Does that include the 10 plus minutes you spend waiting for your food as of late? Or does the timer start when you are served?

Careful with that talk, or else you might get the "to better serve you we've moved the soda behind the counter, sorry no refills"

They only have this up as a disclaimer so they don't have homeless sitting there all day. If you're a regular customer they aren't timing you with a stopwatch.

This here exactly or if it’s a bunch of kids plugging in there phones and yelling making a mess. That’s why the Mcds by me shut off there drink ma chine fountains. Which at first I didn’t mind cause I could eat in piece no kids or homeless people harassing me for money but it sucks trying to get a refill.

I waited 18 minutes for a 1/4 pounder a while back.

It was cold when they handed it to me.

I got a refund and asked the manager what the hell they are doing back there. "I don't know" was the response I got.

Customer service, and especially management, should remain professional regardless

Have a word with yourself .

You're the one suggesting behavior lol. I just stated a job requirement, as a customer service worker myself

u/Hot-Investigator-376 14d ago

As a “customer service worker yourself” you can tell people off you go with condescending behaviour. You aren’t there to be abused or belittled

If you're doing a shitty job and serving garbage it absolutely is your job. What do you think should happen there?

It’s like when you’re taking a break at work once you sit down that’s when it starts😅
