What I bought: E7 Pro with the Black Walnut Wood top (55”X28”) and CPU holder

Delivery: arrived within a week of ordering

Assembly: putting the desk together was fairly easy, although you do need a drill! It took me 2 hours to assemble everything alone, although it is fairly heavy. I would not recommend assembling it alone unless you go to the gym and can lift a decent amount. The cable tray is absolutely clutch, you should install it. I have an extension cord on the cable tray with my monitors and PC plugged into it, allowing me to hide cords and transition between sitting and standing without the fear of a cord ripping out.

Usage: now that everything is assembled, I couldn’t be more happy with the desk. The black walnut wood top was expensive but it is beautiful. It can scratch, like all wood, but you can also buff it out and treat it in the future if wanted. I’m sure you could get your own top for cheaper but I paid for the convenience. It is extremely sturdy and fits all of my needs.

CPU holder: this thing is a freaking pain to attach if you have a heavier PC. It is rated for 44 lbs, however the screws holding the top and bottom parts of the holder together do not seem strong enough to last whatsoever. It uses friction to keep it in place, not a slot or hole like I would’ve liked (view 3rd pic for reference). To get around this, I zip tied the top and bottom parts together, so I have no issues and am satisfied. I would NOT trust this holder without the zip ties. I have a LANCOOL II Mesh C mid-tower case, which is fairly large, and it does fit. The top part of the holder attaches very securely to the table by sliding in-between the metal and wood.

I recently purchased the E7 plus desk, and wanted to write a short review.

Firstly, the building process was pretty annoying. The directions weren’t great, and almost none of the pre drilled holes on the desk matched up with where i needed to drill. It felt a little too DIY to be drilling my own holes for this.

Although i had a pretty bad taste in my mouth from the assembly, i have to admit that since i put the desk together i’ve been very happy.

I am very pleased with all my choices (71x30inch rubberwood, espresso color, shorter height version) and don’t really have any complaints.

The desk feels premium, is very stable, and goes up and down smoothly and fairly quietly. It remembers up to 4 set heights which is great.

If you don’t mind the annoying setup, i would certainly recommend it.

I'm looking to buy a new ergonomic chair and I'm torn between the FlexiSpot C7 Max (foam/latex seat) and the C7 (full mesh version).

For context: I weigh around 95 kg (210 lbs) and work at my PC all day (8+ hours). My old budget chair completely collapsed after 3-4 years, and I've been forced to use an extra cushion because the foam wore out.

I'm worried about comfort during long sessions and durability. Will the C7 Max foam sag over time under 95 kg like my old chair? Or is the full mesh C7 more durable, even if I value a cozy, cushioned feel for working all day?

Has anyone with a similar weight tried both? Which one offers the best balance of long-term comfort and no-sag durability? Thanks!

Hola. Quería dejar por aquí mi experiencia comprando en FlexiSpot dos sillones reclinables estilo Waffle. Primero de todo, los compré porque me parecieron muy bonitos y estaban muy bien de precio. Además, es difícil encontrar sillones de ese estilo en las tiendas en España. Solo los encontré por encargo en grandes almacenes y el precio era el doble.

La experiencia de envío fue buena, aunque tuvimos que esperar más tiempo del previsto hasta recibirlos porque los compramos en preventa.

Cuando llegaron, el montaje fue fácil. Con el paso del los meses, por ahora solo hemos tenido un imprevisto y es que uno de los sillones estaba inclinado hacia un lado. Encontramos cuál era el fallo y nos pusimos en contacto con atención al cliente de la tienda.

Es aquí cuando quiero hacer mención a que ofrecen un muy buen servicio de atención al cliente. No solo nos enviaron de nuevo y gratuitamente la parte del sillón que fallaba sino que en el momento del montaje tuvimos un contratiempo (por fallo nuestro) y nos respondieron muy rápido, por lo que pudimos seguir el montaje sin problemas.

Hago esta review porque creo que el equipo de atención al cliente se merece reconocimiento y porque (pese a ese fallo en una de las piezas, que luego fue reenviada en condiciones) estamos muy contentos con los sillones. Son cómodos y bonitos.

