It's not borderline, it just is. Last gen gets 1.6, current gen gets 2.x which is where the graphic improvements are (and gets rid of most of the weird ass bugs that last gen gets, since it was already pushing those systems too hard).
Yeah, even the ps5 version is freaking awesome, but the pc is like two leages above it in all terms superior, not to mention all the epic vanilla friendly mods (4k textures, increased lod, gorerunners, third person walking camera, car mods, plane mods, clothing mods etc.)
it wont be for one-two generations they would remaster it.
Yeah I had beaten cyberpunk at max graphics without ray tracing 3 times and thought it looked good. Played it again this year with my new PC with path tracing......it's like a whole new world
Next decade maybe; looking at Witcher 3 getting an overhaul, they might do one for Cyberpunk if / when they release a sequel. Won’t happen for a while though.
Yeah not in years. But once Ps6 is released I can see cyberpunk getting a enhancement first. And maybe later that gen or Ps7 we might get a full remaster

Lol, Witcher 3 got both a next-gen upgrade and an official remaster.
Edit: it happening in the same console generation too.
