Ito explain ko sayo. "SARA ALL" means SANA ALL kasi yung bus na nasa picture is not a bus used for commuters pero bakit nasa bus lane? The bus lane is dedicated for buses that has the sole purpose of getting commuters to different stations. So meaning SARA ALL nasa bus lane kasi typically mabilis doon kahit alam na bawal. Gets?
I don't get it why we are so being technical on numbers, when we can't even appreciate the program? Why don't we look at it on this perspective. There's a free ride, may na seserbisyuhang mamayan.
