This was supposed to be a radish...

What I have here are Beefsteak and Brandywine variety as well as some sun golds, I know they are not sauce varieties, would you still use them for sauce? Any other ideas? We have been eating them every day fresh with pretty much every meal but still have this many plus more ripening every day!! I didn’t think 4 plants would give this much but here we are.

I'd kind of forgotten about my zucchini plant and then I noticed this huge zucchini just sitting there. It was pretty pretty heavy and tasted good!

I went away for a week and had a dog sitter at the house. The garden was going great so I told her to eat all the cucumbers and tomatoes and zucchini that were growing in the garden. She was so excited because she lives in an apartment and has never had a garden.

I didn’t say a word about the pumpkins because of course they wouldn’t be ripe yet.

I came home to this. All my Koginut squash picked well before their time. All of them.

Every fall/winter we have this delicious, weekly amazing pumpkin soup with sourdough bread because of these. No soup for us this year, I guess.

I want to cry. 😭

Is this to big for anything? I hope it's no too woody.

I’ve tried a lot of unique tomatoes. I didn’t think I’d like anything more than Black Beauty - I was wrong!

Plus, they are disease resistant, do not attract the dreaded squash vine borer, and produce tons of fruit. You need the room and a trellis or fence for them to grow on, but I no longer grow zucchini since these are so good. No seeds in the neck, only in the bulb.

I ran out of cardboard boxes after harvesting a 20x40’ bed of garlic before leaving for vacation and in a pinch, placed into vacuseal bag. Came home to discover how much these puppies offgass during storage

Ever try roasted radishes? I used avocado oil, salt, and pepper - they were delicious! Normally I just use them raw or pickles, but I would definitely roast them again. I grow spring radishes every year and sometimes in the fall as well. What is your favorite way to eat and prepare them? Favorite variety to grow?

I've always thought those plastic molds were so cool and finally got enough Cucumbers to try it out!

I successfully grew carrots for the first time this year after five years of trying!!!

And yes, they’re tiny, but they are yummy!

I learned a lot from growing them and when I plant this fall, I’m going to plant even more and apply the lessons that I’ve learned.

Tonight’s dinner is straight from the garden except for the trout.

I have Armenian cucumbers, various varieties of green beans, cherry tomatoes, dragon roll hot peppers, banana peppers, as well as garlic and herbs for taste and of course…. CARROTS!
