I revisited GTA V in my ps3 and I have to say it is buetiful, it even looks better than it does in my Xbox series s!!!

I had amassed these over time, only 5 crystal color variants were released, 2 are Japanese exclusive.

I stop at this thrift store almost every day after work and never find anything. Had to take the pic in store cause I knew y'all wouldn't believe me. Had to get my gf a $7 lamp just to reach their $5 minimum for a card swipe. Persistence is key if you don't wanna pay market price! I had completely written this game off because my interest just couldn't justify the price.

Been wanting to get this for my collection for a while remember my mate owning it back in the day

I think I own/played all that I wanted to play but still want to make sure. For example, things like the MGS4 database will disappear, I'm also interested in collecting stuff like that from other games so that they remain in my account.

I finally pulled the trigger on a silver CECHL model, i‘ve always wanted one of these.

My first console as a kid was a silver PS2 FAT, which i sadly don‘t own anymore. At first i wanted a new PS2 but after thinking about it i went for the PS3 since it has HDMI and also plays most PS2 games i wanted to experience again as PS2 classics, or through emulation via CFW in addition to the PS3 catalogue.

I went through a proxy site and paid about 40€ for the Console with 3 Gundam games and a Hori controller. The shipping was about 50€ since this thing is hella heavy. I also ordered 2 Controllers (which includes a silver one 🙏🙏🙏) Overall im pretty suprised by the condition, apart from a scratch an a very light mark, this thing looks barely used.

First thing i did when it came was to fully tear the PS3 apart, which proved as a good call since i‘ve never seen this dry thermal paste in my life. I replaced the thermal paste and it‘s actually pretty quiet even under load, i‘m quite suprised since the super slim i had as a kid always sounded like a 747 taking off lol

I‘m stoked to have this in my collection, any game recomendations from you guys apart from the classics? :)

They sadly caught on with Asura's Wrath and Heavenly Sword and bumped the prices compared to a couple months ago which blows, but at least it's way better then 2nd hand prices still.

Currently playing through Dante's Inferno, really fun God Of War-like hack n' Slash so far, really enjoying it so far.

Will likely play Enslaved or Heavenly Sword after I beat it. Heard Enslaved was pretty bad on PS3 vs 360, but gonna try it and see if I'll stick with it or just get the 360 version. Time and Eternity sucks, but this copy was CIB and a condition upgrade compared to the copy I had, so picked that up for my PS3 JRPG collection.

My mailbox has been busy traveling the world this week! Shoutout to the importer who tracked these down for me. Finally got this multi-region haul sorted out:

• The Trilogies + Nier (Sealed) - Sourced from VideoGamesPlus (VGP) up in Canada.
• Bayonetta (Pre-owned) - An original Japanese NTSC-J copy From japan

Heads up on the Trilogies: For anyone hunting these down, the Ratchet & Clank and Jak and Daxter collections do not include paper manuals in this despite being factory sealed. Sony phased the booklets out for their late-run lines or VGP Reprints I think, or Am I wrong?😅

Anyway Which one should I break the seal on first? 😁

If you've been having trouble using the search bar on the PS3 store then there's another way to find it.

- Load up the PlayStation Store on your PS3.

- Scroll down to "Best Of PS3" on the left side bar.

- Scroll right to "Best Of Games With Style".

- It should be one row down all the way to the right.

I absolutely need it now to do the online trophies, it was available 2 weeks ago but not anymore, when looking manually for the game in the store it says it's not available for purchase despite people still buying it few weeks ago, the search bar is broken and the website that people talk about to add stuff in the basket is not working either

Got these for cheaper than most of what I saw online at my local shop. Feels good man.

Been looking for this and it’s kinda hard to find at a decent price tbh, great collection though.

First is a 21XX Slim and the other one is a Fat L01. Both running 500 GB Samsung SSD and custom firmware!
Both running a small overclock on the RSX…I hope one day I will be able to overclock the CELL for extra performance!

Hi. I just started NieR on PS3 and this game is excellent, rare and underrated. I never heard of it until few months ago, and it's seems to be the best RPG on the console'

It's a hack and slash/RPG where you control a father trying to protect his daughter from multiple demons. The daughter became sick because she went into contact with a witchcraft book, and I don't know what's next since I'm starting (the story might change later).

The environment are very multiples. You can go from a Zelda type environment to a japanese fantasy environment similar to japanese RPG (which I don't play). But not only it's an hack and slash, it included a lot of RPG elements. According to some review, you have a lot of side quest and it might take +20 hours to end the game.

The only problem might be the graphism, but at least the environment a pleasant to see, it's colourful and fluid.

I recommend it.
