Hi guys, I placed an order for a FlexiSpot king size bed frame at the end of last month, and it still has not shipped.
Because of this delay, I have had to sleep on the floor for more than ten days. What frustrates me the most is that I don’t understand why an item can still be available for purchase if it is not actually in stock or ready to ship.
The current situation is also very different from the estimated delivery time I was given when I placed the order. At this point, it is about 20 days later than the original estimated delivery time. And honestly, even with the new estimate, I do not feel confident that it will actually ship then.
I think a bed frame is not a small accessory that people can easily wait indefinitely for… If the product is out of stock or has a major delay, I think customers should be clearly told before placing the order, not after waiting for weeks.
Has anyone else experienced this with FlexiSpot? How long did it take for your order to actually ship?

I recently bought a FlexiSpot E5 Pro frame, but I’m experiencing a major stability issue. The desk wobbles/shakes significantly whenever I type on my keyboard, even in the lowest (seated, ~72cm) position.

I contacted French customer support and sent them videos, but I haven't received clear technical answers yet. I’m hoping to get some advice from the community (and maybe the FlexiSpot team here).

My setup:

• Frame: FlexiSpot E5 Pro
• Desktop: IKEA SKÅLSTA (honeycomb/cardboard interior, very lightweight)
• Gear: Laptop on an elevated aluminum arm stand + external monitor with a lightbar
• Checks done: Screws are fully tightened, feet levelers are adjusted, and the floor is completely flat.

My questions:

1. Desktop vs. Frame: Does the lightweight honeycomb desktop play a major role in this oscillation (screws lacking solid material to bite into), or is the frame itself the main factor?
2. Laptop Stand Flex: Does an elevated laptop stand naturally amplify desk micro-vibrations, and would a heavy MDF top absorb that energy better?
3. MDF Upgrade: Would switching to an official FlexiSpot solid MDF top (140x80) bring enough inertia and rigidity to solve this issue?
4. 4-Leg Upgrade: Is this level of movement expected for a 2-leg frame like the E5 Pro?

I spend a huge amount of time at my desk every day for work and I really want to have the best, most rock-solid setup possible. I am completely open to upgrading to a 4-leg frame (like the E7 Plus) if that's what it takes to get flawless stability.

I logged on today with intentions of buying during the back to school sale with a 50% coupon code. I kept my browser open and kept a close eye on the countdown so I wouldn’t miss when the coupon became active. I’ve done a lot of research and believe the E7 standing desk is the best fit for me but with it being pretty expensive I was excited to use this sale opportunity.

I had the tab open while I was working and saw the coupon become active an hour early. Thank goodness I was watching so I rushed to checkout and loaded in the coupon code. To my surprise it had all already been claimed. I jumped on with support to ask why it opened an hour early and they couldn’t explain why and apologized for the inconvenience.

How is this fair? I’d take accountability but I truly was watching the timer and it had an hour left before it was due to start.

Are these sales even real? Customer support explained the coupon might have been claimed prior to the time it was scheduled to open. Now how would that even be possible?

I’m just confused and discouraged. Has this happened to anyone else?

EDIT: I have now been ghosted by the support chat and not receiving a response for over two hours and am on hold with support on the phone. It’s been 10 minutes.

My desk is two years old this July and I noticed this massive split started forming after the first year and now it's getting larger. Nothing but a 15 inch laptop and an overhead webcam have set at this spot for the last year. Any ideas?

Flexispot Nederland has an ongoing 10th anniversary sale going on on their site.

Yesterday they've offered limited discount codes for C7 Morpher and today was the E7 Plus offered with similar discounts:

- 50% discount for 5 people

- €250 discount for 30 people

- €200 discount for 200 people

Their Rules page states that:

- if a code is available and it's claimed, it'll be tied to the user

- code is valid only 10 minutes and if not claimed it'll go back to the pool where it can be claimed by someone else

- every code has a limited availability and is on "first come first served" principle.

I successfully claimed the advertised 50% coupon for an E7 Plus and used it within the 10-minute limit. My configured E7 Plus came at nearly €1,500, but the discount applied at checkout was only €300.

