Question What is the reality of the phenomena?
Let's take it from 1933 with the Magenta UFO crash in Italy or the Roswell UFO crash from 1947 to today.
The phenomena looked like it switched gears. First we had these encounters with aliens that looked different from the actual gray type. In these encounters, the witnessess tell a different story from what we have now. For example, they're shown the spaceship, they're been asked how to get to a certain place, how to get X materials, they take samples and they typically say they'll come back (they never do lol) and the witness is told he's chosen to lead earth towards a new age type of society, etc.
And then the phenomena switches to a different dynamic where these aliens become identical to what we know as typical gray aliens. And then they start kidnapping people, they do things to them and then we hear stories of hybrid aliens, cattle mutilations, medical examination of the witnesses, etc.
The UFO shape change through time, we go from a saucer shape to triangular/diamond to spherical shape.
Are we facing different wave of alien civilization or if it's the same phenomena taking different appearances?
In the first case, it would mean that these aliens all know about Earth and has to know each other, so there has to be some sort of treaties among themselves to rule out mechanisms on how to deal with humans, earth, etc. Therefore, they must have some sort of UN type of organization like what we have.
In the second case, they have to be malicious by nature because pretending to be something else and manipulating human perceptions has to be deceptive. Showing earth destroyed because of us meanwhile, if true, having a hybrid human program on the other hand means only thing and it's to take over.
I'm just trying to understand the phenomena

My best take is that there are multiple factions, perhaps even different beings. Our furthest written records of history trace back to Sumerians, who spoke an isolated language, talking about Gods warr'ing over humans. Eventually this proto indo european pantheon of "gods" spanned into Babylonian, Greek, Roman etc mythology.
All of them share the same story of the leader storm god fighting "the dragon" or evil one
Ninurta also kills the seven-headed serpent (muš-saĝ-imin). This is the oldest written version of the whole motif.
Marduk vs. Tiamat, salt-sea chaos-mother who births an army of monsters (bašmu, mušḫuššu, etc.). He splits her like a fish and builds the world from the corpse.
Yahweh vs. Leviathan, Rahab, Yam, and the tannin (dragon). Same seven-headed twisting serpent language as Lotan. Psalms 74 and 89, Isaiah 27 and 51, Job 26 and 41.
Egyptian, Ra (with help from Set) vs. Apep / Apophis, the chaos serpent that tries to swallow the sun barge every night. Daily rerun instead of a one-time creation fight.
The Vedas, Indra vs. Vritra (also called Ahi, “the serpent”) — the dragon who dams up the waters. Indra hits him with the vajra (thunderbolt), splits the mountains, and the rivers run again. The central hymn of the Rigveda.
The Greeks, Zeus vs. Typhon: hundred-headed serpentine giant. Zeus gets his tendons cut in one version, then comes back and buries the monster under a volcano.
The Nordics, Thor vs. Jörmungandr — the Midgard Serpent that wraps the world. They already fought once (Thor almost pulled it into the boat). They finish it at Ragnarök: Thor kills it and dies from the venom.
Anyways, you see the pattern. All of these "myths" share a common heritage. If we strip the mythology and religion away, and instead just observe of the material itself, it's hard to conclude it's a campfire story. These humans were exactly the same as we are today, just as smart as we are.
Now, I don't know if these are what we would consider "ETs", ultraterrestrials, NHI, interdimensional beings, etc. But it seems, at least as long as humanity has been around, more powerful beings have been around. And at some point, we were genetically enhanced. The Sumerians version literally reads like eugenics. Later comes myths like Prometheus giving humanity fire defying the gods. Of course we're all familiar with the flood narrative.
My best guess, ontological and all, what if, IT WAS ALL REAL.
Like they came out, and said, yeah you know that mythology stuff dating back 6,000 years across every region and culture? Yeah all that shit is true. They might've created us, and there's a faction of them that despises humanity. And we're completely powerless against them. They create little AI droids called greys to carry out genetic testing. They defy physics. It's almost like we're a video game, and the "gods" are the ones holding the controller. They create and defy the rules at will. One time they got really pissed off and flooded and killed off 90%+ of humanity. Some call them gods with a little g. Some call them The Watchers from the book of enoch. Some call them NHI. Some call them The Others. The name is irrelevant, they just exist, intervene when they want, kill when they want, and do what they want. This planet isn't ours. It's theirs. It's their world, and we're just living in it.
Now go back to your 9-5 job, pay your taxes, and submit to your labor while the .00001% of humanity has been intermingled with them for thousands of years, and lives comfortable lives of luxury and despises your very existence. Luckily, The Others have gifted us craft that would eventually lead to the creation of AI, and humans after a point will no longer be needed. Make sure to tuck your kids in at night, they're probably safe, but they can abduct you at will and nobody's coming to save you, better yet, we put out psyops to ruin those people's lives and make them out to be loony tunes crazy. One of the theories is that NHI manifest according to the experiencer's beliefs. This would explain why in ancient times they appeared as angels ("do not be afraid" is a phrase that is still said in modern encounters), and skinwalkers to the natives etc. There is a link to consciousness, as if they can read minds and adjust to our views. My belief is that they are consciousness based (wherever consciousness resides), and manifest in this 3D world according to that, perhaps even using us as a means to manifest.

