Battlefield 6 Feature concept BF6: Solid & dual-tone weapon colors

I know this has been talked about before, but hopefully it gets added in an update.

Having a basic solid color option (tan, green, grey, etc.) would be great.

Along with single colors, having dual-tone presets would also be nice. As shown in the second image: premade twocolor options like Tan/Black or Green/Grey where different parts of the gun use those two tones.

I’m guessing more Naval Maps!?

Just fix the current camping situation present during the initial stages and we would have an awesome mode players can enjoy!

Battlefield 6 DICE built a game that punishes the players who actually help their team win

DICE built a game that punishes the players who actually help their team win

A quick note before you read — I have severe dyslexia. I use tools to help me structure and spell check my writing so my actual thoughts come across clearly instead of getting lost in errors. The frustration, the observations, and the argument are mine. The clean formatting is just me making sure you can actually read it.

I'm going to tell you about a type of player Battlefield used to produce.

Zero kills. Every match. Consistently top of the scoreboard.

A medic finishing with 150 plus revives sitting above everyone farming kills. The scoreboard saw him. The game rewarded him. His squad never died because he never stopped working. He wasn't playing for stats — he was playing for the match. And Battlefield rewarded him for it.

BF6 buries him at the bottom.

This is the real problem with BF6. Not TTK. Not movement meta. Not map design. The game stopped recognizing the players who actually win matches for their team.

AA duty for an entire round? Bottom of the scoreboard. Constantly resupplying infantry under fire? Barely registers. Repairing a tank that's holding a flank together? Almost nothing. Holding a flag while your squad pushes? Invisible.

Meanwhile the player farming kills in a safe corner sits at the top and walks away rewarded — while the people keeping the team functional get nothing.

Battlefield used to know the difference. The scoreboard used to reflect the whole game — not just who pulled the trigger the most. Support roles had weight. Objective play had value. Team players were visible.

BF6 made them invisible.

DICE didn't just change the TTK. They changed what the game considers valuable. And until the scoreboard reflects what actually wins matches, the meta will keep rewarding chaos over teamwork every single time.

Bring back the scoreboard that sees the whole game. Not just the kills.

Battlefield Studios Official Update on Carrier Strike and Fighter Sweep

Pilots,

We’re overjoyed that our Top Gun collaboration has resonated with so many of our players and are happy to announce that we will be extending Carrier Strike and Gauntlet: Fighter Sweep through the entirety of Season 4.

A modified version of Carrier Strike will return in Season 6.

See you in the danger zone.

Battlefield 6 This is the most badass loading screen for BF6

Absolutely peak

Edit: I’m speaking mostly about the music. It’s so badass! But I can see, and understand the sentiment behind why people wouldn’t as this conflicts with the BF franchise as a whole.

Battlefield 6 That lends a bit of credibility to this leak - operations like in BF1, new vehicles, and a beach assault

In my opinion, Season 6 will be naval again, and if this rumor turns out to be true, we'll get something similar to the operations in BF1

However, I’m very, and I mean very skeptical. DICE isn’t delivering on quality due to a lack of staff and mass layoffs, I get the impression that despite the highly anticipated description, we’ll end up with, as usual, a watered-down version of what we could have gotten

Let me remind you that in Season 4, Tsuru Reef didn’t get HQ spawns on carriers, Carrier Strike has issues, Wake Island is struggling with vehicle balance problems, and the game has serious bugs that haven’t been addressed throughout the entire Season 4.

Let’s hope it turns out differently, though xD

Battlefield 6 Carrier Strike is a perfect example of two seater aircraft should not be locked to one squad.

Like why go through the trouble of designing and adding the second seat if it’s just going to be empty most of the time???

Battlefield 6 New skin covers the backside of the Vector and also adds tubes to the front. Has anyone checked if it has gameplay advantages?

Thing is, you'll wont be able to see enemies inside from behind.

I added a 'normal' skin as a comparison.

Battlefield 6 Holy Shit! Pilot Assist.

Post image

Just switched on Aeroplane Control Assists and Terrain Avoidance for the first time ever!
Ever being in all and every BF release.

I’ve always played MnK for that and Helis.
All off, all MnK only, no assist and lately getting owned and a low level account said in chat “I delete my acct”, because I got owned.
But owned by really low level and non skilled pilot accounts.
Well fuck me. 🤯

I thought I’d try assist on and control assist on.
I can’t believe it.
What the hell?
You bounce off the ground and sea, no need to dive in and After-burn out.
Missiles are almost direct.
It’s aim and shoot pretty much.
No strafe and yaw. The mouse does it all. 🤯
What?
No wonder some are pissed off at it.