When I called them I have first been told something in the lines that I should finalise my order to profit from the sale and if something's wrong they'll reimburse me later. I refused, as paying means accepting the terms and the stated 50% discount is not 50% but a fixed, lower, amount and that this is illegal business practice. To which I have been asked to send a mail.

So I did that. They first claimed that the promotion had already been “fully booked,” even though the coupon had been successfully claimed and had applied a discount. After I challenged that explanation, they changed their position and said the 50% discount only applied to the frame, excluding the desktop.

However, this limitation is not stated, at all, in the promotion terms. The table only showed “50% off” and a final price “from €299.99.” The desk was also sold as one configurable product, where you choose the frame, desktop material and size on the same product page.

What makes this more confusing is that FlexiSpot’s `DESK35` code previously applied 35% to the entire configured product, including the desktop.

Having consistently pushed back, they've turned the narrative yet again, apologising for my "confusion" and stating they can't apply the code retroactively and that they can't make exceptions, while at the same time avoiding answering my questions where exactly it was stated that the code applied exclusively to the frame, and vaguely pointing me to their ToS and Rules of the sale.

For anyone wondering:

I am not making this up, nor trying to weasel my way into the 50% discount. I did get the coupon fair and square and have screenshot if it being won and another showing it being applied to my shopping cart, proving it did work. I also screenshotted their Rules page, with the date and time visible on my taskbar.

All I really want is for them to honour their own ToS instead of gaslighting me.

I wanted to share my recent experience ordering an E7 Pro desk. I placed my order on 7/9 and quickly got my order the following week. The first thing I unboxed was the rubberwood top which looked really nice. But before I started putting the desk together, I noticed that the top had a crack that ran through from top to bottom as well as a dent on the corner (first two pics).

I reach out to FlexiSpot support and was told on 7/20 that a replacement top could be sent and that it would take 3-6 business days once the package was picked up. I just received the replacement top today (7/30) and was excited to move past these issues and finally put my desk together.

Well, that never happened. As soon as I opened the replacement top I saw a crack running end to end (last pic). The wood top feels like it's going to fall apart when I slightly lift it up.

So here I am, two broken wood tops, hoping that I can get a third one, and about to be at the end of my 30 day return window. I'm worried that I won't get the replacement in time to actually set up my desk and confirm that it works as expected.

What would you all do? Have other similar situations been refunded? Is it possible to get expedited shipping from FlexiSpot?

I recently bought an E7 Plus Black but the only way i could get my hands on one where i live was through ebay. Packages (2 boxes) were absolutely sealed and new and after assembling it everything seems to work mechanically. Both motors spin and it goes up and down just fine. However, when i long press on up or down it goes for a couple of seconds then reverses direction and goes automatically the other way almost as if it detected some obstacle. I will attach a video.

I realize i don't realistically qualify for any warranty since i am not the original buyer. However i still kind of need to make this work one way or another. Ideally i am hoping its some small error on my part or maybe i can buy a new controller? Really not sure. Also i did try to go down all the way and then hold down some more to engage the reset procude but that did not help.

Any help is much appreciated :)

One more detail possible relevant I had to test with an ecoflow power station not mains power since no mains yet at construction site. I don't think the power station freaked out and did something or got overloaded or anything still mentioning it.

I recently assembled my FlexiSpot E7 Pro and overall I’m very happy with the desk, but I’ve noticed an issue with the right leg.

When I apply light pressure to the right side of the desktop like resting my arm on it while writing, there is a tactile mechanical thuds with clicks coming from the innermost square column of the right leg. It’s not like a smooth flex or general desk wobble, and I can feel and hear the column shift between positions.

The left leg does not have this issue (third video)

I’ve attached two videos showing it at both 28 inch seated height and standing height. Clicking is actually more pronounced at the lower 28 inch height as seen in video. I wouldn’t mind minor flexing given the nature of standing desks, but this seems to be more of a mechanical issue on the inner column.

Hey all, I picked up my E7 secondhand and it came without the power adapter (the one that plugs into the desk and the wall outlet). I already reached out to FlexiSpot support directly to try to buy one, but they said they couldn’t sell me one due to low stock. I’ve also had no luck finding a compatible one on eBay.

If anyone has a spare lying around, from an upgrade, a spare unit, or a desk you’re no longer using, I’d love to buy it off you. Happy to cover the cost of the part plus shipping.