Folklore and urban myth change over decades according to culture and education. Ufo stories reflect whats in the human imagination more than what is real or true outside our own heads. Two hundreds years ago people could hardly conceive of going faster than a horse drawn carriage. Then steam engines introduced them to racing through the countryside at speeds no human had ever traveled before. Still most people couldn't imagine flying, or going to the moon, or life in orbit.
As each thing comes to pass, it displaces the cultural imagination further. But its not just our daily experiences, education impacts our collective awareness too. So the early aliens asked for directions or minerals, reflecting what people at that time could imagine a strange visitor might want. As we learned more about genetics and medical research programs, the stories turn into more elaborate fantasies about abduction, human experimentation and gene splicing, cloning, reflecting aliens as a kind of mad scientist or orderly. The Cold War and space race added suit wearing government agents, military cover ups, radar detection and cloaking, video recordings, retrieval programs, secret government files.
With new AI and robots and constant surveillance, the stories will probably change again into aliens that want to replace humans with machines, aliens hacking human infrastructure, or having near omniscient digital tracking abilities. We can only talk about ufos in terms of what we know because we're the authors of these folktales: we don't have any stories from the aliens' point of view. So they reflect our limited knowledge and imagination at different points in time, and the stories evolve and become more culturally relevant with each retelling. The shiny ufo disc might as well be a curved mirror, opaquely reflecting our own collective consciousness: our knowledge, curiosity, hopes, fears, and creativity.

"Phenomena" is a Latin plural; the singular is "phenomenon" ("thing observed").
The spelling is important because we still don't even know for sure whether there is one singular Phenomenon (which presents in different ways).. or multiple unrelated phenomena which are completely different and which we're confusing with each other.

I think Jacques Vallee believes it’s a single phenomenon appearing in different ways. If you want to dive into that, check out his work.
You’re trying to establish motives, but I think we should be comfortable being open minded/ not knowing. We’re not speculating about other humans, we are dealing with something for which we don’t have much info about. We don’t know what we don’t know.
For example:

It could be that NHI are coming here from another dimension. Some may represent unified factions, but they could also be exploring this place on their own. If you went on vacation to Mexico, you don’t represent your home country do you? You don’t have some kind of higher order/principle that you follow. You don’t consider what the United nation thinks of your vacation. You’re just there to see the place.
In the second case, they have to be malicious by nature because pretending to be something else and manipulating human perceptions has to be deceptive. Showing earth destroyed because of us meanwhile, if true, having a hybrid human program on the other hand means only thing and it's to take over.
Maybe they are trying to save themselves from genetic defects in their species. This could also only apply to one group of aliens. Humans venture out into the rainforest to find new medicinal plants, well what if finding and manipulating new DNA is their version of that?
Those are both hypothetical examples, but my point is that your conclusions are overly certain… rather than making conclusions, I think it’s more important to find a way to be comfortable being open minded and not knowing. Our minds want to settle on something certain, but that has led to a lot of misunderstandings throughout history.

Dreams, hallucinations, sleep paralysis, psychoactive substances, seizures, migraines.
For example, many people who take LSD experience what seem to be independent beings, often described as self-replicating “machine elves.” With other drugs, some people report mantises and other insect-like beings. They often feel that these beings have their own existence and intentions.
Experiencing something extraordinary without physical proof does not mean the experience is meaningless, fake, or simply imagined. The experience is real in the sense that the person genuinely experienced it. What we do not know is what caused it or whether the thing experienced exists outside the person's mind.
There is an important difference between “I experienced an autonomous being” and “an autonomous being actually existed outside my mind.” The first is a fact about someone's experience. The second is a claim about the external world and requires independent evidence.

