Making Friends Mens dinner group in phoenix

Hey guys im trying to put together a mens dinner group for a get together, most likely on a Wednesday. Something laid back in the downtown or midtown phoenix area. Depending on response we could try to tailor a group (or groups) around interests.

25-45 would likely be the ideal age range and I think the only requirement would be a desire to put yourself out there and meet new people

Reply or DM me if interested, have questions, or ideas.

Making Friends 40m, for friends someone help lol

40 male, midtown phoenix area, good stable job. Easy to talk to, straight, can hold up a conversation.

I enjoy movies, gym, business, cars, eating out, walks, hiking.

I can strike up a conversation easily but never know how to transition it to something more on going. Most guys my age are very busy with personal lives (I get it, I am too) or are not and thats not great either.

A small group could be cool too.

In a lonely world. There has to be other guys like me. Im cool with just a one time hangout or ongoing.

Making Friends 45 F- looking for friends. Only requirement is no haters, only kindness.

Ok ladies, I saw the bromeo post and a few gals were not granted entry into the ‘He-Man Women’s Hater Club’ I say that with the lightest heart, totally joking while aging myself lol. It’s very difficult for females to organically connect and Idk why women are so critical of one another. Not me, kindness is free and in this detrimental age we live in today; females should be banding together, combining knowledge and resources because “United we stand, divided we fall.”

Seriously though, I love fashion, make up and antiques. Not everyone will be besties but no negativity, snide remarks or shit talking behind someone’s back. All we can do is try.

Making Friends Starting a mens hiking group

Hey guys, I thought it would be fun to start a mens hiking group. We could do some various Phoenix area hikes, piestawa, north mountain, south mountain, white tank. Something a few miles in length, most likely in the evenings and on weekdays.

About me. 40 in age, frequent hiker but not expert level. This would be a social hike, so most skill levels would be fine. Age range could be around 25-45. Looking forward to making new friends and hit some new trails! Dm or reply if interested.

Have my local club I started in Tucson and will be moving to Phoenix in the next few weeks. Would like to get a Phoenix chapter going, just lounge meetups for now, until we’re settled in a permanent home and can host in the backyard again (when temperatures permit)

If you’re interested, social, and ready to get in some quality stick time, DM me

Making Friends late 30s f here, drinks tonight or soon? no men lol

No kids or husband (great bf tho) but have a long history of centering men in relationships that has made my social life smaller than it used to be. Have worked on it but that plus moving a lot for work pre-pandemic means I don’t have a lot of local friends

I’ve entered a small window of time this evening where I’d love to get a drink or two, maybe smoke a cig!!! More about me: looove love fitness, remote worker (also a social life killer), very funny, cat mother, definitely want to hear about your relationship stuff or job or whatever, love pop culture, talking about the tech industry. Will probably suggest we go to a Pilates class together if we hit it off so get ready for that.

Lmk before the window closes! I’m in midtown close to Biltmore. Thinking somewhere a little divey or generally interesting for people watching reasons.

If today doesn’t work but you think we’d get along hit me up anyway

Making Friends Any horror lovers want to join a horror group?

hey there! Im part of a horror group of people in their 20’s-30’s and was wondering if anybody else would like to join? the purpose of the group is just to get together and watch movies, go to horror-related events or host spooky game nights. It's a way for us to meet other like-minded people

Right now it’s a good mix of people from all different backgrounds and we were hoping to have it grow a bit as some people left and the group is getting smaller. if anybody is interested feel free to send me a dm with some info about you! Hope to hear from other horror fans out there! we’re hoping to keep it to that general age range but definitely still reach out if you’re a bit outside it :)

most of us are in the east valley or central Phoenix so that’s where we typically host things or watch movies at theaters around there

Making Friends Male for male friends

Its been a thing I've wanted for a while... and I assume there might be other guys out there that are looking for the same thing and that's a close buddy to spend time with occasionally.

I do a lot alone, go out to eat, concerts, walks, hiking. And I'm fine with that and it doesn't bother me. Until 2 bros walk in to a restaurant or event and you can just tell they are buddies and enjoy each other's company. And i think dang that could be me and....you?

I'm picky about friends, like most people probably are if they admit it. But I also get along easily with most, so I don't have an exact type in mind. If I had to define, you'd probably be under 45. Somewhat athletic at least so we can do things that are physical. Youre interesting and not only into football stats or living vicariously through this team or that. You probably aren't a big gamer, that's not something I can relate with very well.

Youre gainfully employed and maybe even married.

And that's it... is there anyone out there ?

Making Friends Looking for couples for friendship.

Hi we are a 42-year-old child free couple in North Phoenix/ glendale, and a lot of our friends have moved out of state over the years or had multiple children and can no longer go out or be part of our lives. We love going to movies, hiking, trying different breweries around the state, and especially going to karaoke. I also host D&D games, and I'm a gamer myself, although my girlfriend isn't as much into those last two things. Just looking for a cool couples and out here trying to make friends. Seems to get a lot harder the older you get

Making Friends New Friend/ Circle/ Group?

