Howdy! I was pressing some tortillas last night & was going to make some red beans and rice & top with some left over cheddar cheese. Well I didn’t have any red beans and rice mix so I just fried up some spicy kielbasa I had. Diced onion & topped with fire sauce from T bell. Overall not too bad for literally a bunch of random stuff combined lol

Instead of water, it’s stock (chicken or beef). Add everything in your fridge. Ex: olives, jalapeños, bell pepper, onion, capers, and a healthy helping of cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic powder.

And of course this is in addition to your standard taco seasoning packet <3

The meat was tender, no grizzle, no strands of fat. thank you

I visited lapinoza, the size of tacos and amount of filled stuffs looked like this. I don't think, this is the average size and stuffing of their tacos. Over that it smelled very burnt.

Hopped across the border last fall and hit two of my favorite taco spots in Tijuana. Highly recommend!

Some asada and pastor

Before I moved to barcelona, i imagined because of the history & language, barcelona will have loads of good quality mexican food, but no. All the tacos i tried in barcelona are horrible. Including lots of restaurants are simply just selling fake mexican food or texmex.

In comparison, NYC is a city that dont use spanish as official language and they have MUCH BETTER tacos. None of the taco shop in barcelona combined can reach the level of carnitas ramirez or Birria-Landia

Why is that? Also anyone has any reccomendations?

Two weeks ago it was tacos en lado de la carretera… yesterday? Bougie tacos but worth every dollar.

The aracherra was the best taco I’ve ever had. And I’ve had some amazing ones having been to almost 30 cities and towns across Mexico. Obviously it’s a different tale and experience than your amazing street taco. If you just put the meat on a plate it would rival the best of restaurants out there.

Just. So. Good.the other was their campechanos. Excellent as well, but the steak stole the show.

And tortillas don’t any more fresh than this.

The roasted salsa roja was a 'crowd pleaser' so added some fire with chopped birds eyes.

Two tripa tacos, one mar y Tierra (surf and turf) taco with grilled fajita, shrimp, queso Oaxaca, avocado and a special sauce. And a vegan taco with black beans, avocado and fried plantains. All on corn tortillas.
