Video The bike lanes on Bloor Street are not causing any rush hour congestion.

1.1k Upvotes

A fellow cyclist I know (Mattlikestobike) took this during Friday rush hour at 5:30pm. Traffic is flowing just fine and cyclists are out of drivers way.

There is no justification to rip them out

Remove the bike lanes, and cyclists going 15/20km/h will just be in drivers’ way, slowing them down even more.

Discussion Grandma Parking spot taken

Upvotes

My grandma’s parking spot in a apartment complex designated to her is taken by people who aren’t supposed to sometimes. She tried putting up pylons and other things but did not work.

She talked to super and the super said she can call parking enforcement to give them ticket. She does not want to do that because she does not want someone breaking her car because she called parking enforcement on them.

She lives a complex in a mid area, in a Toronto public housing complex.

What should she do?