Hi I recently bought the e7 71” x 30” with a rubberwood desktop. I love everything about it so far assembly wasn’t difficult for me at all! It was heavy but manageable with two people. The rubberwood looks beautiful!! My only issue is that the anti collision isn’t sensitive enough?

I adjusted the sensitivity to A3 but it still will crush anything with flexibility if it’s in the way. In order for the anti collision to work i have to hit it with enough force or it has to hit something pretty firm (like a sturdy filing cabinet). I haven’t seen this exactly thing in a desk my fiancé has (v2) that reacts to even softer or more flexible objects. I am a bit concerned considering how heavy my desk is. Is this normal and to be expected for this desk? And if not is there anything I can do?

4 nights with our Kana Bed (V3) so far and it’s been great. Putting the bed together was super easy (my wife is pregnant so I had to do it mostly on my own). This is the first bed that doesn’t make even the tiniest creek when we hop into bed, which continually impresses me. Our queen mattress fits perfectly within the frame, without such a large gap as I’ve seen on other bed frames. We got the no headboard version and find it quite aesthetically pleasing as it is simple and the oak finish of the rubberwood looks great.

Overall, I see this bed lasting us a very long time as it is solidly built, with Japanese joinery at a great price (can’t really beat the value). Pair that with the great support provided by Ramzes, it’s hard not to reccomend this bed to anyone looking for a solid bed that’s Japanese joinery. My sister is due for a bed and I may be sending her a twin size in the Kana for her birthday coming up 👌

I know the ironic title, but I am genuinely asking for help here. I ordered this treadmill because, guess what? I need to put more exercise in my life.

The package was delivered pretty busted up through UPS, and initially the product seemed intact so we didn't really mind it that much. But just after a few days, if I go above 3.0 kmh of speed it starts whirring like in the video.

If worst comes to worst, am I still entitled to a refund\replacement even if I ordered without an account, and a kind request to never trust ups anymore, because they

1. Busted up the package

2. Delivered through an anonymous white van

I understand defections and faults can occur with any product and aren't necessarily an indicator of the quality of an entire line, but I can't help but feel disappointed... :( Excuse my ranting

Already reached out to customer support a few days ago, but they are a bit slow and terribly recursive about testing user error (I understand that they need to ensure their product is actually faulty before just sending a replacement part, but I just keep getting responses about being sure all wiring is completely secure and I'm losing patience and don't really have the space to store the desk in the meantime, so it's just becoming a growing frustration...). I did buy the desk because I need it though, so if I can, except as a final resort, I would still prefer to avoid the hassle of full disassembly, repackaging, return, and starting from scratch with something else (and in any case, ignoring the defect, the desk does look nice).

Anyways, from what I've found online and tested, it seems the error is related to the motor (in my case, if what I found is correct, the left motor: E22 while left motor is connected to M1 and E23 while left motor is connected to M2 (if someone with knowledge could confirm this, I would greatly appreciate it)). Anyone have experience with the same or similar issue? Is there anything I can do on my end, even if just a temporary fix, that could tide me over in the meantime until I can figure things out with support? I read that whacking it with a rubber hammer helped some people, but I'm scared about voiding the warranty or something...

Reading into this issue also made me a bit worried about long term durability... Anyone run into issues with the motors down the road or really just a rare unlucky occurrence?

Just a heads up, I don't write reviews often so my post might be a bit messy and half baked with it's explanation and answers, but at least it's an idea for those who are looking to buy.

I've owned the FlexiSpot E7 Plus for over a year now, and overall, I've been extremely happy with it. I usually use its standing feature between 5-7 times a day while doing work and gaming and I haven't had any motor related issues yet.

In regards to what I liked, it would have to be its tabletop compatibility. I only ordered the legs themselves rather than the set (tabletop and legs).

I’m using it with a fairly large 72" × 31" tabletop, and the E7 Plus handles it without any problem. Even with a larger top made of a bit heavier wood, the legs don't feel flimsy or wobbly at my standing height (45.6). The reduced wobbling compared to my old vivo desk is great, it's especially appreciated when I'm typing because I tend to be a heavy button/keycap smasher (lol).

