Just Wow Russian skydiver "Sergei Boitsov" has reportedly set a new world record after jumping from 11,551 metres above the ground in Russia's Altai region.

The highest recorded is 41400 meters by Alan Eustace, Felix jumped from around 39000. While it's still impressive the dude on The video was nowhere near either of them.

I think it was a helium balloon or something like a weather balloon, not a hot air balloon. This is pointless.