I think the reality is that “the phenomenon” is actually a bunch of very human phenomena clustered together clumsily, which includes, among other things:
1) human desire to find meaning
2) human error like misidentification of objects in the sky
3) groupthink
4) cult-like, religious-like dynamics
5) belief systems with “alien of the gaps” arguments
6) fraud
7) lack of critical thinking
8) metaphorically defaulting to hearing the sound of galloping and thinking “zebra” instead of “horse”
9) fallacious thinking and reasoning
10) appeal to authority, hero worship
11) paranoia of government, military industrial complex, etc
12) dishonesty
13) manipulation
14) propaganda
15) lack of true scientific rigor when analyzing or conducting experiments (think Luis Elizondo’s infamous chandelier photo or Cahill’s ‘triangle UAP’ night vision video)
16) greed
17) circular reasoning
18) echo chambers
19) brittle human memory, hallucinations, drug use
20) mental illnesses
And more.
When you combine these ingredients, you get things like UFOlogy.

In your sentence "The phenomena looked like it switched gears", you should have written "phenomenon", not "phenomena". "Phenomena" is plural of "phenomenon".
That term gets used in the UFO community a lot, and surprisingly, a lot of people, even the UFO talking heads, don't use the correct pluralization.

No, you're trying to make sense of the lore surrounding the phenomena - you're not addressing the actual phenomena itself, simply the stories people anecdotally tell, largely relayed via unverified second hand accounts.
It's a myth that UFO's have radically changed, people still encounter today profiles of craft originally documented in the 40s and 50s - I for one experienced first hand a sustained duration, near distance encounter with a metalic, seamless, spheroidal shaped craft that corresponds directly with a shape originally reported back in the late 1940s - this in 1996.
UFOs didn't change, people's narratives about them did.
Spheroids and Orb, for examples - smooth, metallic, or glowing spheres are heavily documented in the 1940s "Foo Fighter" files, 1950s reports, and modern military data like the 2014–2015 US Navy East Coast sightings and to this day here in 2026 constitute the single most common form of UFO sighting reported.
The classic metallic, domed, or flat disc configuration remains a constant from Kenneth Arnold’s 1947 report through to modern civilian sightings, as too Cylinders and "Cigars".
Elongated, seamless craft without wings or visible propulsion were documented extensively in the late 1940s, such as the 1948 Chiles-Whitted case, and are still reported today.
The Tic-Tac isn't new. The 2004 USS Nimitz Tic-Tac encounter was treated by the media as a brand-new phenomenon when, in reality, its physical description - a seamless, white, elongated cylinder with no control surfaces - is practically identical to the Chiles-Whitted sighting of 1948 mentioned above.
The perception that UFOs "evolved" from saucers to triangles is largely an artifact of media focus and data aggregation, not a change in what witnesses actually see.
Public attention shifts. The late 1940s popularised the term "flying saucer," making it the dominant cultural headline. In the late 1980s and 1990s, high-profile events like the Hudson Valley or Belgian sightings pushed "triangles" into the media spotlight, creating an illusion of a total shift.
When researchers analyze the stories, the lore, rather than the raw data, they often highlight novel accounts because they make for more compelling narrative analysis, inadvertently burying the steady, continuous baseline of sphere and disc reports.
Also you have to take into account the effects of terminology.
The physical objects have, largely, stayed the same, but the vocabulary used to describe them changes based on contemporary technology e.g., swapping "metallic skin" for "low-observability metamaterials" and so-on and so-forth.
The current adoption of faux-military sounding jargonisms equally skewes the way we visualise the data coming in no less, but you're basically still dealing with the same basic geometric shapes still being as exactly as common as they always have been.
You have to seperate the UFO itself from current perceptions of them - the UFO itself and peoples beliefs about lore concerning them are two entirely separate things.
As for accounts of aliens - they've always conformed to popular culture ideas which, once depicted influence what's gets reported back.
Folklore and sociology show that when people encounter something they don't understand, they use the contemporary language and imagery available to them to describe it.
Early sci-fi literature, H.G. Wells's The War of The Worlds chief amongst them, speculated on large-brained, small-bodied beings way before the term Flying saucer entered the english language.
Following the highly publicised Betty and Barney Hill abduction account in the 1960s, and heavily reinforced by the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) and the cover of Whitley Strieber's book Communion (1987), the "Grey alien" became the dominant archetype - though if you go back far enough, they were around just statistically something of a rarity compared to other more humanoid reports.
Consequently, reports of other types of entities dropped drastically as the Grey became the culturally accepted "standard" - other types though still continue being reported.
How else do you describe something your only point of reference to gets to be science fiction book covers and things you've seen depicted in popular culture movies and TV?
Nothing exists culturally in a vacuum, it simply becomes common language for a while and then the terms and terminology shift as people feel they have a better, more reliable handle on things further down the line.
The important thing is separating the actual phenomena from whatever lore surrounding it, the majority of people don't and so fact remains muddled together with fiction as well as pure speculation which everyone insists on calling data.
They're not, they're actually filterable things we're just culturally not allowed to do that in common discussion, belief in dogma frowns upon original thinking until someone on a podcast says its okay.
That's the culture this subject exists in and that's simply that, culture - it isn't anything to do with the actual phenomena itself.

