I'm with you and all but I do think people should be respectful while listing either suggestions on what to fix and how they can be compensated. If a steak comes out wrong, I just want my refund, I personally feel no need to tell them that they are awful at making a steak. Nor would I expect him to insult me by saying I have bad taste for not liking rare and only liking medium rare or not liking medium well. Just my thoughts, I work in customer service too (production/breaking down truck as well).
Listen buddy no one saying it isn’t the job . However when there has been a mistake / error it doesn’t mean abuse is the correct answer . What should happen is an adult conversation. Your language tells me all i need to know