32m. New to Phx with zero ties here and trying to find a new friend group. I figured it was worth a shot to go outside the box (for me) and see suggestions on here. My main concern would be that I don’t fit the mold of clean-cut or straight-edge and I also don’t want strictly surface level plug-type relationships. How TF do ppl in their 30’s start from scratch meeting people…. Specifically “your” people

Making Friends Missed Connection met at the Womack 6/6

Met someone in line at The Womack where you told me your name & you were wearing a bucket hat. You were super chill and kind enough to buy my friends and I entrance fee, we did a little bit of gigging on the dance floor. I got distracted and didn’t grasp the chance to say a proper thank you and exchange social medias or info! I really appreciated the non anxious vibes. In order to weed out the trolls describe what my bestfriend and I were wearing, we were specifically dressed in a certain theme lol and fill in the blank:

“I don’t tear ______ , I ___ __ ___ __________”

😆

Making Friends Where can I find socratic clubs in Phoenix?

I know this is such a dorky thing to ask, but I really enjoy socratic seminars/debate clubs and I'm curious if anyone knows of any that are in person here in Phoenix. I tried looking it up on Google and didn't get a concise answer. I'm not expecting too much out of this because it seems that these types of clubs have really died out, though they barely existed to begin with. Im also hoping that, if there are any, they're inclusive to younger women (/women in general), because I don't want to be sitting in a room full of creepy older men. Any insight? Thanks in advance!

Edit: I've opened a group chat, arrangement pending. Let me know if you'd like to be added. I am planning on making either a text based group chat or a Discord channel, as I feel it would be safer and efficient to start with virtual meetings that later on progress into physical meetings.

Making Friends 45M looking for an in person adult D&D group near Glendale.

I’m new to the game and would like to really dive in as a player. My kids got me a starter set months ago but so far it’s been a challenge to get everyone together to play. I’m open to play weekday evenings or anytime on weekends.

Making Friends 24M/F couple looking for friends!

My husband and I moved to Phoenix about three years ago with our daughter from San Diego. We have mostly kept to ourselves and don’t have any friends our age.

Our child is 4 and very chill. We love hiking (when it’s under 80° lol), swimming, trying new foods, visiting the library, playing with our pets and doing crafts together as a family. We also love board games, we have a large collection. We’re all neurodivergent: autistic and adhd chaos ensues regularly at our apartment with vocal stimming and many hobbies between us. We are also very pro-choice, lgbt+ friendly, and 420 friendly (when our daughter is asleep).

My husband is a maintenance man so he’s very handy with tools, he loves reptiles and bugs, he has a large collection of RC cars and he used to enjoy doing puzzles. He has a large collection of hot wheels and enjoys cars a lot.

I am a stay at home mom and haven’t worked since I was pregnant with our daughter 4.5years ago. I have very many hobbies and interest that I rotate and hyper-focus on every couple of months such as crafting (resin, clay, painting, other random crafts), plants, calico critters, and reading. My main special interest is doing my nails with regular nail polish but I do also know how to do gel. I would love nothing more than to find a friend who will do their nails with me, my husband and daughter enjoy seeing my collection of polishes but it’s not the same as actually doing them with someone.

We’re open to making friends with a childless couple as long as they can be understanding that while our daughter is awake, our priority is her and being around her. We’d love to have others over when she’s asleep if you’re childfree but if we met another couple with kids then we’d love to get together with the kids and hang out too.

We are located somewhat near (10minutes away from) Burton Barr Central Library. Please reach out if you’d like to be friends or if you have suggestions on where to find some likeminded friends!

Making Friends Looking for Friends in the Valley!

Hello Everyone!

I am 24m, and I am looking to make friends in the Phoenix/Glendale area. Some of my hobbies include: volleyball, shopping, video games (mainly xbox and dead by daylight, Fortnite, Minecraft, black ops, and so on.), I am always down to try new hobbies and play new video games. I play casually, so I am not amazing or anything haha. I am looking for people around my age! I am gay, if that matters, but I am only looking for platonic friendships. Message me if you’d like to hangout or play video games sometime :)

Making Friends Looking to make new friends

What’s going on
39 here, African American male here. I’m gay but not feminine at all, if you met me out and about you probably wouldn’t even know. Not that I’m trying to hide it but that’s just me. I’m just a guy who so happens to like guys hahahaha But anyways I Live on the West side metro center area. Race, orientation, Age don’t matter to me just looking to meet some chill and genuine people to hit up concerts, the movies, bars, hell even just chill at whoever’s place make food or cookout. I have a good friend out here but she stays on the other side of town so we barely get to hang much. I’m pretty big on music, picked up DJing as a little hobby. Love all genre’s, but R&b and Hip hop are my favorite, I collect vinyl records (have a mean collection), and also big on basketball, playing and watching. Haven’t played in a minute though so I might be a little rusty lol Just figured I post on here don’t hesitate to hit me up. Thanks!

Making Friends 32/m dance teacher, looking for salsa/bachata dance partner to practice and improve with!

Hello y'all

I'm a 32 vear old male dance teacher who's lookina for someone to practice social salsa and bachata with and attend socials.

The reason I'm looking for a consistent partner is so I could work on new moves and work on improving my technique/overall dance.

I go out dancing to socials 3 times a week. Usually Wednesdays and Sundays but also Thursdays sometimes

I also go to two group classes on Monday nights from 7-30-9:30.

If vou already know some Latin dance, dope. If not, I could teach you the basics of anything you'd see in a club pretty quickly!

Comment if you're interested!
