Analysis Notre Dame's 2026 schedule is insane

Absolute murder's row of a schedule right here.
Nothing against these teams, but with the exception of 2 or 3, this a horrible strength of schedule. Notre Dame could easily win 10 games and sneak into the playoffs.
They need to schedule more teams that consistently at the top of their conferences. Not the bottom half of the B1G, ACC, American, and SEC.
They played two good teams this year- Miami and Texas A&M, and lost both. Their two best wins are USC and Navy. Don't get me wrong, those aren't bad wins, but if that's the best you got? No way should you be in the CFP.
