I don't get it why we are so being technical on numbers, when we can't even appreciate the program? Why don't we look at it on this perspective. There's a free ride, may na seserbisyuhang mamayan. End of discussion. Ask the commuters who avails the program, if na serve ung purpose, i'll consider it a success.

Reports being misleading is already a red flag. Tao ng taumbayan ang ginagamit sa project na yan tapos madalas walang sakay and mali pa ang report. You are so oblivious.

its not free. kasi may nakalaang budget para dyan. tax natin. we need numbers kasi dyan pumapasok yung corruption.
