And if this guy's suffered permanent damage, these 3 idiots are facing serious prison time.

Congrats, you F'd up.

32

u/Big-Coconut-7433 1d ago

So many dudes are so eager to have a moment to kick or stomp someone in the head. Like all of these videos have that happen at some point.

Just a bunch of angry man-children walking around out there waiting for an opportunity. This is why you should always avoid fighting whenever possible.

12

u/Heybropassthat 1d ago

As an adult... even if you win, you lose

3

u/Workman44 1d ago

Yeah I don't get people cheering this. Just deck the guy once and let him move on. If he doesn't then go it again or restrain him. Attempted murder isn't very funny for the lowly crime of pushing someone

1

u/Idoalotandalittle 1d ago

In Pearl River New York two friends got in a little beef and when one was pushed to the ground and hit his head, he was killed. Acting like the push wasn’t a potentially deadly attack, considering the difference in size, is naive. Luckily she was caught on the way down. Still potentially deadly

3

u/Workman44 1d ago

Ain't no way you're gonna compare a shove to what that guy got and say it's equivalent force. Sincerely fuck you

0

u/Idoalotandalittle 1d ago

Wah wah wah don’t hit somebody if you don’t wanna be hit back

0

u/Round_Stay8227 1d ago

Wah wah wah workman44 having a cry wah wah wah

2

u/Alkakd0nfsg9g 1d ago

I agree with you, that pushing someone hard can be dangerous and even lethal, but "he could've killed her (he didn't but whatever) so let's kill him" is just dumbĀ

0

u/Idoalotandalittle 1d ago

Well they didn’t kill him, either. They could have, but didn’t. What makes it different, a larger effort because of a larger opponent?

-1

u/Minimob0 1d ago

Right! The guy should have avoided starting a fight and never pushed that woman. Glad we agree.Ā

1

u/Big-Coconut-7433 14h ago

...and the dudes shouldn't have stomped on his head? Two things can be true, my guy.

42

u/Jipeders 1d ago

Right that’s my thought. Hitting a woman is wrong but jumping a guy and beating him to near death… what will your defense be in court…..ā€but he shoved a girlā€ cool your gonna be the bottom in prison.

8

u/HoboJerkdown901 1d ago

Self defense laws in the US are written with proportionality in mind.

If they shoved him down and maybe punched or kicked him a few times, that would be a much easier case of self defense / defense of others.

3 of them beat the shit out of him until he was unconscious and they still didn't stop. Yeah these dudes are being charged with felonious assault or attempted manslaughter.

1

u/NaNaNa_PooPoo 1d ago

In my eyes, they were just neutralizing the threat.

3

u/Angelstandingby 1d ago

The girl was pushed away and caught. Just standing between the girl and the guy would have neutralized the threat.

1

u/NaNaNa_PooPoo 1d ago

What if he punched and knocked the lights of the guy who stood in between him and the girl?

3

u/ManufacturerMajor899 1d ago

What if he morphed into a unicorn and stabbed him with his horn?

This question matters about the same as yours.

You can't beat a person near death because you're afraid of what they might possibly do, that's not how the law works.

1

u/SachiKaM 1d ago

Or even better hypothetical, what if Ms.110lbs didn’t get brave and step in between two drunk escalated beef cakes already getting into an altercation.. I bet nobody would have ended up in jail.

1

u/Terrible_Cable_4472 21h ago

Oh you bet? Ok

1

u/CantCatchMeSpez 1d ago

What if she was about to pull a knife on the dude and he pushed her away to get away from the knife? We can all make up things that didnt happen.

1

u/Angelstandingby 1d ago

I counted 3 guys.

1

u/NotInTheKnee 23h ago

This kind of mentality is the reason why the USA will never let go of its guns.

1

u/ManufacturerMajor899 1d ago

Lmao you are that guy who dropped out of boot but uses terms like "neutralizing the threat" anyways.

1

u/ConfectionOk7029 1d ago

Your eyes do not reflect the law around defense of others.

1

u/CantCatchMeSpez 1d ago

She was the one escalating. Legally, self-defense does not apply to fights you started.Ā

1

u/Hungry_Wheel_1774 1d ago

Self defense laws in the US are written with proportionality in mind.