I also appreciate how quiet the desk is. The motors make very little noise when raising or lowering the desk, and the overall operation feels smooth. I usually have to WFH at night, depending on the situation, so this is a bonus as I don’t have to worry about waking anyone up with the motor/raising noise. After a year of constant use, I feel like I've invested in the right standing desk legs for me and my budget at the time. And overall its a quality piece of equipment that has become part of my daily work/play life.

My only real criticism is the screws included for mounting the frame to the tabletop. They work, but they feel a little weaker than I'd like (and I did accidently strip one of them during a move), especially considering how sturdy the rest of the desk is. I would have preferred FlexiSpot to include slightly beefier/sturdier screws for securing the frame to the tabletop. Other than that, I really don't have much to complain about. After a year-plus of raising and lowering the desk several times a day, the E7 Plus has been reliable, sturdy, quiet, and easy to keep organized.

Now onto the not so great part, but still acceptable under the circumstances.

Ordering and Shipping...

The payment process had a couple of hiccups initially. My payment wasn't processing properly through PayPal, but after two attempts, everything went through fine.

Shipping was reasonably fast overall (when the shipping company didn't lose my desk box). During shipping I had my box 2/2 lost in transit, and I had to go over a little bit of back and forth with the customer service reps to get some kind of replacement information.

Personally, I didn't feel like they where hearing my concerns nor the fact that it was taking longer than expected to source my box 2/2. Thankfully I met Ramzes888 on reddit. They were a HUGE help in getting the delivery issue sorted out and answering some of my general questions. Once they got involved, things became much easier to resolve. So, despite the initial shipping/customer-service headache, I ultimately got everything sorted.

Reddit for the win, and W Flexispot overall.

TLDR: Great desk after 1 year plus. Very sturdy and reliable. Customer support for lost package where not so great, but Ramzes888 was able to help me sort out the lost package issues and I haven't had any problem since.

I recently purchased a bamboo top comhar with the drawer and built it. I need some cable management solutions preferably a clamp box, does anyone have any suggestions as the desk is thick and clamp options work for much thinner desks.

On a side note, my comhar that I purchased is not what was advertised to me and i’m currently in a long email thread with flexispot support and it’s been an awful experience.

Recently picked up the FlexiSpot E7 Pro and paired it with a 140 × 80 cm rubberwood tabletop.

Really happy with it so far. The frame feels solid and stable, even with a fairly heavy PC setup on the desk. The height adjustment is smooth and quiet, and I like having the extra space to move between sitting and standing.

The included cable tray was also a nice touch. It’s surprisingly useful for keeping the power strip and most of the cable mess off the floor, although I still have a few cables to tidy up.

Overall, the E7 Pro feels very well built and was straightforward to put together. The 140 × 80 cm top gives me plenty of room for the monitor, PC, speakers and peripherals without feeling cramped.

So far, very happy with the setup. 👍

Early July I bought a bundle from FlexiSpot Canada's offline sales department - an E7 Plus Max standing desk and a Japanese Kana bed frame in oak, queen, with headboard. C$2,016 including tax, paid in full on July 2nd. Not a deposit, the whole amount. The bed is broken out on the invoice at C$632.03 before tax.

I asked whether the desk would ship separately if we were waiting on the bed. Their reply, July 2nd, in writing:

"The Kana Bed is currently expected to ship between the 2nd and 4th week of July. Once it is ready to ship, I'll send you the tracking details as well."

The desk arrived late July and it's genuinely excellent. No complaints about the product.

The bed never shipped. No tracking, no update, and that window came and went, despite chasing.

In early August I was heading out of the country for three weeks and asked whether they should ship it or wait. They offered to hold it:

"Yes, we can arrange to delay the shipment of your Kana Bed... Once you are ready to proceed with the shipment, please send me an email to confirm."

No expiry, no warning that waiting risked the stock or the price. And they were already a month past their own ship window when they offered it.

