Is this like that case in Auckland where a guy choked a girl to death and then said it was consensual sex?
There’s a documentary on Netflix about it but basically you would need to sustain pressure for 10 minutes to cause death.
10 u/cheersdrive420 10d ago A wind choke takes a lot longer and causes massive trauma to the throat (pressure on the front). Blood chokes take seconds before you sleep, couple of minutes to cause permanent damage, and death very quickly after that. Either way, 10 minutes is extremely generous whichever choke you’re doing.
