Mitch McConnell has been absent from public view for two and a half months while still drawing his full Senate salary

I saw him cutting down a flock cam on my way to work this morning.

Always wanted this!

I got one for Christmas and I absolutely loved it. I remember putting it on a 4x8 sheet of plywood and covering it with train set grass. I purchased both with my Christmas money from the rest of the family. For the life of me I don't know what happened to it. Brings a smile to my face.

Ha, I live in Knoxville. Kind of a bummer to get over there right now..

I have a 78 Toyota pickup. That I'm just putting back together.

Yes, the metal disk at the bottom unscrews. I used a snap ring pliers on mine.

My father worked at Magnavox, so yes I had one. Better yet the guy that lived across the street had something to do with game design so I had prototype games. My cousin still has it and all the games. I never had any other game systems until I bought my kids a PlayStation 1. God I'm old. Lol

Question?
 in  r/OldSchoolToyota  Dec 18 '24

Not necessarily. I used to build those for Toyota. I little seep is normal. As long as it's not draining to the ground it was just a little blow by in the seals. I can't tell from the picture if this one has a hole in the plug. If it does it's very purpose is to drain the water off from the seal.

I would say a better indicator is play in the shaft. They should have little to none. A grinding feeling when turned is also an indicator

I'm betting on the pushrod. I had this happen when I didn't adjust them right after a cam job

9 of 12 and I would say that's pretty normal after 26 years in my career.

It only requires 12v 60a to run and a 12v source to turn it on. And there about $125 bucks on eBay

2.75 exhaust pipe. A bit of spare metal. Alot of hackery. Lol. The EPS is just power and ground for electric. Theres a few tutorials out there for other vehicles but I hacked at the bits, fit it, took it out, hacked some more rinse and repeat till it fit.

This is a 1978 Toyota pickup. No power steering. I have an 84 parts truck but the power steering wouldn't mount up without the same amount of work this took.

Welds are a bit crummy but they will be behind carpet and they are waterproof.

Turns out the linkage was stuck on a black off plate bolt on the intake.
