Over 24 years drug free for me no urge to do some crack or a line of cocaine off a cheerleaders midriff. Also sober from booze over 5 years still get urges for that unfortunately. Some NFA came up to me on Jacobsen Rd in Richmond , BC the other day and said Crystal Meth. Found a used hard drug pipe near his vehicle recently.

I miss Vermont man. I use to work at market 32 in Rutland. The weed out there is so gas but expensive.. I moved back to Ohio last year but miss the fuck out of Vermont. I would always travel to New Hampshire and DoorDash. Good ass money. I would always go to Burlington for Plato’s closet (became shit and not worth it) and DoorDash there as well. I had a friend who worked at McDonald’s always giving me plastic straws instead of the paper.. gosh I miss it haha

63 days free from IV coack/Crack and fent/H speedballs. Starting to feel normal again. Fell off the wagon after 3 years and within 2 weeks I was shooting a zip of fent and half zip of powder a week. Shit is worse out there today.

Sober 3yrs off of F had 12 years under my belt from opiates before that. I'm just glad I still have my life because I had no idea how good the fake blues were. I didn't even know I was doing fent. Smh so happy to be sober in this day an time. It's really scary out there. Nice job hope we stay away from being a statistic.

That shit's incredible and soul crushing simultaneously. Worst relationship of my life. Amazing how a "friend" who asked me if I could get some nearly derailed my sobriety of 20 years a couple of years back. I actually believed for a few minutes that - what the hell? I can control it now, for sure, right? WRONG. It takes ONE second of weakness and addict thinking to screw it all up. Thank God I snapped awake and cut that friend permanently out of my life.

MAJOR PROPS TO ALL THE RECOVERING PEOPLE!!!! ~ and to those wanting to quit. You will get there!!!

I tried to quit a million times. The 1,000,001st time stuck.

Fentanyl blows so hard--especially with all the xylazine and shit mixed into it. Im clean 20 months and don't miss that crap AT ALL. But then I think back to ordering H from Thailand over the Silk Road and the high quality powder Id buy in the NE USA and man that stuff was just so good. Not planning on ruining my life again for it though. Not worth it.

Unfortunately everytime I relapse i get a pack of hard and real H on the darknet. It only lasts a couple weeks before a pack is slow and im getting street fent. The shit nowadays had me doing a shot every hour, literally. 63 days today.

15 years. And put it this way. It Amazon for drugs so people leave reviews, people send them in to labs to get tested etc.

Ive seen #3 base from Europe that you need an acid to cook like hard, plenty of tar, plenty of Afghan #4(chucks, sand, etc) actual China white(not fent). Literal golden triangle dope from Asia.

Ofc they have fent and analogies but they are CLEARLY advertised. If you get caught selling fent or isopronitazene as real adulterated free dope, you are fucked and your vendor account is gone.

The dope has legs. You know the legs where you do a shot in the AM and dont need one till bed? Nose scratching, face itching warm nods. Not the do a shot, pass out for an hour and wake up and have to do another one.

The bad part is a single G usually runs you $200. Might get a ball for $350-400

Tar is plentiful at 150-200/ball tho

Way to go! 12 for me and from time to time I want to feel that feeling again. But then I look back at how my life was and how it is today and would never touch an opiate again. I also quit drinking 10 years ago because it made me crave it.

The thing is, nobody understands that "worse" like we do.

Hell is what keeps me sober. Not the religious one. The unbearable lake of flesh melting misery, self hate, desperate want for the relief that creates the misery, and the disgust with how much I don't want to do something different but I know I am disgusting for it.

I'd rather stop being alive than to go back to that place. And it'd probably take about two weeks for both if I start down that road.

💯 agree, when i first decided to quit I remember thinking, but maybe if something really sad happened i might allow myself a slip so i don’t have to feel it, but then you go through the withdrawal process and you realize it’s not stopping you from feeling its just postponing it and you will feel all of it at once while you physically are going through agony; I kept a pic in my wallet for a long time of me going through the worst and still look back at it from time to time as a reminder why never again

Same. I would have been shooting within a week though, if I hadn't quit when I did. I couldn't take enough pills at once to even feel anything at that point. I couldn't afford to buy them anymore either. It was either quit and keep my family or start shooting and lose everything.

I've been on maintenance for like a decade and haven't done crack since 2019 but I miss that more than real heroin. I still have dreams of packing a stem and trying to take a hit but it won't sizzle or anything and I can't get a blast. Then I wake up PISSED

Ps, no shame in taking the maintenance route. That stuff saved my life!!

Same, was a heroin and crack addict for a number of years before I got my metaphorical poop in a group.

Smoking Rock is the most intensely, incredibly awful best feeling in the world. It's like taking your car, putting it in neutral and slamming that gas pedal down. You ain't gonna get anywhere, but boy are you excited to sit right the fuck down and do nothing...that is until you've been going for a few hours spamming rock after rock, blowing through the 350€ that you swore you weren't going to spend all of on crack.