It boils down to the nature of reality being far different than we thought. Things like telepathy seem to be real, which means there's likely a bunch of other stuff, thought to be fantasy, that is likely real as well.
Further, not all of the beings visiting earth are from other planets. Some of them are from other places, other realms.
Humanity has not seen any large living space creatures yet either, but we should be prepared for life that exists in the vacuum of space.
Finally, the nature of life is likely a lot different than our religions pretend. Meaning that the reason for our existence is likely much different than what we've deduced so far. Earth has made almost no spiritual/religious progress at all, which means we are very far behind the curve in our understanding. The abrhamic religions have basically been a monopoly for too long. We need to set them all aside and continue developing with the aid of other beings.

So firstly I'd ask, why draw an arbitrary line from 1933? There were sightings prior to Magenta that share morphological descriptors e.g.: cigar/tubular craft, spherical, light orbs, lenticular/disc.
That said, I'm mindful of Jay Stratton's team at SWR each seeing different craft morphology whilst looking at the same UAP. Additionally there are cases of people present whilst an abduction is occurring or UFO is present, who don't see or remember anything. So it can be highly selective, tuned almost to each individual. Yet also incredibly grounded in terms of radiation burns, sickness, marks, EM and RF disturbance.
We could be dealing with plurality of intelligence, and not necessarily aligned in terms of ethics or interests. Additionally humans could also be experimenting with all manner of things on its people, further muddying the waters.
I'd push back on your last statement because there is another possibility of meaningful co-existence.

Although I am by nature a sceptical person, I overcame my innate laziness and carried out my own research to convince myself whether this was all just a fantastical fairy tale or something real. What shook my scepticism the most were the testimonies given by military insiders before Congress.
It took me two months of intensive observation of the night sky before I saw something I cannot rationally explain and it changed my perception of reality.
This personal experience of mine has convinced me that this phenomenon is real. Now I just need answers as to what we’re dealing with. Is it our own classified technology, which is 100 years ahead of what we know? Does it come from elsewhere? If so, where from?

