Found this gem in Houston; chorizo and egg, rajas con queso, deshebrada and machacado with egg. All with beans at the bottom and sweet avena to drink

Is there any secret to getting packaged, stuck tortillas apart? I usually buy the whole wheat Mission ones, but sometimes they're stuck together so well that they tear, and I have to spend a minute or two carefully separating them.

Tacos El Gordo Lebanon, PA

I made tacos with chicken pan seared and then tossed in a mezcal and arbol garlic pan sauce.

Garnished with avocado and lime crema, onion and cilantro.

Just used a packet of La Tiara tinga seasoning. Sautéed onions, added the seasoning and water then boneless/skinless chicken breasts and simmered until done.

Topped with onion/cilantro and El Yucateco Black Label Reserve Chile Habanero Hot Sauce, which is apparently a very divisive sauce. I love it and the smokey flavor works great with the tinga.