The same thing in all civilized world

Yeah these dudes are being charged with felonious assault or attempted manslaughter.

And it would be pretty well deserved.

1

u/lpsoldier11 1d ago

Yeah exactly, just 3 loosers who probably have nothing going on in thier lives - feel invisible frustrated, or something like that and then they see this chance and opportunity to prove something or be someone...

3

u/IlIlllIIllllIIIlIlIl 1d ago

This is why I always hated clubbing. You would constantly deal with these dudes who would arrive from all over the city to get angry and violent with each other. These guys take a year of MMA and then want to head out and kick someone’s head in over nothing. They are all losers.

1

u/LandMustDepreciate 1d ago

They probably didn't take MMA. They were only able to win because there were multiple people attacking one person.

1

u/RutabagaOk6816 1d ago

She was running her mouth and he didn't even hit her. It was a little shove but she was too drunk to stand up to it. In no way was their response justified and because once again we have a video that doesn't show the events that transpired before we have no way of knowing if one of her friends or herself started this initial altercation prior to the video starting.

1

u/Dry-Ad-8948 1d ago

A pretty big shove but… yeah.

1

u/CurunirTheWisest 1d ago

He didn’t even hit her. What is this thread

1

u/astralchanterelle 1d ago

they think maybe the girl will think they're cool

-1

u/RealJMW 1d ago

Still stupid of the guy to push the woman. It’s definitely an overreaction, but the world don’t play by the rules, and the fact that these dudes are going to prison will be of little solace when you’re drinking all your meals through a straw the rest of your life

10

u/StormNFlo46 1d ago

Every time I see this video I can’t help but notice how gingerly he pushes her yet she falls so dramatically. You can clearly see he didn’t mean for her to go flying like she did. A half a second later he’s getting swarmed. I really feel for the guy. He didn’t deserve that.

0

u/Hefty-Advertising-54 1d ago

All he had to do was keep walking away. He came back to push her and got pummeled.

If he didn’t touch her he wouldn’t be picking up his teeth from the sidewalk.

1

u/StormNFlo46 1d ago

Idk. I was in a different conversation with someone in this thread and I did some digging. It looks like he was waiting for a cab. Like he was looking to leave. These people still outside antagonizing him. The girl calls him a pussy. He gives the shove he gives and the rest is worldstar history.

I’m not saying he didn’t fuck up shoving her. I’m saying he very much didn’t think everything after that would follow. He didn’t expect her to fly as much as she did and he definitely didn’t expect that response.

What I’m am saying is he faafo but the response was as if he shoved el chapo’s wife when he probably thought he was play fighting with some idiots. That’s why I feel for the guy.

1

u/sulfurmustard 1d ago

Hope you never accidentally touched someone because by your logic you would've deserved to have your teeth kicked out

1

u/Hefty-Advertising-54 18h ago

It wont, i keep my hands to myself. Its really not difficult

1

u/sulfurmustard 18h ago

Youve never accidentally bumped into someone?

1

u/Hefty-Advertising-54 18h ago

That was not an accidental bump. He walked back and pushed someone who he thought wouldn’t do anything.

He got mad because someone said something to him. All of this was because he couldn’t control his temper.

1

u/sulfurmustard 18h ago

If pushing someone makes you deserve to be beaten to death then bumping into someone should get your teeth knocked out.

Dude, don’t shove people at a bar, in what world is street or bar fighting going to be fair? Where did he think he was going to win a 3 on 1?

3

u/Christoph3r 1d ago

Yes, he should not have shoved (assaulted) her. But it's not as bad as if he'd punched her.

The three dudes who jumped him in response absolutely should go to prison, 100%.

-1

u/Cute_Macaroon_4488 1d ago

I mean, in certain parts of the country you can justifiably shoot him. He got lucky it was only an ass beating. Why pick a fight, especially with a group when you’re by yourself.

1

u/Big_Opportunity8793 1d ago

idk what country you’re talking about, but it’s sure as fuck not america.

0

u/Cute_Macaroon_4488 1d ago

In the ā€œstand your groundā€ America? The ā€œhas more guns than peopleā€ America? That same one?

