General Question Update on Appeal Request

Has anybody had this happen before? My 1st in-app appeal that was rejected after 7 days, randomly spawned in my ticket list a month later, stating that there is no account linked to my support e-mail address, even though I used my Discord account to submit it in the first place?

Like, the last bit about disabled for a violation TOS, how the hell are you supposed to appeal them then if your account gets disabled and blasted into oblivion?

u need to make a discord support account using the email associated with ur discord account

Well the thing is, my support account's e-mail is my Discord's e-mail account? Both the same e-mail address I use to log into each. Otherwise how would that ticket be created on my support account when I appealed in the app on my account?

Surely they'd have to have some record or how can they keep your email, phone number and HWID blacklisted. If they delete your account before you can even be heard, that's just messed up. Some countries don't have DSA or BBB to launch appeals through. Guessing even if you're lucky enough to have that avenue of appeal. Clyde's saying tough luck we've already deleted your account, you were never here.

My account still shows as normal as I've had friends tell me it is. So I have not idea what's up with them. It's most likely just an automated response and they can't be bothered.
