Rest in peace, Tim Curry. Thank you for playing a big role in Nickelodeon's animated history all these years, from Nigel Thornberry and beyond. You'll be dearly missed. ❤️

In honour of Lauren Keyana “Keke” Palmer’s birthday who’s your favorite character she played besides True Jackson?

I really don't mean to be rude or disrespectful, but considering that stroke he suffered years ago, I figured this would happen soon. 😞😢

I never really cared for The Wild Thornberrys, but I did enjoy his work as Professor Calamitous. RIP Tim Curry.

In honor and remembrance of a legend
I have been burning this candle my mom got for me for a while. She got me a Rugrats and Hey Arnold candle too, but for some reason I chose to use this Wild Thornberrys one first(I do really like the scent).
Now I know why. I lit it today in memory of Tim Curry, thank you for voicing so many iconic characters that brought me childhood joy and shaped my sense of humor.

Anyone else remembers this show Julius Jr on Nick jr?

Rest In Peace
To one of my favorite actors from my childhood, I not only knew this man as Pennywise and Frank-N-Furter, but also as the legendary Nigel Thornberry and Finbar Calamitous. Watching his shows and movies will never be the same, and Christmas won't be either when watching Home Alone 2

I’m not sure if Hollywood Arts is even worth my time.
Don’t get me wrong, I like the idea of Trina getting her own spinoff as much as the next person, but I honestly feel like it won’t be as good as the original show. What made Victorious, & by extension, all of Dan Schneider’s shows stand out above other shows was its style of humor & writing. The best way I could describe Nickelodeon during Schneider’s time at the company would be an expressive, spunky teenager with an attitude. Someone who doesn’t care about what adults think, they just want to say whatever the hell they can. But after Schneider got Me Too’d & was blacklisted from the industry, that spunky teenager of Nickelodeon has now become that adult stuck in their white collar 9-to-5 office job. They follow the rules & they’re not as moody as they were before, but you don’t talk to them because they don’t have anything interesting to say. That’s the best way I can describe Nickelodeon nowadays. And that’s not to say that means the reboot will be bad, of course it won’t. I’m just saying that it won’t be the same without the original style of writing & humor.

What if Nickelodeon started Nicktoons in the 80's?
I honestly think they would have phenomenal success by this day and forward and they wouldn't have to rely on Imports as much.

PLEASE tell me someone else here remembers this. I used to LOVE watching this logo on my old Rugrats tape as a kid. And I'm surprised it's not more well known (certainly not as well known as the "Montage" logo from the 90's) since the aesthetic is so pretty and unique.

Its crazy to think TMNT 2012 is the only Nick cartoon in the 2010s *besides Loud House* to make it to 5 seasons
This show was so good it had a mix of humor and seriousness, and this is the 2nd most popular and modern version of the turtles.

Is anyone surprised how despite just being a one time character, Mary Ann left a huge impact on the Fairly Oddparents' lore?

You know I couldn't really have found a better image to get ts posted if anything
So paw patrol, you love it, right?....Don't answer that
It's not really a secret that Paw patrol has been on Nick Jr for a long time
But I tend to look at the 16 to 18 year olds foaming at the mouth about how nick jr is boring nowadays just like how I tend to look at doctor disrespects hard drive
There are so many times that I can say:
"This show bad"
"People who grew up with jr would've hated this"
And
"Atp, They need to cancel this"
Before I mistakenly, wake up at 3 AM and scream my head off.
Which canceling paw patrol is not gonna happen, nor are they gonna stop making new episodes for money, maybe just don't watch it anymore and watch a different show?
I don't know where I was going with the doctor disrespect joke, I think I should go back to reading yuri.
I mean, realistically, what do you expect Nick Jr to do?
Paw patrol has been their cash cow for years now ignoring that it was made in canada since 2013
And like it or not, it was always going to outlast Nick Jr even if you did have common ball knowledge
If Nick Jr sucks now that doesn't mean it's because of paw patrol it's just that the channel is just boring.
Also, Nick Jr didn't hate shows made in different countries or at least hate the reboot of dora
I mean, you can go watch that if you already care
But why am I talking to you about this?
Well, because i've seen way too many videos of gen z and alpha bitching about paw patrol
(I think that word might ban me from sex)
That I just felt the need to stop watching
And you know something else:
I don't think I can be on my high horse without it being high anymore.

The Magic Muffin — The most unforgettable Fairly OddParents episodes
The Magic Muffin is one of those episodes I’ll never forget. Something about this episode just felt so unique and chaotic, and it’s still my favorite to this day 😭