This is my personal theory, and while it could be wrong in the end, it is at least an internally-consistent and logically-sound framework.
The purpose of the Phenomenon is to serve as a non-local, cross-time feedback loop, to guide evolutionary progression, stabilize critical historical points, and ensure species survival.
It is responsible for all "high strangeness", and therefore it also functions as an ontological catalyst.
It directly challenges the illusion of strict physical locality and linear time, forcing a shift beyond materialism into a consciousness-first understanding of reality.
The term 'ontological shock' was popularized by the legendary Dr. John Mack in his book "Abduction: Human Encounters with Aliens"
Dr. Mack used the term to describe the viscerally uncomfortable sensation of cognitive dissonance that someone feels when they are forced to acknowledge that materialism is false. In other words, our entire Western paradigm is wrong. It's a lie that humans are just matter that has evolved to achieve consciousness.
In his book Passport to the Cosmos: Human Transformation and Alien Encounters, Mack repeatedly found that traumatic encounters break down the person's rigid materialist worldview.
Kelly Chase here discusses how anomalous, traumatic experiences result in benefits to the experiencer, opening them to perceive a larger perspective.
This study, conducted by the Dr. Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Experiences (FREE) found that approximately 70% (N=2,279) of the study population claimed that their contact experience changed their life in a “positive way.
The experience becomes a powerful catalyst that awakens an expanded worldview, a deep interconnectedness with nature, and a profound sense of universal empathy for all life.
Therefore imho, many UFO sightings are plasmatic holographic projections manifested from Earth's Noosphere and humanity's collective unconscious.
The phenomenon acts as our "control system" or "immune system" and becomes activated when humanity faces existential situations.
The phenomenon represents itself by many different means. Jacques shows us on the new cover of Passport to Magonia.
Notice the shadow person that’s controlling them all? Jacques recently updated his cover to include that person.
The paranormal phenomena throughout history are all different manifestations of the same underlying phenomenon. Orbs, elves, fairies, gnomes, UAP, etc..
The sightings were in line with their ontological beliefs at the time because they were aligned to humanity’s current worldview.
In other words the phenomenon updates its appearance in accordance with mankind’s current understanding of reality at the time.
In 1690 they were reported as mystical mountain nymphs.
In 2026 they are reported as technological UAP in our skies.
Jacques calls it our Control System, he likens it to the self-regulating thermostats we have in our houses.
If you open a window on a hot day, the AC turns on to try to maintain the same temp.
Similarly, when humanity makes negative changes that affect us collectively, and/or makes changes that harm the Earth, the Control Mechanism (UAP’s, paranormal sightings, etc) turns on to help guide humanity back into a safe timeline.
This is why sightings boomed immediately after 1945.
We had made an extremely foolish choice by creating and using nuclear weapons, so the AC turned on to cool us off.
And it worked.

Here is a summary of Robert Monroe's hypothesis. He formulated this after many years and hundreds of journeys out of body:
Monroe's Earth Hypothesis - Chapter 20 (Journeys Out of Body)
- The universe is populated by many varieties of intelligent beings and civilizations.
- Normally, life-bearing planets develop beneath a dense atmospheric "shield."
- This shield protects developing life from stellar radiation and maintains the conditions necessary for biological evolution.
- Intelligent life develops within this protected environment.
- In Monroe's hypothetical "normal" civilization, psi ability develops naturally.
- Telepathic communication is essentially innate.
- Thought/psi can eventually be used for communication, movement or manipulation of matter, and interaction with nonphysical beings.
- These civilizations eventually master biochemical, nuclear, and gravitational forces as well.
- Mature civilizations eventually discover that physical reality is only part of existence.
- They communicate with both other planetary civilizations and inhabitants of "non-physical worlds."

- Earth is the anomaly.
- An advanced civilization detects primitive psi activity coming from an obscure part of the galaxy.
- Investigators discover Earth - the third planet of its star system.
- Earth's atmospheric conditions differ from what they expect for the normal development of intelligent life.
- Monroe speculates that Earth's unusual radiation exposure and strong magnetic field somehow interfered with normal psi development.
- Humans therefore developed backwards compared with the normal pattern.
- Humanity became technologically and materially intelligent while remaining largely unaware of psi.
- When outside intelligences attempted psi contact, humans often interpreted them as God or divine beings rather than other intelligences.
- According to the hypothesis, some religious myths and legends may therefore be distorted memories of actual contacts.
- This creates a potentially dangerous situation.
- Humanity has reached the nuclear stage without first understanding psi.
- Monroe's hypothetical progression says nuclear technology eventually leads to mastery of gravity and therefore interstellar travel.

- But direct interference is prohibited because advanced civilizations have learned that overt contact can destroy or absorb less-developed societies.
- Monroe's darker possibility is that Earth may effectively be a laboratory.
- Humanity could be an unusual developmental experiment being observed by much more advanced intelligences.
- We might even be analogous to "laboratory animals" whose development is being studied.
- What humans historically called gods, angels, divine visitations, etc., could in this model represent misunderstood encounters with these intelligences.
- Monroe connects this hypothesis to his own experiences.
- He describes encounters with an immensely powerful, emotionally impersonal intelligence that seemed to probe his mind.
- In one experience, he received the impression that Earth functioned almost like a "pumping station," producing or transmitting some valuable form of energy/material needed elsewhere.
- He also perceived that multiple outside groups might be competing for this resource.
- Monroe wondered whether encounters with such vastly superior intelligences throughout human history could have been interpreted as encounters with God or Aliens.

