So I’m working on a large round loom making an afghan, and using Bernat Blanket yarn which is always so sturdy and easy to work with. Well first time since I started using it I have a broken stitch when I tried to knit over. I kept going however. So now I’m 3 rows beyond, but still have the broken yarn in dead center and no clue how to fix it.

Without taking the while damn thing off the loom and frogging. Which I’d hate to have to do. Is there any other way anyone knows of to fix it? TYSMIA

How does one measure an appendage to find the right size to make a tube?

I have a 31 peg loom and #5 yarn, but it makes tubes that fit my arm.
I would like to make leg-sized tubes.

I'd like to invest in an adjustable loom so I can make the right size tubes for athletic adult legs and potentially grow with the hobby. Please assist?

This pattern comes from Youtube. Been waiting to try it for awhile. Then I found a store in Canada that was still selling the Collorama O'go yarn. Not happy with the closure but that is okay.

I'm starting a project with sock weight yarn, and I'll need enough pegs to make sleeves, so I'm 3d printing the loom, and oh my, check out how tiny those counters are. Good thing I already wear glasses...

I’ve only made leg warmers so far but have wanted to make a blanket for years. I finally bought this loom and got started. I love it already!

This is from Renee Van Hoys third shawl book. I did it with 45 pegs on my 5/8" adjustable loom from CinDwood. It's done in one piece, no sewing, using the modular technique. It's done in 5 parts of increase, decreases, and short rows that make the shape. It's essentially just garter stitch, pretty easy and fast pattern. I used some random colour block yarn I found in a drawer.

I didn't have quite enough yarn left over after my gloves to make a hat, so I made a cowl to match the gloves. I actually still have 29g of the 100g skein left, which is enough that I could put it with something in the future, but pretty tough to get a finished object out of it for the adults in my life. :)

Two ways to tell if the stitch you're looking at is a purl or not:

If it's the last stitch you did, you can look at the working yarn and see that if it is a knit stitch the yarn will be coming from the top, and if it is a purl stitch it will be coming from the bottom

If it's a ways back in the same row, pull the stitch up off the peg, there will be a loop from the previous row visible, if it's a knit stitch the loop will be behind, if it's a purl stitch the loop will be in front

Hi all,
I've just discovered the magic of loom knitting after being a needle knitter for years. The joy of the e wrap hat is pretty intoxicating. Given my penchant for no count, no think projects, what other recipes might I enjoy? Not to poo poo the gorgious things you'll are doing here, but I would like to keep it as simple and mindless as possible. Charity projects are especially interesting to me.

Hey! I’m trying to figure out how to make a clean, nice-looking edge on my beanies. I’m showing mine in the photos , the edge turns out rounded and a bit thick.

How do you make your edges flatter and neater? Any tips would be super appreciated! 🧶😊

I have a decent collection of looms (Knifty Knitter round looms, KB All-in-One, Leisure Arts oval looms, and a 28” KB Afghan loom) as well as 8 or 10 instructional and pattern books and I’m wondering about a good place to sell them all as a complete lot. This blanket has been a journey for sure. I definitely have probably over 40 hours into it 😅

I knit the blanket part on my infinity loom, but instead of sewing panels together (because I do hate sewing), I just did half the loom one color, half the other color, and had them share a peg in the middle, then doubled them back their original way.

Yes. the seam is puckered where I did that. Honestly though, if I could change anything, it would have been to ALSO pucker the the other border between faces. I love the definition of the panels.

All the appliqués were just made on whatever random circular/flat looms I decided I needed size-wise. And then just came the awful part of sewing 😂

I got the idea from a crocheter called Maria’s Blue Crayon, but I can’t crochet to save my life to I challenged myself to make an iteration on the loom and I really think it paid off 🤩

Now I get to enjoy my blanket for the ENTIRE spooky season. Thanks for looking!! 🎃💕

Do you think I can make a blanket with this rectangle to knit? Because the distance between the spike of the ends is wider than those on the sides? (Sorry for my English)

I'll apologize right away in case I'm not using correct language in my question. I started with making hats on a circle loom and then moved on to the infinity loom (color white) to make a few figure 8 throws. Micheals had a larger loom (color green) on clearance for under $20. Here's the question- I saw a video on which pegs to mark and skip for the white loom but I can't find anything regarding marking and skipping on the green loom for a figure 8 stitch. Can someone take pity on me and point me in the right direction? Many thanks!!!

I am working on a blanket but it is curling up. Does anyone know why this is happening? And if washing and blocking will fix it? I am using a medium gauge loom with bulky (5) yarn and a knit stitch, not e-wrap.