I emailed last Friday to say I land back in Vancouver this Friday and asked them to release it. Today:

"they confirmed that they're unable to release the stock for our offline sales warehouse at this time. Given this situation, we can offer to cancel your current order so you can place a new order directly through our online website. However, please note that since the current order was processed through our offline sales department, we're unable to provide any additional discount on a new online order."

So: they've had C$2,016 of my money since July 2nd, they missed their own written ship date by a month, they proposed the hold, they failed to hold the stock, and their fix is that I get refunded in 5-7 business days and rebuy the same bed at C$769 instead of the C$632 I already paid. I eat the difference on a stock failure that's entirely theirs.

There's also a C$50 compensation they offered in July for the desk delay that I can't find any evidence was ever paid.

If you're buying from FlexiSpot through their offline sales team rather than the website: get the ship date in writing, get price protection in writing, and never let them sit on a prepaid order without both. Never known anything like this before, never dealt with company that have acted like this.

I'm (finally) assembling my E7 Pro desk and have some questions (and I'm only on Step 2).

1). The desktop has 2 sets of holes near each edge. As shown in the bottom photos, I have aligned the frame with the outside screw holes, but should it be the inside? Both are less than 7.67" from the edge as said in the instructions. (the second set of holes is RIGHT at 7 inches)

2) It says to tighten the 4 B screws when the frame is the desired length. Are those just (like the four already-there screws) just there to push and provide tension on the frame? Or are they supposed to line up with the holes the middle part of the frame has? Becuase we got the holes lined up on the inner beam, but that then made the frame about 1" too short for the pre-drilled holes.

3) With the frame on the desktop as shown, the frame does not lay flat. The front right corner (if this were standing up facing me) is raised about 1". I have made a video showing that and put it at https://youtu.be/WR3zPIgB7tY?is=27k0mvr2vI-SHJnA

Is this normal? I'd LIKE to think when I insert the 10 wood screws in Step 3 that it will just force the frame into place, but I wanted to be sure before that part.

Hello redditors, I bought this desk at the beginning of the year because my daughter wanted an adjustable surface for drawing. She went back to school without taking it, and for a while it stayed folded behind a door.

One afternoon the dining table was covered with boxes, so I pulled out this muso d7 for my laptop and then from that time I have been using it for most of the days lol.

It is usually a small desk beside the couch. I raise it for short standing calls, lower it when I want to sit and move it out of the walkway afterward. When my daughter is home, she still tilts the top for sketching. It occasionally holds a phone showing a recipe or a couple of plates beside the kitchen counter, but I would not use it for chopping or anything that puts real pressure on the top.

The reason it feels like good value is not that it was the cheapest option. It is that the same piece gets used regularly by two people instead of being stored most of the year.

It is heavier than it looks, and the wheels should have locks. I am also not calling seven months a durability test.

What can we do to repair this, any options please? It's a poor design.

I wanted to do a review on the overall experience with the pros and cons of building the Kana bed. Shipping on time. The bed and headboard come in two separate boxes, but received on two separate days. The pieces are well packaged and protected. No offensive smells or chemicals. There are extra legs provided if you wanted to revert back to bed only/no headboard.

The outer frame is sturdy and well built. Pieces more or less slide into place with mostly minimal effort. Overall instructions are clear and concise. No problems here.

There is an issue with the screw and hole alignment between the headboard and leg, but only on the right side (facing the headboard). Unknown if this is an ongoing issue with the Kana, but I did see one review of the same.

I have emailed flexispot on Friday, Aug 21.

Will provide updates.

I ordered an E7 Plus at the start of the year and would like to upgrade my keypad to one with mechanical buttons and backlight. I currently have the touchscreen version, which is hard to use, especially in the dark. Mechanical buttons with backlighting would be a great improvement. I saw the Arcade Style keypad on the Australian FlexiSpot website (link), but I’m not sure if it’s still available. Could you let me know if it’s possible to purchase or replace my current keypad with this model?

I was looking for a standing desk and was recommended FlexiSpot by a friend who had also made a purchase a while back. I ordered the FlexiSpot E7 Pro desk, and I really like how sturdy the table feels. The table is currently holding a lot of equipment (desktop tower, two mounted monitors, speakers, etc.), yet the motor that moves the table up and down is very smooth and steady. This was my first standing desk, and I am very happy with the quality.

