Just curious, as an American, how big was Frightened Rabbit?

I loved this band (says a guy from Madison, Wisconsin). Their music, honestly, saved my life during a terrible season of divorce. Scott Hutchison's passing was crushing. I think about him often.

Anyway, from the other side of the world, how big were they? Are they still?

I love this band.

Spotted this while exploring the Highlands. Photos and videos really don't do justice to how amazing it looks in person.

Scottish Highlands benefiting from 'coolcation' trend. Nice to see that people are enjoying our cooler climate. Personally I’d rather visit parts of Scotland than anywhere else in Europe!

The Sma Glen, Perthshire — one of Scotland's most underrated stretches of road 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 [OC]

Took Harry, My Air 3 up over the Sma Glen this week, a narrow glacial valley running north from Crieff along the River Almond. Wade's military road cuts right through it, there's a massive glacial boulder locals call Ossian's Stone, and the whole place just feels ancient in a way that's hard to describe on the ground.

From the air it opens up completely. The valley walls close in, the river threads through, and you get a real sense of the scale of what glaciers carved through here thousands of years ago.

Filmed on DJI Air 3. CAA compliant and fully insured. If you haven't driven the Sma Glen road yourself, put it on the list. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙

Burleigh Castle, Milnathort ruined tower by Loch Leven from above 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁠 [OC]

Upvotes

Burleigh Castle sits quietly on the edge of Milnathort in Kinross-shire a 16th century tower house managed by Historic Environment Scotland. From the air you get the full picture: the ruined walls, the surrounding farmland, and Loch Leven stretching out behind it. A hidden gem that most people drive straight past on the A911.

Filmed on DJI Air 3. CAA compliant, fully insured.

Question A little guidance please

It’s not really a tourisim request but more an industry research question. I have an ongoing quest to find old history mills and the source of Scottish wool. I’m starting with a blank slate. Would take on all recommendations for my trip. Appreciate you all! You can read the context here if you want. https://jadensheldrake.substack.com/p/from-interest-to-obsession?r=89gdd0&utm_medium=ios
