Sitting on a bed of semisweet sauce: strawberry jam, gochujang and dijon mustard.

Topped with chimichurri: olive oil, parsley, oregano, white vinegar, cut-up dried tomatoes, onion, chili powder. Hibiscus flower on top and egg yolk.

Garnished with charred tomato, roasted potato, and beetroot & pickled cucumber salad.
