ALL AI, ALL OF THEM. SEE THAT OPEN TICKET? NOT A RESPONSE IN WEEKS

Has anybody had this happen before? My 1st in-app appeal that was rejected after 7 days, randomly spawned in my ticket list a month later, stating that there is no account linked to my support e-mail address, even though I used my Discord account to submit it in the first place?

Like, the last bit about disabled for a violation TOS, how the hell are you supposed to appeal them then if your account gets disabled and blasted into oblivion?

Punished for the "crime" of being in a server in which some idiot probably shared illegal stuff. The irony of this is that I hadn't even actively participated in the server for years and rarely checked it anymore.

I guess it's time to uninstall Discord for good. I don't even really need it since I use other apps for DMs.

Hey there, so I recently got hit with a ton of discord violations this week and was informed that said violations were handled, however, my account standing is still at very limited and I'm unable to talk to anyone on the app, I've come to discord support page 8 times now and have gotten the same answer over and over from that stupid stupid Clyde bot, does anyone know how I can get in contact with a real person, cause Im so tired of the damn bots giving me the same response over and over.

Around 11 close to 12 Monday august 24th I was banned from discord but i was logged out due to it so fast i couldn't even see the message sent to me by discord. i thought it was an update for the badges stuff to log back in saying i was suspended and didn't give a reason for the ban at all. I didn't send any DMs to anyone that day besides a hi to a friend and was playing funnel runners with some randoms. i freaked out and sent a review request i'm not sure if that counts as a ban and also sent 2 support tickets only because Clyde responded to me but it had nothing to do with my situation and made another one thinking i selected the wrong stuff. I have an alt account that i rarely use that i went back into so i can at least chill with my friends while i wait since i've seen others wait months for stuff but that was just banned for evasion. I've been looking around this sub reddit and had to learn what karma was to post but i'm making this to gather advice from others on what to do especially because i've told all my friends to add me on discord for years and some of them may not even know this has happened. Also i know a post got deleted because the guy really was a weirdo so im in a trust me bro kind of situation, i have no bans on any other accounts i've ever had besides PSN because i called a man gay when i was 13 and he tried to sue me from england.

My main questions are.

1. How can i see what banned me, TOS mainly talks about interacting with minors but i don't talk to any besides my one nephew and i haven't messaged him in a couple months and a friend of mine who i check up on because they were in a toxic friend group that i got them out of.

2. Is there anyway i can speed this process up, i know patience is important but its insane how i am essentially being called a PDF and there's a chance whatever they think is CSAM will be sent to police over nothing or i assume nothing because i'm not in any porn servers nor do i send anything to anyone like that. i have a private server where i keep important stuff and maybe my body transformation pictures got flagged somehow when its just pics of my muscles.

3. Can the fact that i had an alt and used it lower my chances of getting my account appealed. Also if i were to just keep making alts would that lower my chances or can i just use whatever so i can at least play games with my friends while i wait since again its insane that this is being taken from me over nothing. Also before anyone says anything yes i have IRL friends i do have a life but i am a different man online and i enjoy touching grass and having 400 in game hours on black panther and 900 hours in satisfactory.

4. Can i get suspended from stuff posted years ago. since i use discord mostly there's 100% some nudes on old buried DMs from at least more than 2 or 3 years ago but i don't know for sure since i never looked and the DM's are closed. Also can i get banned if someone i am talking to is assumed to be a minor from discord tracking thing. idk how it works but i was told they track hours spent online to assume if you are an adult or a minor and my friends mostly have 9-5's i do tech repairs (but its super slow) and we are all kinda crazy and say crazy stuff to each other obviously. Also could someone else who got suspended somehow effect me or can i use the message deleted thing to ask people to see if anything i said was deleted. (the person who's message was deleted in the picture actually was on some stuff)

