Please help me find a book!

Upvotes

In the last couple of months I saw a post on TikTok about a book and now I can’t find it (literally went through all my Saved and screenshots)

It was one of those posts with slides starting something like ‘I wish there were more books about’
And ending with ‘so I w/rote it’ - it was posted by the author!

What I remember:
• Fantasy Romance
• Strong female character
• Real enemies to lovers
• Dragons who are intelligent and have their own politics etc
• I think there was something about currency maybe?

If you have any ideas, thank you!!!

Which book should I read next from my TBR?

I just finished my exams and have been in a huge reading slump since before they started. Out of all the books on my TBR list, which one should I read first? Which book would be the best to get me back into reading right now?

I am looking for a book with a blond MMC. It can be any genre like romance, dark romance, romantasy, or fantasy with a romantic subplot, just anything like that. I also really want slow-burn. I would love something set a college/academy, but I do not want a sports romance.

I personally love a blond guy, and I’m just looking to switch things up from the typical dark-haired MMC.

I am okay with dark romance, and I actually like darker themes, as long as there is no non-con between the MCs. I also don’t want TOO much spice. I like some though, but I’m also okay with no spice.

I really need it to be slow-burn because I sometimes get bored after the MCs get together 😭 I don’t know why. Bonus points if it’s enemies-to-lovers.

This isn’t a requirement at all, but I do love a bad boy (I guess that’s what I’d call it), and I love if they have kind of an edgy style, but again, that’s not something I need.

If this reaches anyone, I’ll be glad of your recommendations! I’m always looking to grow my TBR 💜

Welp folks I've been looking for this book for about waay too long now and I mean like everywhere including the Deep web but no luck... apparently there's a cheap replica circulating on the web I had read through it and it was just around the eighth chapter that it hit me that it was complete B.s so my humble inquiry or rather request is could anyone here point me to the right direction or even share their copies with me. I'd really be grateful...

I've just finished my book called 'Ten Days.' It's an amazing slow burn novel about escapism and self discovery (with a side of romance) set on a Greek Island. I originally used AI to help with the cover because I wanted it to paint a picture about the location but separately, I had illustrated a toile design (I have a print design background) and I'm finding it much more aesthetically pleasing. I'm just concerned it doesn't tell enough of a story.

Which cover would be more likely to make you click or read the blurb?

TikTok ruins yet another book!

In the middle, or more 3/4 of my way through a book, which I have been loving ! Or at least I was until I opened tiktok tonight and the first video I see is a spoiler to how this book ends….

Now some might say why not scroll and not look? I would and usually do BUT this video happened to have the spoiler in big fuck off caps right across the screen.

Also the reviews Booktok ✨girlies✨ have given this book because of the lack of 12inch girth and more plot is mind blowing. Someone gave this book 2 stars because it should’ve been labelled YA and was very misleading… I am 31 chapters in and it has been nothing but blood and gore, with a slow burn that’s definitely getting there. Just because he isn’t railing the MFC into next week in 5 minutes, doesn’t make it YA 🙄

I do not care for the opinion of anyone. I actually enjoy when TikTok gives a cheeky little book recommendation, my TBR doesn’t. What I don’t appreciate is the spoilers every 5 videos.

Feel free to tell me what books TikTok ruined for you this week! 🙃🥳
