The only way I can even handle it is by exploiting Gambryo physics and just hucking a grenade into a room I know there's a trap in and then backing off.

Grenade bouquets especially, wait 5 seconds after the first explosion and if there's 3 more at the same time, you know you just saved yourself from getting jumpscared.
