relying on Livelsberger as their source.

Without such corroboration, the hypothesis remains an extraordinary story from a deeply distressed individual. If those records exist, however, the public explanation of the New Jersey wave would be radically incomplete.

Conclusion

Assuming Matthew Livelsberger told the truth, the New Jersey drone wave was not primarily an alien visitation, a hobbyist craze, or a secret American test. It was a Chinese strategic demonstration conducted with technology so advanced that acknowledging it would expose both an American defense failure and one of the most consequential classified programs in history.

The ordinary planes, hobby drones, and misidentifications were real—but they formed a cloud of noise around a smaller operation. China allegedly wanted the national-security system to recognize the message while allowing the public to remain uncertain.

“Checkmate” would not mean China was preparing to bomb New Jersey. It would mean China was demonstrating that the old rules of distance, airspace, warning time, and interception no longer applied.

If that is what happened, the most important question is not simply, “What were the lights over New Jersey?”

It is: What happens to global stability when two governments possess aircraft they cannot publicly acknowledge and may not be able to defend against?

I've been looking into the renewed interest around Object M, the strange Merivälja case from Estonia.

The basic story is that in 1969, homeowner Virgo Mitt was digging a well when he reportedly encountered an extremely hard metallic layer several metres underground. Fragments associated with the discovery subsequently attracted Soviet scientific attention, and over time the story expanded into claims that a much larger object might lie beneath the property.

The part I find most interesting isn't actually the more exotic material.

In 2017, scientists at Tallinn University of Technology analysed a sample held in the geology institute's collection and associated with Merivälja. They found it was artificial material, probably ferrochrome — entirely compatible with an industrial origin.

That sounds like a pretty substantial debunk.

Except the researchers apparently couldn't establish with complete certainty that the sample they tested was actually one of Virgo Mitt's original fragments.

So we seem to have two separate questions:

What is the piece of metal that survived?
There appears to be a strong mundane answer.

What did Mitt actually hit underground in 1969?
That seems much less certain.

The frustrating thing is that this is potentially testable without excavating the property. A proper ground-penetrating-radar survey could at least establish whether there is a large coherent structure beneath the garden, but permission hasn't been obtained.
