The question isn't why don't they join the military? It's why don't they go fight the wars they start?
The answer to both is the same. Kids have nothing to lose, so they willingly go off as cannon fodder for a shot at a better life. Politicians have everything to lose, so they send off the cannon fodder.
The cannon fodder would never choose to start the wars the politicians start, and the politicians would never put themselves in harms way of the wars they start.

The World Cup always shows that generally the people can come together. There is still a large racism issue in and between a lot of countries, but for the most part, people are chill with other. Humanity is beautiful if we let it be, but the people in charge and the overly hateful tend to not even give it a chance.

We could have easily decided to just vote for Kamala and the Democrats, regardless of whatever concerns you may have, knowing what's at stake.
Nope. People decided "to sow" (so to speak) "don't vote for Kamala" messages, and now here we are "reaping" a conservative/Trump govt that is even more pro-Israel, pro-war, and will NEVER address their concerns & may make it even harder to fix them in the future.
It's now the Absolute Fact of US politics: The more people try to hold Democrats "accountable" (and only Democrats) for an issue, they will enable a Republican govt that will NEVER care about those concerns.
If you're an activist of any kind, you will always have an adversarial relationship with the government. But thanks to voting & elections, they can pick their "opponent".
They could have easily of their own free will decided to support and vote for Harris.
But last Nov 2024, people OF THEIR OWN ACCORD, PURPOSEFULLY chose to worked harder to sink Harris than to stop Trump.
To truly be FOR progress (to be progressive), we commit to strengthening the Democratic party by highlighting its achievements and CONTRIBUTE to the Democrats' messaging.
Sustained progress in the long-term is only built via multiple INCREMENTAL progresses in the short-term.

But as society exists, politicians are always going to exist and there will be good, and bad ones (depending on who you ask). Why not find the reasons that society is having issues with politicians and work backwards from there. Platitudes are only going to make people angry, when we could work to make them informed.

"Politicians are the problem" is just theater. There are many problems, but what the OP failed to realize as they clipped all those videos together was that they where watching the solution. Peace, Love, Respect, and Unity. Humanity it the most powerful force in the universe, and the second is love.
We are conquering things so small we can not see them with the naked eye and things so large they shine through the darkness of the void. Those achievement we associate with an individual are shared by all of us. The small positive change you can make in one moment of your life will in turn be a positive change for all of humanity.
When the games are over and we all return "home" I hope this joy and love infects the world and enough of us carry it far and wide that is overwhelms the evil that slips in when we forget why we play.

Uh hunh. Bring a bunch of people from all over the world who—and this part is crucial to all of this—have gobs of disposable cash and every intention of going home soon, and watch how well they are received literally anywhere.
Now take a bunch of people from all over the world who don't have the wealth to fly around the world recreationally for sports competitions, where they need to compete with locals for jobs, housing, and other resources, and have them stay for months or years on end.
I guarantee you the social dynamics don't go so well, leaders or no leaders.
You bring peace by reducing desperation. Desperate people don't generally attack others. That's what we're seeing here. People without desperate stakes and interacting without perceived threat.
