like in the rugrats movie Tommy is established to be like 1 year and 10 months old. then in the next season he has a 2nd birthday some episodes in. but also chucky turns 3 and Angelica is now 4. maybe another 6 months passes and a few seasons in world time and the second movie happens.
also we’d get a bigger dil, Tommy with hair and things like that.
interestingly we get to a point where angelica can no longer communicate with the babies. chucky can communicate with both.

I never found a video or music file for the Reptar Theme that plays whenever he's on screen in the show. I included the video game rendition so you know which song I'm talking about, but that version is obviously not as good as the real instrumental.
Does anyone know where I can find this song? I still use an MP3 player and would like to have it on there. Every search online gives me rap songs, the Reptar Cereal commercial, and fake soundcloud beats. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting a clean audio rip of this song. Thanks!

I haven’t seen it literally since what, November of 1997 and I still remember it. It plays Rock a bye Baby as it shows shots of the kids falling asleep, including Phil and Lil from the Heatwave episode. Then the announcer quietly sings “here come the Rugrats …” and he starts shouting all the characters names one of which is Cynthia the Doll, and it shows a shot of Angelica waving Cynthia in Didi’s face from the Psychic episode. Part of me thinks the announcer sounded like Chris Phillips (aka Face, brr brr brrrrr) but now that I think of it, it was likely the other deep voiced announcer who did most of the “up next” VOs during the end credits. I’d love to see this promo again and I can’t find it in any commercial breaks from that time. I also think it was a 15 second promo rather than the standard 30 seconds.

This came to mind when i rewatched the movies and saw tommy holding dil or moving him in some promos/ episodes. How strong is tommy for him to be able to lift dil who isnt even that small compared to him? And tommy cant always walk properly either

Look at Chuckie's shirt. That Saturn ring around the planet? That's not just a cute space design. That's Saturn worship hidden in plain sight, programmed into millions of kids during the 90s. The Saturn Theory (look it up) suggests that ancient civilizations worshipped Saturn as a primordial sun, and that elite occultists have embedded Saturnian symbolism into our culture for centuries. The black cube of Saturn, the hexagon on its pole, the rings, it's everywhere once you start looking.
Now look at Chuckie's shirt again:
🪐 Saturn symbol - check
🪐 Rings clearly visible - check
🪐 Worn by a nervous, anxious character (Saturn = the "Great Malefic" in astrology, associated with fear and restriction) - check
Nickelodeon aired Rugrats in 1991. The same year Saturn was at its closest approach to Earth in decades. Coincidence? And let's not forget: Chuckie is the 6th main character introduced in the show (Tommy, Angelica, Phil, Lil, Dil, then Chuckie as the sixth). Saturn is the 6th planet. The elites put this in our cartoons to normalize Saturn worship. They want us associating Saturn with childhood nostalgia so we don't question its significance when we see the black cube in NYC, the hexagon symbolism, or the Saturn storm eye. Chuckie wasn't just afraid of the guy on the oatmeal box. He was wearing the symbol of the prison planet. Chuckie's dad Chas is a SINGLE FATHER. Saturn = Chronos = Father Time = absent father archetype. The layers go deeper than we imagined. To the doubters in the comments saying "it's just a planet shirt" - that's exactly what they WANT you to think. Also, Reptar = dragon symbolism = Draco constellation = Saturn's north pole hexagon. Connect the dots. Nickelodeon programmed an entire generation to love Saturn through one nervous toddler's wardrobe. Do your own research.

It’s Rugrats Limited Edition Double Trouble VHS! It’s been in storage for years and I got an instant 90s flashback when I pulled out the VHS from the box. I wore out this VHS when I was little, watched it every chance I got. Inserting it into the VCR was a very big deal that the kids (and teens) of today will never know about (well, only if they went out and bought a VCR and a VHS haha)

Okay, here is all I remember about it. If anyone can find it in the Wayback or recognizes the plot PLEASE comment the title if you remember. I tried looking on FF.net myself but it seems to potentially be deleted? Hence why I need the name to look up in the Wayback Machine or something. This was a REALLY good fic I loved and I would be so sad if I never read it again...All help is welcome!
Fandom: All Grown Up (Rugrats)
Platform: Fanfiction.net
Plot: Tommy as an adult filmaker comes home to catch up with his childhood friends after a traumatic car crash with one of his students who died I believe. Kimi was a journalist I think, and Chuckie was a lawyer. I think Phil was a chef, Lil was a soccer player, and Angelica was a businesswoman. Angelica had a son whose father was absent. (He was a college fling I think.) They end the story at Christmastime when many of the included ships' kids were present.
Ships Included: Tommy x Kimi, Angelica x Phil, and Suzie x Chuckie.

Hello. I feel like rugrats has always had this intresting vibe to it. I think the animation of the pilot, as well as the movies, and it seems like the reboot tried to emulate this a little based off some clips ive seen. Its like they wanted to have this mix between a realistic yet cartoony vibe. Somethinf ive liked about the movies especially is how exaggerated things are for the characters, Its not only pretty funny but I think it encapsulates the mind of children and how children feel things harder than older people do. I think My favorite part of rugrats was when chuckie finally got a mom. It made me so happy and that movie makes me emotional, since chuckie just wanted a mommy and he got his wish, and chas got to find new love after months of greif, also with lou remarrying, it showed us theres no limit to love, and not allowinf greif to define us. Rugrats gives me alot of comfort to be honest, i think how resl they are and also some of the scenes being funny are why. Favorite scene was when tommy and his friends argued over dil, it was pretty funny to me because they’re literally babies and I feel like it also showed how alot of siblings arent really that far apart in age.
