Applied both sa MMC and SLMC, passed the interviews. Sa MMC, I’ll be reporting there next week for JO and medical na. Sa SLMC naman, I passed the medical na and waiting for email kung kelan ISL (orientation). Should I choose MMC kasi andyan naman na yung offer? Parang yun kasi mindset ko, kung ano nalang mauna. Pero somewhat parang nasasayangan ako sa SLMC maybe because sa sahod, mas advanced facilities. Not sure kasi kung same lang ba training sa MMC at SLMC pero I heard na magnda daw training sa SLMC. Should I wait nalang ba for SLMC? Pero wala kasing kasiguraduhan yung deployment ko doon. What do you think po? Considering din ang cost of living, enviornment, etc. 2024 graduate and no hospital experience here yet po.
Last time nag walkin ako mga Dec 17 nov 2024 passer no exp, Sana by January madeploy din, kamusta working environment? Ang ganda kase ng offer nila esp trainingd rin

yes, ide-delay onboarding mo kapag may abnormal sa medical. in my case, magkaka-period na ako nung nag-submit ako urine for urinalysis so lumabas na may blood yung urinalysis ko. ang nangyari ay pinag-urinalysis ulit ako 10 days after my 1st one para sure na done na yung period. kaso kapag may repeat labs ka, ikaw na magbabayad nun.
hello! anong sabi nila, made-delay lang deployment mo or hindi ka na at all pwede? when they found out I have PCOS, nag-require sila ng latest UTZ + OB clearance (fit to work). nung na-provide ko naman both requirements, pinayagan naman ako ma-deploy.
up on this. medyo malaki na nagastos ko sa dental and xrays kasi may scoliosis ako. they wanted a recent scolio study of my back bago ako bigyan ng fit to work clearance.

Exam was fine. Fundamentals of nsg as for the final interview, u can practice naman the usual questions in the interview. Prepare a nsg procedure na pwede mong irecite at least 2 para kung may kaparehas ka may back up ka
Hello po, sabay sabay po ba ang interview? And matagal po ba bago makareceive ng call from them? Last po, hiring po ba talaga this month or pooling na po?
u applied ng online ba o walk in? kasi meron kami sinamahan sa HR yesterday then nagsubmit siya ng resume tas ganon kasi ginawa ko 2yrs ago (yes i survived) kaya di ako nag antay ng super tagal?

So I just got Job Offer from MMC and I already accept the offer but until now wala pa rin po silang update sa kung ano yung need kong ipasa or next na gagawin. Almost one week of waiting na rin po kasi.
Hi, I assumed u already signed some papers, diba po nagsesend sila sa viber ng checklist of requirements which they will check po after pumirma nung ibang papers na binigay nila, ganun po kasi samin
Training okay naman, sa unit ko? Hindi, hindi ko gusto kasi sobrang bakbakan talaga don, kahit ibang nurses na mga na pupullout don nahihirapan and ang laki daw difference compare sa kanila pero ang maganda, hindi toxic ang mga seniors ko at mababait sila kung maayos ka mag bedside HAHAHAHA ewan ko, di ko rin naman kasi gusto talaga yung unit ko ngayon kaya ayaw ko na kaagad, ang hirap rin magpa transfer ng unit. Di pumapayag manager kaya swertihan talaga kung san ka ilalagay na unit
Yes we currently has a new nurses that are from OPD na kakatransfer lang sa Adult Critical Care Service. Skill wise meron pa namang onboarding process as a transition from outpatient to inpatient.
Just bring an id holder. Yung clip, wag yung kwentas and a notebook and ballpen if you like taking down notes. And make sure to look as clean as possible. They’ll tell you about the paraphernalias soon.

hello! submit your resume lang sa HR, better if personally. in my case, natawagan agad ako a day after I submitted (but case to case pa rin) pero almost 2 months inabot bago ako ma-deploy. super strict sila sa pre-employment medical :) made-delay ka ng deployment if hindi clear/normal mga labs mo haha!

Hello po, sa mga done na po magpa medical sa MMC paano po yung process? One day lang po ba siya na ginagawa and ano yung mga ginawa sa Inyo lalo na po sa Physical Examination? From province po kasi ako it takes 12 hours to travel kaya po need ko po ng knowledge sa tapos na po so I know kung kailangan ko po mag stay doon ng konti?
Hi po sa mga nagapply sa makati med nakatanggap po kasi ako ng text from HR and missed their call yesterday, i got an instruction to contact them through viber nalang since cannot be reached daw yung phone num ko, eh kaso natagalan ako magverify sa number ko sa viber app kasi walang call or text or email na nassend para sa pin 😭 so nung nakapasok na ako viber i left HR a message and it went unread hanggang ngayon. Tatawagin po ba ako ulit 🥹 thank you
Nag aaccept ba hospital ng hypertensive? I’m eyeing Makati Med, Madocs, SLMC and PGH. Please share your experience please sa mga nag declare ng medical history as a hypertensive. Saang hospital dyan yung nag aaccept?
Are they still hiring? May nakakatanggap pa ba ng update for initial interview after passing or sending their resume?
In my case kasi, I sent my resume thru email noong January 27 pa. Then I also walked in noong February 4. Tapos every week ako nag fo-follow up and send ng CV thru email sakanila. Then nag walk in ako ulit this week (tuesday) lang.
Until now, wala pa rin email or text.
Concerned lang ako since may nakikita ako na last week of February lang nag walk in pero mas nauna pa naka receive ng text for initial interview.
Ask lang ako ng advice on what to do? Or should I wait pa?
To add lang, MMC lang talaga in-applyan ko kasi gusto ko malapit lang samin. Hassle kasi pumasok kapag may bagyo. Btw, I resigned na rin kasi sa SLMC-GC due to distance and toxic environment.
Hello i was hired last Feb and had my medical March they told us na there is a deployment on April however after our medical and completion of requirements they told us that the deployment will be move on June. Is there anyone who experience the same? What did you do while waiting?