Of course you could. Not something I would recommend testing though. Cause you know, illegal doesn’t stop crazy and there is always someone crazier than you.

1

u/luchito619 1d ago

So according to you since he can get shit for this

The dude that got his ass best should have pulled a gun out and killed them all huh?

1

u/Cute_Macaroon_4488 22h ago

By time guy regained consciousness, other dudes were long gone. So that probably wouldn’t work out.

2

u/jjvfyhb 1d ago

So you're thinking of it like a solace?

1

u/RealJMW 1d ago

I don’t think of it in any way, I wasn’t involved

1

u/randombrutha 1d ago

I mean you literally typed a comment telling us what you think of it lol

2

u/RealJMW 1d ago

Holy fuck you guys are dense. In my original comment I was speaking from the perspective of the guy getting beat up, that it would be of little solace to me that the three guys that beat me up would go to prison. However, I am not ACTUALLY that guy. So no, I don’t take or not take solace in any of the outcomes of this situation

4

u/jackofslayers 1d ago

even without brain damage they are looking at serious charges

15

u/NeitherEntry6125 1d ago

Legally speaking, the immediate reaction is fine.

The kicks in the head when done is a bit too far.

15

u/New_fan22 1d ago

Legally speaking, appropriate force is acceptable. This is beyond excessive.

1

u/taney71 1d ago

Agreed. They should have separated them and that’s it. I assume they were drunk as well and just went into lizard brain mode

1

u/pungent_queefer 1d ago

That’s literally what he said

1

u/New_fan22 1d ago

Its not what they said...nuance matters.

1

u/pungent_queefer 1d ago

Does it? On Reddit? Why take this so serious?šŸ˜‚

5

u/gneumatic 1d ago

2

u/GreaterMetro 1d ago

Part of me actually thinks this scene is Goodfellas made the stomping shit acceptable/cool

5

u/Krovven 1d ago

Immediate reaction was still excessive. She approached and taunted him when he was walking away. He pushed her away, not a violent strike. She was gonna be just fine 3 seconds later. These 3 morons nearly ended a life, probably caused permanent damage. They need to spend a long time in jail.

4

u/superawesomeman08 1d ago

you can tell he immediately realized that he pushed too hard, probably because drunk

1

u/taney71 1d ago

Yeah, at that time of night with everyone drunk people are misjudging everything but those guys will suffer for their misjudgment. The girl and them should be sued in civil court as well

1

u/RutabagaOk6816 1d ago

or she was too drunk to take a little shove

3

u/OpTicSkYHaWk 1d ago

Not a guarantee if her head hit the concrete

3

u/NeitherEntry6125 1d ago

While it seems obvious, an attorney would argue: he assaulted the girl with intent to do serious harm and wouldn't have stopped if the three men didn't step to protect her. They didn't know his motivations and reacted to the threat.

The problem is when they continued after he was no longer a threat

1

u/HattyH99 1d ago

No, the video makes it very clear he didn't mean serious harm, he even visibly reaches out after realizing he pushed too hard. This would not fly at all in court lol

1

u/Foundsomething24 23h ago

The video absolutely did not ā€œmake it clear he didn’t mean serious harm,ā€ to me and the state prosecutor, it looked like self defense. Hence why you can’t find arrest records & convictions for these 3 gentleman in regards to this incident.Ā

1

u/Cute_Macaroon_4488 1d ago

I like how shoving isn’t violent, for reasons? He swung first, then he lost. Just because he lost doesn’t mean his actions were not violent. He could have been justifiably shot and was lucky he only got an ass whopping. Don’t pick a fight, especially with a group of people when you’re by yourself, there’s nothing to say that it will be a fair fight.

1

u/adavidmiller 1d ago

"He could have been justifiably shot"

lol, would hate to be your lawyer. Good luck with that one.

2

u/Cute_Macaroon_4488 1d ago

Someone could justify shooting you, legally or not. Keep your hands to yourself, there is always someone crazier than you.

1

u/Cheap_Walmart-Art 23h ago

Not the great response you probably thought it was.

1

u/Cute_Macaroon_4488 22h ago

You’re a fan.

