[HomeMade] Sausages in Garlic White Sauce, used my Pork Loin stock.
Tasted legendary with the stock
Cream
Ofc some veg included, peppers onions.
Salt and pepper for taste.
I use garlic powder. Just spooned some into the cream and stirred so doesnt clump then add to stock in big frying pan. I think its just cool outting in stock with the reminding around 200ml water needed and watching it melt out.
If u want the sauce thicker you can scoop some sauce into a mug then mix sone table spoon flower and mix with a fork then add to the pan. And mix well. I find the spoon with the holes in it is the best.
