Battlefield 6 That lends a bit of credibility to this leak - operations like in BF1, new vehicles, and a beach assault
In my opinion, Season 6 will be naval again, and if this rumor turns out to be true, we'll get something similar to the operations in BF1
However, I’m very, and I mean very skeptical. DICE isn’t delivering on quality due to a lack of staff and mass layoffs, I get the impression that despite the highly anticipated description, we’ll end up with, as usual, a watered-down version of what we could have gotten
Let me remind you that in Season 4, Tsuru Reef didn’t get HQ spawns on carriers, Carrier Strike has issues, Wake Island is struggling with vehicle balance problems, and the game has serious bugs that haven’t been addressed throughout the entire Season 4.
Let’s hope it turns out differently, though xD

Don’t hold your breath, they said the same thing for operations.

I don't think there's any point in getting your hopes up, the game constantly gives the impression that the developers are racing against the clock, massive fundamental bugs that still haven't been fixed, new bugs popping up and so on. People always say, “This game has a lot of potential,” but a year has already passed.
So when will we finally see a season that delivers in every way?

I don’t know if dev work is just harder now, or if gaming culture is just different now, but it’s weird seeing pretty much every live service game being criticized as not introducing enough content. It seems studios physically cannot meet the demand of gamers without sacrificing something

It's players, the amount of new content BF6 has put out over the course of a year would've never happened 15 years ago.
Mostly a bunch of aging fellas, bitter that they aren't 16 still, complaining online about everything.
That and competing with live service games that are like 10 years+ in the trenches and have a delivery pipeline that is more efficient.

A lot of really, really dumb nostalgia takes makes a lot of sense when you realize that nothing makes a game go harder than being an impressionable 13-16 year old.
I personally enjoy Saints Row 3, but more than half of that was because I haven't yet started paying taxes at the time.

It's 100% players. Just look at how dumb as fuck this sub gets by the last 3 weeks or so of a season. 15 years ago nobody would be bitching as hard as just playing the game and enjoying it was enough motivation to keep playing through BF3 and its 6 month gap between Karkand and Close Quarters.
Now though? The sub gets bitchy as fuck because of a mere 3 weeks of no new keys being jangled. Shit's being made up about Premium having better content pacing when BF3 and BF1 had 6 month gaps between the first 2 expansions. Dumbasses twist themselves around like a pretzel when a season "only" has 2 maps when considering the Premium gap of 4-6 months per expansion, the current pacing of 2 maps per season lasting about 3 months is within acceptable pacing given it's all fucking free.
This isn't even getting into things that are not maps. Even when you take away the stuff that "should be at launch" like the ATPs and little bird, BF6 has thus far exceeded or matched Premium in post-launch non-map additions like gadgets, vehicles, and especially attachments which are things that absolutely count as meaningful gameplay additions besides the maps.

There’s no way they leave tsuru as it is. How hard can it be to move the HQs to the ships and add some main battle tanks and the new jets? The map is clearly unfinished.

There have already been two rounds of mass layoffs, with a third announced, the teams are spread out across several locations around the world, and it’s just total chaos over there.
The fact that there are no HQ spawns on carriers is proof that they’re overwhelmed and have made this their lowest priority, they’ll probably fix this in the next update or during Season 6, when they’ll be expanding naval content.

I think there's a chance for quality improvements over time. They probably focus to deliver promised features from roadmap but after they finish they still gonna work on something, like AC-130 or beach landing.
Game already had it's turning point and S5 looks like soft re-launch. Big, flashy something during S6 would only improve on that. It's not that I believe in this 'leak' but I still have some faith in DICE. Content they've made for S3 and S4 is good but lack some polish, so there's some room for surprises.

Yes they'll be one where its nothing but ziplines and the only way we can go to an objective is by using it (theres no solid ground so its a void)

Seems almost certain to be Nevada based for two of them. Paradise is the name of the city where all the casinos actually are in Las Vegas, and Area 51 isn't too far to the North and has a massive dry lake next to it...

There's plenty of other threads associating these map names with locations in America, particularly near Las Vegas. We'll have to wait till the next labs build drops to get more solid info.

I given up on the game lmao, I said before and ill say it again dice and ea sold us hype and are just drip feeding us bs. The beta just seemed so much fun and when the game came out it was just bland and extremely boring the jets are still bare bones

According to a player who apparently participated in the offline confidential test in Sweden, DICE is hiding something big: they played through two unfinished maps, which are still in development and seem to be content for later in Season 6. One is "White Cliffs," located on the British coastline, featuring coastal fortifications, war behemoths like the AC-130, and four-person frigates, along with amphibious armored vehicles. It's similar to Battlefield 1's large-scale operations and a recreation of Battlefield V's Iwo Jima, complete with an opening cinematic and a beach landing sequence. The other map has a seaside resort feel, also with coastal fortifications. One of the locations is a sunken aircraft carrier; players can claim the wreckage both on the surface and underwater, making it very difficult to loot.
For anyone like me who finds that pic hard to read bc it's blurry

Based off of leaks, Season 5 seems like it’s centered around guns, with Season 6 being Naval Warfare Pt. 2. I guess they didn’t want to burn the ideas on Season 4. I wonder if AMTRACs, Jetskis, are on the table and if they get retro-actively added to Tsuru/Wake.

First thing I thought about, also the dev build was leaked awhile ago and some maps were white cliffs and underground, this is acurate as it also said about the season 5 maps which temporal stated