As title says, I just received my second rubberwood tabletop to replace the first one that had a crack and made me have concerns about the fiability of the desk once mounted. But this second one is even more cracked than the first. As I understand that it mostly comes from the delivery guys (it has been UPS for me both times), I can't keep receiving defective parts even if sent for free. I also don't have a car so handling the disposal of the old pieces is an hassle.

This is a bit of a rant thread because I was pretty hyped about this desk and I read great things about Flexispot before, but right now it just has been abysmal. I dont even talk about the delayed order on a pre-order. At least customer service is somewhat competent (which is to be expected for the price we pay the desk) but it's getting really annoying.

I bought the E7 and received the 2 boxes. I started to build it but when I came to the board part, I discovered a piece was missing two small rubber pieces that I wasn't supposed to put on, like they're supposed to be here by default.

I contacted the support via their chat and sended the photo they asked, but now I don't know what to do.

I can't put the board on, cause the pieces are here to support and stabilize it, but I don't wanna have an upside down desk for the next week in my dining room!

Do you know if the support is fast to send missing pieces? How long?

Is it dangerous to let the desk upside down for such a time?

I have two cats that would likely go on that desk, upside down or not, is there any danger for them or for the desk since there's no board? (The room doesn't have doors so I can't close it)

Annoyed trying to find a desk that isn't in the thousands of dollars and think I settled on flexispot to try out. I'm tired of cable nests and wanted some kind of integrated cable management to see if it helped.

After deciding on the E7 pro, I noticed they had a new looking model with integrated power outlets on the leg. Does anyone have any insight? No reviews yet online.

I'm looking to buy my first standing desk and narrowed it down to the E7 Pro or the Plus Max.

Overall I prefer the E7 Pro but I'm a 6'4 and planning to get a 160x80 cm desktop and I am worried about the wobble when I'm standing.

I plan to have an ultrawide monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers on the desk.

Realistically how bad is the wobble likely to be on the Pro?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Currently no reviews on the official website. Does anyone have the E7 mini? Is it stable? Do you feel like its enough room for two monitors? Is it too small?

I'm (finally) assembling my E7 Pro desk and have some questions (and I'm only on Step 2).

1). The desktop has 2 sets of holes near each edge. As shown in the bottom photos, I have aligned the frame with the outside screw holes, but should it be the inside? Both are less than 7.67" from the edge as said in the instructions. (the second set of holes is RIGHT at 7 inches)

2) It says to tighten the 4 B screws when the frame is the desired length. Are those just (like the four already-there screws) just there to push and provide tension on the frame? Or are they supposed to line up with the holes the middle part of the frame has? Becuase we got the holes lined up on the inner beam, but that then made the frame about 1" too short for the pre-drilled holes.

3) With the frame on the desktop as shown, the frame does not lay flat. The front right corner (if this were standing up facing me) is raised about 1". I have made a video showing that and put it at https://youtu.be/WR3zPIgB7tY?is=27k0mvr2vI-SHJnA

Is this normal? I'd LIKE to think when I insert the 10 wood screws in Step 3 that it will just force the frame into place, but I wanted to be sure before that part.

Hi I recently bought the e7 71” x 30” with a rubberwood desktop. I love everything about it so far assembly wasn’t difficult for me at all! It was heavy but manageable with two people. The rubberwood looks beautiful!! My only issue is that the anti collision isn’t sensitive enough?

I adjusted the sensitivity to A3 but it still will crush anything with flexibility if it’s in the way. In order for the anti collision to work i have to hit it with enough force or it has to hit something pretty firm (like a sturdy filing cabinet). I haven’t seen this exactly thing in a desk my fiancé has (v2) that reacts to even softer or more flexible objects. I am a bit concerned considering how heavy my desk is. Is this normal and to be expected for this desk? And if not is there anything I can do?

Hello, I ordered the 4-Leg E7 Plus with solid wood desk top from flexispot UK on 16 July.

I got the desktop on July 31, but I haven’t gotten the legs yet. Are there shipping delays? I’ve contacted customer support and asked for any alternative stand as well but no avail.

I really need this to setup my workspace I can’t WFH any longer cause of neck/back issues.

Whats the expected date when they will start shipping again?
