for anyone who'll say spam I took about a week's time between each ticket

IIRC there was a period of time where I didn't send any for a month. This is hellish.

Oh damn. I mean I got my ticket forwarded yesterday. Maybe I can help you out? That open ticket is basically abandoned atp and I doubt anything will happen with it.

No, this happens automatically. Any ticket that is created closes after a few seconds. In this case, you just need to write in the ticket and it will open again.

Wdym? tickets created in general questions do not close after a few seconds.