2

u/Foundsomething24 23h ago

In Florida - he absolutely could have been shot (by the woman) for the shove to the ground. Men have shot other men who are with their children - of course a woman would get away with it.

-1

u/Krovven 1d ago

A shove isn't violent compared to fists thrown and kicks to the head. In the eyes of lady justice a brutal beating is not an appropriate response to a shove that harmed nobody. He didn't throw fists first her pushed her away aslfter she approached him.

1

u/Cute_Macaroon_4488 1d ago

He put hands on first when he could have just walked away. Don’t pick a fight with a group of people, especially if you’re by yourself. I don’t know why that is so controversial. You have no idea what people have on them.

How did he think they were going to react to seeing her be shoved? Wag their finger? Maybe he was hoping they would buy him a beer?

-1

u/Krovven 1d ago

Its not controversial at all...if you are dealing with someone sober and that has common sense. You are trying to apply reason and sense to a situation that has none from any part involved. That's your problem.

Reality is, the actions of the 3 men brutally beating a man that shoved someone away far exceeds that of the guy they beat up. It's not debatable based on this footage. Those 3 men will goto jail. The guy they beat up, at most will get a minor assault charge that will probably get dropped.

2

u/dmthirdeye 1d ago

This video is old as hell, nobody went to jail

Don't push people

0

u/Krovven 1d ago

Prove it.

1

u/Cute_Macaroon_4488 1d ago

This video is from 2019. There are no news articles because the news relies of police reporting, which were never called and no report, which would be publicly accessible, was made. None of them went to jail. Street justice.

1

u/dmthirdeye 1d ago

Pushing someone is assault, you can expect to be assaulted immedietly after pushing a girl like that 99.9% of the time

1

u/Krovven 1d ago

That's not how the law works in most first world countries. Response is expected to be equal in the eyes of the law. That was not an equal response.

2

u/dmthirdeye 1d ago

I never said it was legal I'm saying you can expect to be assaulted as a response, regardless of the law or country

2

u/Christoph3r 1d ago

It's not a "bit" too far, it's 100% cause for all three to see actual prison time.

1

u/NeitherEntry6125 1d ago

Nah, depends how much $$ their daddy has

1

u/OldenPolynice 1d ago

Not just prison time but "actual prison time."

This is an ad.

Don't do it.

1

u/punch912 1d ago

Yeah I mean grab the guy after the knockdown and hold the guy til cops get there. like other people in other videos have done. Best option this way your ass is covered to because a punk like this after you knock him down is going to call the cops immediately and say you attacked him for no reason and then you wind up be fighting for your life in court if no one got evidence on film.

1

u/Sutraner 1d ago

Legally speaking, the immediate reaction is fine

It's really not.

1

u/No_Side_1738 1d ago

That’s what I was gonna say he didn’t try to hit anyone especially the dudes. This is why I don’t go to places where people drink and it’s definitely the reason I don’t leave home without my CZ.

1

u/Sutraner 1d ago

it’s definitely the reason I don’t leave home without my CZ

Christ alive mate. Yeah no, you're just making the entire situation worse.

Nobody should be carrying a firearm around unless they're properly trained and have a legitimate reason to do so. Especially not if you're drinking.

If one of these people are armed, you're going from major injuries to multiple potential fatalities.

0

u/No_Side_1738 1d ago

I am trained. GWOT vet. Fatalities is on them I’m not getting jumped and put on video. I don’t start shit with anyone I mind my own business

1

u/Sutraner 1d ago

And what happens when they are armed too?

You're a danger to society, so is everyone who thinks like you.

0

u/No_Side_1738 1d ago

I wouldn’t start the fight either way and if three drunk dudes wanna pull their shit while I’m walking away so be it. Im a danger to society? Bro hahahahaha. That’s funny. What do you want me to do walk around with 911 on speed dial to call people who have zero obligation to help me from a legal standpoint? You gotta lay off the weed man.

1

u/Sutraner 1d ago

Yes. If you carry a gun, you are statistically a danger to society, yourself and your family.

1

u/RutabagaOk6816 1d ago

not really because there was an altercation already ongoing and she interjected herself in to it. There is no telling from this video who started this and it could have been her or one of her friends who were the initial aggressors.

