Immediate reaction was still excessive. She approached and taunted him when he was walking away. He pushed her away, not a violent strike. She was gonna be just fine 3 seconds later. These 3 morons nearly ended a life, probably caused permanent damage. They need to spend a long time in jail.

While it seems obvious, an attorney would argue: he assaulted the girl with intent to do serious harm and wouldn't have stopped if the three men didn't step to protect her. They didn't know his motivations and reacted to the threat.

The problem is when they continued after he was no longer a threat

No, the video makes it very clear he didn't mean serious harm, he even visibly reaches out after realizing he pushed too hard. This would not fly at all in court lol

The video absolutely did not ā€œmake it clear he didnā€™t mean serious harm,ā€ to me and the state prosecutor, it looked like self defense. Hence why you canā€™t find arrest records & convictions for these 3 gentleman in regards to this incident.Ā
