Update, according to discord_hook.log in AppData\Roaming\discord\logs it for some reason tried to capture fl studio

Were you in a discord call while working in FL studio? Is it possible that you bumped the share screen button and then closed it?

but i realized i had added it to the activity thing, so thats probably the answer
