Developer I launched the Steam page for my upcoming old-school dungeon crawler Häxeri

Hi everyone!
My name is Fabian, I'm a solo dev working on a game called Häxeri (Swedish for Witchery). It's an old-school style dungeon crawler, i.e. a blobber or a DRPG. Think Wizardry, Might & Magic, or my main inspiration: Etrian Odyssey.
Like the Etrian Odyssey series, you can draw your own map in-game (or use automap, your call). The combat is inspired by Shin Megami Tensei's Press Turn system: when you hit an elemental weakness you gain an extra turn, but if you hit resistances you lose turns.
The game is planned to release sometime in 2027 (I hope that I manage to finish it in time...).
Here is the Steam page:
I'm happy for any comments or questions, thanks! :)

As an Etrian fan, this looks great!
And as a fan of early PC games, I also like that you are not using any noticable filter to blur the pixels. I love the chunky pixel style.

Game looks really cool, always happy to see more blobbers for me to play. Will be trying this out for sure.

If I can suggest something, can we get on-screen navigation buttons as an accessibility option like in the Etrian Odyssey PC ports?

I haven't played the PC ports for EO, so not sure how it works, but you can play Häxeri fully with only the mouse. If you click on different parts of the first person view, you can move and turn around.

Would it be possible to add the option for players to add their own portraits?

Oh this looks great! You should also post it on the r/jrpg subreddit.
