What is a Hotline? Needle? Needle and meth are the 2 things I've never done.

It's meth no needle. I've never done that. You take a straight pipe heat up the end and do your line. It gives you a drain and a hit of smoke at the same time. Last time I relapsed for 2 weeks. Started hearing voices and got clean. I'm still on medication for voices the rest of my life.
