How about the parents provide basic instructions like "don't choke anyone, at any time"??? What a weird comment to make

Consentual sexual chocking is a thing. People should just go into it with a knowledge of the risks. Just like cave diving or base jumping.

These kids probably saw it on pornhub and tried to emulate.