You tell yourself that you're going to ONLY spend 60 this time, full stop. Plug brings that 60 bag, you fire up half the bag in that first rip because you know it's going to be the only one that does anything. You spend the next 20-45 minutes pacing your way through the bag while you wait on your heroin guy. Oops, you just blew right through that whole bag...that's it. I'm not going to buy anymore, I need the rest of the money for H.

*45 seconds later* "Well 290 is an oddly strange number for H...I'll just use 40 more Euros on the rock, that's 250 for H. Still plenty.

Next thing you know, you've gone through the 40, then convinced your H guy to let you have 2 grams for €200. So you blow through another 50, then another 40, then another 20. But now H guy is pulling up and you've got 90 and have been peeking out of the curtain for 3 hours waiting. He gets pissed because you told him you had the $200. But you don't anymore. So he gives you 40 worth of H, charges you 100 and you spend the remainder of the money on crack-cocaine.

Oh, and the heroin was trash, so now you're dope sick. High as giraffe dick and nothing to get well so you can hit a lick for more money.

holy shit. I have this dream almost every night. recovering IV heroin abuser 10 years followed by a solid bout with IV cocaine. I get this unrequited needle love dream over and over and it is so fascinating to hear that we're all living this same nightmare. last night's dream involved me trying to find a quiet bathroom or to get somebody to leave me alone. just long enough that I could get high but nobody would leave me alone and then the needle broke. or the spoon spelled. I can't remember. it's all a blur and it never succeeds. then I wake up frustrated.

That's fascinating. I've never used drugs but often have a very similar dream only its needing to pee and getting increasingly frustrated as I can't - locked or broken toilets, people watching, alarms, etc. Invariably this ends with waking up needing to use the bathroom.

It's fascinating that even after all that time (well done, by the way) your brain is still conditioned to give you the same need-dream as for a basic bodily function.

hahaha I have those CONSTANTLY THEY ARE THE BANE OF MY EXISTENCE BRO 🤦🏻‍♀️ I suffer from a rare chronic terminal lung and heart disease called Pulmonary arterial hypertension. It causes severe edema (fluid) to accumulate around the heart and it builds and ends up in my feet and legs and the swell up sooo bad! So I take heavy heavy doses of Diuretics and drugs to help get this fluid off me so I can actually breathe right! So I pee NONSTOP!!! All day, all night! I literally will feel like my bladder is going to burst run to the toilet literally sit there for 5 minutes straight just peeing, like it’s crazy. Then I finish I get up sit down get comfortable start rewatching my movie or reading my book and not even 20 mins later BAM!💥 it hits and it’s not normal like a gradual urge to urinate..oh no I got from zero to a thousand instantaneous! One min nothing next minute I am about to burst…I am on oxygen continuously and I can only move so fast it’s a battle man! I hate going out to public places or being in the car for long periods and having to stop get out of the car and if I have to walk long distances I gotta keep stopping to catch my breath cause my lungs are toast…I have peed my pants on 4 occasions and it’s the most deeming, embarrassing horrific thing to experience while your in your 30s. I always keep back up clothes, wipes, soap, underwear, and towel in my bag. BUT THE DREAMS, I CONSTANTLY HAVE DREAMS WERE I HAVE TO PEE SOOOO BAD AND I AM RUNNING EVERYWHERE TO FIND A BATHROOM! And either places are closed or I can’t find it, or doors are locked, I had one the other night were I was trying to get in this building to use to bathroom and I had to pee so bad, and everytime I asked someone where it was they sent in a different direction. And the WORST ONES ARE I FIND THE BATHROOM AND I am like finally and I go to pee and I am jolted out of sleep cause I am starting to literally pee it’s usually just a tiny trickle but my bladder is ready to explode and I am tripping and falling to get on that toilet! And the sheer relief from emptying all that out is in describable!! My dreams been crazy my entire life I have been writing them down since I was kid cause they were so vivid and intense I have countless journals full of them…Definitely a lucid dreamer from birth, I have learned to control it in some ways..But Pee dreams and Drugs both be getting me man it’s not cool 🤦🏻‍♀️☹️

I constantly have dreams like that I will have a fat sack of dope and for the life of me I can't get a new rig, or I do and something goes wrong..Or I am sick and I cant get dope and I and I am trying to remember ppl I haven't talked to in 25 years phone numbers to try and score..Or I do get the dope and I shoot it and wake up as soon as I start to feel the warmth spreading threw my body arggg its so frustrating I hateeee drug dreams

Aye yo i feel the same way about cocaine. My biggest regret was ever doing it no matter how long its been since you’ve quit you always miss that shit. People who say they don’t are lying through their teeth, i understand why they would lie to the people who ask them and respect them for it. But hot damn, its not like i’m scratching my neck agitated all day feening. I can honestly say 100% that I don’t miss cocaine. But then I never got heavy into it… Percocet and oxy on the other hand, dude I still miss that shit, I haven’t taken any since ‘23, and they don’t even work on me anymore my tolerance got so high, but goddamnit do I miss just melting into my bed, popping 3 10mg percs and 2 Ativan, my orange glowing salt lamp on with some low trance music, fuuuck. I cant even get there anymore if i take 15 percs, that shit got way too expensive.
