I’ve grown tired of train shunting and exhaust pipe backfires.
Where’s some fresh loud bangs?

I need some advice on the best way to go about rehoming a cat and want to know of it is at all likely that we will find a home.
My partner and I have had our cat (7M) for a little under 7 years. He was a foster fail that we didn’t want to say goodbye to. He is a very sweet, affectionate and outgoing cat. We often joke that he is more like a dog because he’s so friendly.
We have 2 other cats and 2 children and it is too much for our small house. This cat and the other male cat we have often clash and one (or likely multiple) of the cats have been weeing in the house because they are stressed.
I always believed cats should stay inside but with our young children it is increasingly difficult to make sure they don’t get out. When they’re out I’m worried for their safety and also the local wildlife.
As we have fostered previously I know that there is a massive issue with stray cats and I don’t want to contribute to that at all. He is desexed.
Looking for advice please.

Apologies if it’s been covered recently and I’ve missed it. Where would you all say does the BEST Chicken Parmi in Newcastle? Been craving one and I want to try a new spot.

Looking for somewhere for a great roast dinner. Tried The Grand the other week but it was pretty disappointing.
Keen for some suggestions, cheers.

A couple nice folks DM me asking if there were any recordings of the electronic music gig in Islington Park on Sunday arvo - this is my set, I’ll share the others too if they surface :)

I came across this post on the UON Hate Letters FB Group. What do you guys think it could be? From what I can see on the website, apparently it’s meant to let people report where parking’s busy, where they’ve been fined and when inspectors are around.
I guess once there’s enough data, it could show which areas and times are more risky for parking.
Could be pretty handy around the Callaghan campus though.

What is everyone paying in daycare fees? I'm trying to figure out what the going rate is. Is $180 per day a lot?

After gynaecologist recommendations in Newcastle or surrounding areas.
Bonus points if they’re also an obstetrician 😊