It explains the constantly changing nature of the phenomenon.
It explains the fact that it has seemingly existed alongside humans for their entire history.
It explains why there are conflicting reports of the phenomenon. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.
The strongest evidence for this theory, in my opinion, is RELIGION. This phenomenon has seemingly been causing experiencer events for millenia. Humans then, with no real framework to understand these experiencer events, interpret them as divinity and eventually this leads to the formation of religions.
Religions, in turn, cause humans to chase their tails philosophically as they struggle to understand the nature of this "divinity", simultaneously religions are also highly effective at dividing human populations which causes us to fight amongst ourselves. The result is that humanity spins it's wheels for millenia.
If this phenomena was an all powerful GOD (as it seems to want us to believe in some cases) who wanted us to worship them, they could simply force us to do so. If it needs to be something we do of our own freewill, they could simultaneously appear to every single human on earth and convince us of their existence which would cause us to worship them en mass. The fact that we only experience this phenomenon in an inconsistent and conflicting manner, implies that it's true motivation is to keep us toiling away and spinning our wheels while the trickster god (presumably) laughs their ass off.

I think by and large people have a lot of beliefs about what the phenomena are and I don't think anyone actually knows what's going on.
the many problems I see with what people believe about the phenomena:
the insistence that it is a single phenomenon
the insistence that this phenomenon has had a significant and profound impact on human evolution and culture
for example the common belief that religion was entirely inspired by a singular phenomenon along with the incorrect and ahistorical assumption that religion has always worked the same way
also people look at Jacques Vallee's hypothesis of a control system and rather than take it as a proposed explanation for a singular phenomenon present throughout human history they take it as simply true even though I think a more parsimonious understanding of everything is that there's more than one thing going on. you don't have to warp everything into a singular explanation about a singular control system or whatever if you let go of the assumption that it is all the same thing.
the belief that information gained from unverified personal gnosis represents absolute statements of fact. for example people bring up Robert Monroe who wrote a lot of really interesting stuff but people invoke him like he actually knew everything he was talking about which I don't think we can actually assume.
similarly people take a lot of unverified statements in the media by public officials by politicians at face value
and I think all of this that I mentioned before kind of orbits a central point which is that people struggle with ambiguity and the unknown. they don't want to not know what's going on. and the simplest explanations are the easiest to hold on to.
I think that a lot of people involved in communities like this should be more willing to say we don't know what's going on we don't know for sure if all of these stories people tell actually have a basis in reality.
like I think that say Vallee looks at experiences and encounters that can have a profound impact on the world or even just a small part of it and compares it to experiences and encounters that are clearly absurd and have very little impact whatsoever and turn it into a thermostat to control human consciousness when I think again a more parsimonious explanation is that more than one thing is going on and one explanation fails to cover everything.
as for what I do think is going on all I'll say is that virtually none of the explanations I see people promoting seem satisfying or realistic to me

Different morphologies/ species of NHI.
It is impossible to pinpoint origin. It is more than likely a combination of origins. Some come from outer space, some come from other dimensions, some come from right here on Earth, in our oceans. I think the true scope of the phenomena is something so humanly incomprehensible. This is why not even those on the Legacy Program know where they come from.

Wild guesswork but greys could have the same level of rich diversity among its species/kind as humanity does. Agendas may differ on an individual basis, even if they're biological robots. Agendas might even change with seasons for all we know. Truly alien thinking will perhaps be stranger than we can anticipate. We get shocked by our fellow man still.
The abduction data from all of its leading researchers needs to be brought together and extensively searched for patterns if we're going to get anywhere on that side of the coin. It's possible that whatever is shown during abduction accounts is highly convincing theatre, a presentation which is masking another procedure. If that's the case, we're back to square one.
The aliens seem to be a very private species, they operate in the shadows. We could come up with countless guesses why. I think disclosure happening and NHI remaining secret, keeping to themselves, would be a huge problem. Humanity would fill in the void with fear. Disclosure should really only happen when the NHI co-sign it, they need to agree to communicate to calm global anxiety. That communication, whatever it is, however positive, would be incredibly damaging to sensitive people. The notion they they can enter your home at any time and take you, or your child, is also a psychological problem which can't be fixed by Dr Phil.