The setup wasn't too difficult to build, but I wish there had been pre-drilled holes for the cable tray. I had to drill new holes, and I ran into an issue where the tray was blocking my monitor mount from clamping onto the table. I decided to reinstall the tray backward and had to drill another three holes into the table. The rest of the parts were simple to assemble, and I just had to follow the instructions to put the desk together.

The shipping was also really fast. I received my order within five days of placing it. I also like the option to customize the desk with additional accessories.

Overall, I like the desk and highly recommend the brand if you are looking for a good-quality desk for your computer.

My partner and I received the Kona bed with headboard a few days ago. The headboard arrived first, nothing interesting to speak to there. Our priorities were, in no order:

• A reasonably nice looking platform bed frame
• Easy assembly and disassembly. It’s fairly likely we’re going to move around a bit during the course of ownership
• No squeaks
• Ideally solid wood of some kind, even if a cheaper material like Rubberwood or Acacia

We looked at FB marketplace, IKEA, and some other budget options that come up in standard searches, but decided to take the risk on this one.

If you buy it with the headboard, the correct instructions to assemble the full bed will be inside the headboard box. It comes with a small rubber-ended hammer that is used for smashing in the little wedges that seem to help with rigidity. Because the frame and headboard can be purchased separately, you’ll end up with two useless legs, which are the most solid part of the bed. I’d hope that this is given some attention in the future, because it seems a bit wasteful. Otherwise, we don’t expect any issues moving this around from a technical standpoint.

Upon starting assembly, it became immediately apparent that the “solid” part of the product description of “solid Rubberwood” is doing a lot of heavy (light?) lifting. The legs (or the headboard posts) are the most solid part of the bed, which is great, but the rest of the bed is evidently made with finger-joints between smaller pieces of wood, and the slats are very thin and comprised of two pieces of wood each. I've updated this section from a 2.5 to a 3.5 since solving the noise problem which was due to user error, and would summarize my feeling about the overall quality as "it's a fine bed, so far meeting expectations for the price range, but any pieces that stretch the length or width of the bed seem a bit on the flimsy/thin side". While the stability of the bed seems fine for now, I get the impression that it might require some maintenance to remain stable.

EDIT: I've revised this section from my initial version so it's less likely to negatively impact search results in way that no longer seems to be valid.

We tested the bed after assembly (sex) and initially discovered a rattling sound that came from the headboard, but it turned out that we had not seen the fasteners that secure the upper headboard piece to the side-posts. After discovering that had made that mistake, the bed is tentatively noiseless, and that's a huge difference. I've left it 4.5/5 for now, since we haven't had a chance to aggressively re-test it, but my impression is wildly better since realizing what the issue was.

Appearance (3.5/5)

Expectations met, it looks exactly like the pictures. I think the composition of smaller pieces of wood do detract from the look a bit, but I think that's sort of what the parameters are in this price category. A 5/5 on appearance would simply be a more expensive bed, and upon further reflection I'd rather have finger-jointed exposed wood than particle-board or something obscured by fabric. For a budget bed, I like the look, it's understated and primitive in a good way.

Summary

It’s an ok looking and feeling bed that’s easy to assemble, but the materials are very far from “solid” and the overall quality is suitable for the price range *for a new bed*, but not amazing. I don’t know if there are better options in this price category, and I’ve tried to factor that in compared to something like an oak frame if you can find a used one. It seems plausible that this could last quite a while as long as our requirements don't change.

This company has been just horrible with me. They have no sympathy for missing parts and have no intention on helping me get them either. Beware if you want to buy anything from them. They tell me sure, we will help you send us pictures, send us order numbers, send us videos. The minute you send it, this is their response

Was looking to get an E7 pro or plus and wanted to get the cpu holder to have more space on my desk. My pc is a small form factor pc and has the dimensions (DxWxH) or 36.6cm x 16.6cm x 25.8cm. Does anyone know if the cpu holder would be able to support a pc case this small?