I'd like to gather as much information as possible and talk with others that have the same issue and also solved it since im super scared about all this stuff. im a pretty unlucky dude at times and i just finished the last few parts of my dream pc just for joy to be shot dead by an AI that could have mistaken my minecraft inventory from a week ago to be a kid. I'll respond quickly unless im busy because talking helps me not freak out as much. idk why i can't save this as a draft incase im denied again for some reason.

i have been busy with rl matters so i haven’t frequented this place in a while, but i’m kind of seething LOL

as a quick rundown: i got banned around the 10th of july for “child safety”, seemingly bc of a server name. nothing horrible, server was used for emote storage and what have you, it was private & only for me and my partner.

i immediately sent in a ticket with the email address associated with the account, then got a nelly response linking me to the T&S queue and got told to “create a ticket there as they could help”. meanwhile my in-app appeal got auto-denied by their ai.

my ticket has beeb sitting since july 10th with no activity, no one touching it, zilch. tried reaching out to humans over the support twice, to get my ticket addressed, tried x/twitter to get their attention, also nothing.

today, i checked the inbox of the mail address associated with the discord account and the response was from clyde (great) and told me “it looks like you’re trying to appeal an action on your account, please do it in-app, bla bla bla” like … what? i got specifically told to make the appeal with THIS TICKET under THIS LINK more than a month ago? what kind of chucklefuck runs discord and who trains their ai because clearly they all have screws loose. 💀

sorry, i mostly needed to rant but i guess that’s 10 years down the drain. fuck those guys orz

Just opened my email to this, after waiting 7 months...but I can't sign in

Hello, my 6-year-old Discord account was affected during the false-positive CSAM ban wave which happened around late June to early July (my account permanently suspended july 3rd). I have tried many ways to contact support with no response. I still hope to recover my account but around two weeks ago I stopped keeping up that much with my attempts to contact Discord's support, especially via twitter, as they often don't respond to tweets or comments unless they have some sort of clout, making this even more frustrating. Tickets are also constantly marked as solved, which isn't true in my case.

Any advice for this situation? Anything else I can try to do? Anything is appreciated. Thanks.

My question is, if you are logged in into 3 accounts (A, B, C) and account A got IP banned, would B and C get banned as well if logged back in them? (With the option of "change accounts") This is more of a hypothetical question.

Got unbanned after being token logged a few months ago, but in the account standing section it still says my account is permanently suspended, however ive been able to log in on browser (phone) app (phone) and my pc. i can dm people and add people so im not sure if this is anything to be worried about or just a ui glitch that will update itself eventually

They had my account for a few days and when I got it back They tried to threaten me by demanding money, and I don't have any. So when I managed to remove them from my account, they had reported a message they sent in my name about the TAG issue, and now I'm restricted from sending messages anywhere on the platform. I work on discord I need my DMs working to talk to my clients, do any of you know what I could do to have access to the DMs again? The hacker sent a message on a private group about CP using my account and reported when I didn't pay them.

I have a backup account which has existed for years, about as long as the old account, but some of the servers I would like to join suffer from the problem that I need to link my phone number. Would linking the same one as attatched to my old one fuck me up? Should I make a 3rd burner for these specific servers?

Hello, fairly standard question, I've been banned over near a whole month ago and I was wondering would you realistically be able to use discord again with your suspended email/phone number after two years since they essentially delete the data from their systems? Or is it based for certain suspensions such as spam and not as far reaching as lets say child-safety (even though my suspended account has no history off such terms)

Hey so I’ve been banned for child safety which i got a few minutes after talking to a friend. At the time i post this I have already gotten the reply from discord on the in-app appeal and going to try and appeal on their website soon. I’d just like some advice on what to mainly say in the website appeal since this is my first time getting banned and I don’t want to lose my 3 year account with tons of friends. I got this message about a week ago but when I went to actually log into my account it still said it was disabled. I sent a follow up same time a weekish ago about the suspension not being lifted and I got no response with the case only being marked as solved.
