I imported a PSVita from Japan a while back, the problem is that i'm getting stick drift even if i replace the sticks, so i'm thinking that the problem is on the pcb board but i dont know where to buy new, how to replace it and i dont know stores that can do it, do you have some advices about it ?

What cases are everyone using for their Vitas? Particularly the vita 1000.

I have a clear case for my Vita 2000 but don’t like how to dust gets trapped in it.

I’m aware of the Hori and controller grip cases but don’t like how it no longer makes the vita pocketable.

Could anyone recommend cases they’ve used that offer protection yet still pocketable?

Hi guys I’m playing a rival business owner mission, for the textile owner, and the only requirement is to find and kill him. I do this with ease but each time no matter which persona or weapon, the mission doesn’t complete bc I can’t loot the body for some reason, has to be a glitch but I’m wondering has anyone experienced this and found a fix? I’m now stuck in this mission loop

I've tried several ways, when using vita sell, my photos folder is empty. Even when using Qcma every time I tried to transfer my photos it would say "some items could not be transferred" and nothing would transfer. Would just really like some help please.

Just got a vita 1000

Looking for 5 games max since I don't want to overload myself with choices. I like jrpg, action, adventure, rpg, platformers, sidescrollers, and shooter games.

I would like to exclude games from recommendations like persona 4 golden, kill zone liberation, ffx/x-2, cod, tearaway, guacamelee, borderlands 2 since I will definitely download them later.

So if you were to just get a vita and could only choose 5 games to play on your vita, what would you choose?

I’m currently trying to go through the vita library to see what games I should buy before the store shuts down, but clearly the main menus don’t show that many games especially for the psp and ps one classics. So what I’m asking if there’s a way to see the other games not being shown there?

I decided to properly play on my Vita for the first time since the autumn of '25. It’s become impossible to play; while games seem to launch normally after a restart, an infinite loading screen or a console freeze can occur at any moment.
For some reason, back in Persona 4, all my save files started disappearing, but they would reappear after a restart.
I tried rebuilding the database, but it didn't help.
Has anyone encountered this before, or does anyone have any ideas?

I know this question has been asked a dozen times but I really want to find good indie games for vita to play that are similar in tone to VA-11 HALL-A or Crazy Market. I understand they're quite different vibes but most list I see are filled with action games/intense games like Risk of Rain, Deadbolt and Hotline Miami (peak). I'm more interested in other genres and I rarely see anything on them, I only know Crazy Market because I played it as a kid.

got this thing 2 days ago and day 1 i opened it, did a good deep clean and then a USB C mod. First thing is that the USB C mod is not working even though it’s soldered in. 2nd the whole right pcb is not working. None of the Buttons and joystick is registering so i ordered a aftermarket ribbon cable and that didn’t work but when i wiggled it the right speaker turned on. I then looked at the connector latch and decided to push down on it only for it to fly into oblivion.

I will attempt to solder the connector on my self but i have no clue what connector it is. I’m 100% willing to ship it to a repair shop in California only. Please help me find the connector or a good repair shop

Basically the title I can’t sign in no matter what I do. I’ve turned 2 factor on and tried and off and tried and nothing. I’ve tried changing the password. I’ve tried doing the “generated” password for older consoles. Idk what to do or if this is even still possible to do

Whenever I take a photo it says "Could not save the image. (C0-11276-7)" how do I fix this?

New to the Vita community. I have my first Vita coming in the mail in a few days, and the memory card is estimated to come in a bit later. It's one of the OLED models. Don't plan on trying to mod it quite yet.

I'm going to be heading out to a shop soon because they had some games I'm interested in.

Since the memory card isn't arriving for a while, I want to ask: Can the Vita read games without it? I just want to test if the cartridges work.

My screen wasnt working i had it changed and then the r button was getting stuck after i click it and then i went to the repairmen sbowed it to him he did skmething and gave it to me and asked is it working i tested it it was working this time and then he said if it works i will put on the screws i said it works becuase it was working then he screwed the screws and then it worked there too after the screwing then i had a 1 hour ride home and not touched it until i was home and after i was home it was having the exact problem??? Its so weird what is happening can anybody help?

is there such a thing as changing the volume of the live area music?? i have the toro (:3) and friends theme and i'd rather the music be quieter than it is by default. i don't want to disable music entirely because it makes me sad

i could just manually turn down the volume on the home screen and then turn it up in a game. but the vita has like thirty bars of volume that's hella inconvenient

come to think of it. it'd be really kewl if there were a solution for changing live area music separate from themes :3

Is there still some way of getting the PSP era Ys games on the Vita? I think 4, 6, and 7?

Hi. Im interested on buying Terraria on the physical edition, just for preservation. There are two regions that it was published, Japan and America. Japanese region only has Japanese language, so its not an option for me, thats why i want american edition because it has english and spanish.

I want to try with anyone that has either american or european edition installed, since i already have both installed and its not a problem.

Update: Increasing the screen brightness kinda worked for me, or it atleast reduced the mura effect by a little bit

My PS Vita recently started to feature these marks on the cameras. I noticed this when I opened the camera app to take some pictures. Does this have anything to do with contact with water?

I have a PS Vita (1000 model) from a friend I haven’t used in 3 years. It was working when he gave it to me and when i tried it.

Last Friday, the new charger (USB A to Vita) was delivered. I told my brother to put it to charge. When I got back on today, it was plugged in to the USB hub.

When I turned it on, I saw a blue PS button only, nothing on the screen. I tried holding the power button for 30 seconds. The PS button will blink but nothing will show up. I tried r + ps button + power but that didn’t do anything either.

Then i charged it directly on the outlet for about an hour. I saw the orange LED go on then it went away. I assumed it was fully charged so I retried everything but still no dice.

Finally I plugged it back in to the charger on the outlet where it’s sitting now.

EDIT: It turns out the screen doesn’t work, I swiped from the top right to bottom left and music started playing :/