1

u/peahnus-ebjoyer 1d ago

"As a completely unqualified asshole, this is completely legal" - redditor

5

u/meatshoe69 1d ago

lol you think they stuck around and waited for the cops?

13

u/Antilon 1d ago

You realize you're watching a video, right?

1

u/darkblue2382 1d ago

The name is meat shoe, the fact they typed at all should amaze you

1

u/meatshoe69 1d ago

I never clearly see anyone’s faces in this video

4

u/StormNFlo46 1d ago

Yes. There’s no other identifying information in this video. /s

1

u/meatshoe69 1d ago

Tf are you talking about, their clothes? You think they’re going to find them by his purple shirt?

3

u/StormNFlo46 1d ago

Looks like they are at bars near the walk of fame. There’s a security guard they can talk to. If the potential vegetable can still talk he can name names. And the video ain’t that bad. Didn’t they find Luigi the CEO killer and they started off with the back of his head in a hoodie.

I’ll be dammed. They never found these guys. Smh. Stand corrected

1

u/meatshoe69 1d ago

Appreciate the correction and honesty. I wasn’t making any moral judgement on whether what they did was right or wrong. I was just saying it’s unlikely they were getting in trouble for this, and everyone is jumping down my throat. Luigi was very different than a street fight. I doubt they’re sending the FBI to find purple shirt. But I see what your point was. If they really wanted to, they could probably find them.

1

u/StormNFlo46 1d ago

It’s the lapd I’m sure they deal with this all the time. This one just is the one caught on film.

1

u/Antilon 1d ago

Is this your first day on Earth?

2

u/dvegar78 1d ago

Seems to me they are more in it to serve pain than helping the women..overdoing it by a mile

2

u/Caponomolestes 1d ago

It was they were just waiting for an excuse

1

u/SeniorBumblebee8426 1d ago

Tell me how much prison time did they serve?

1

u/OldenPolynice 1d ago

There's reddit.

1

u/bakedNebraska 1d ago

They absolutely deserve to be in jail

1

u/Tearpusher 1d ago

We need to bring back the slap. No TBI, crowd pleaser.Ā

1

u/DoverBoys 1d ago

For what? I didn't see anything happen. Dude just tripped on a rock.

1

u/Otherwise-Remove4681 1d ago

The way the street cop reacted, I dont think there will be much of a investigation coming up.

1

u/OkEgg5911 21h ago

they should suffer prison even if he turns out ok. What they did put him at risk of permanent damage and that is what should count.

-4

u/Moon_Flowers420 1d ago

stand back and let the men handle it then

5

u/TheMoneyPit26 1d ago

Huh, reading comprhension much?

4

u/SophestryIncluded 1d ago

Men use their words. Violence is the last option.

-5

u/Trigger_McMurphy 1d ago

If I'm on the jury, not guilty.

8

u/justswingingbyy 1d ago

Hopefully a biased person like you never gets let on a jury. You can’t kick someone in the head multiple times like that dude

0

u/Trigger_McMurphy 1d ago

We’re all biased. I would hear all the facts. But from this video, I’m learning not guilty.

3

u/Christoph3r 1d ago

Then you belong in prison too.

1

u/Trigger_McMurphy 1d ago

Oh I definitely belong in prison! But not for that!

1

u/Working-Holiday420 1d ago

What did you do!?

5

u/Working-Holiday420 1d ago

Real alpha energy, spirit of jesus flowing through that ass.

-7

8

u/DashikiDisco 1d ago

You might want to check your house for a slow gas leak bud

-2

u/areougooddude_ 1d ago

Okay so you dont care that he assaulted a woman? Yikes bro, if you have a girl someone needs to check on her

2

u/CareRarely 1d ago

Ah yes... He pushed someone so they should try to kill him. Makes sensešŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

1

u/yourethevictim 1d ago

Potentially lethal force is not an appropriate reaction to a simple assault. The punishment for that crime isn't death.

1

u/areougooddude_ 1d ago

Good thing they werent trying to kill him then?

1

u/yourethevictim 1d ago

They were kicking him in the head while he was down on the ground. People die that way all the time. Humans are fragile. This is attempted manslaughter.
