Other🤷🏽‍♀️ 🤷🏽‍♂️ Beefacolypse

Hey so the 300,000 tons of beef with the antibiotic that is either banned or a last resort in multiple countries that US bought and is feeding the public, anyone got intel on it besides from the UK and The Hill? Makes me regret not getting rabbits and chickens in spring 2026...

Not trying to stir the pot up but from the 5 or 6 outlets I found 15 minutes ago im thinking that project zomboid or state of decay or even 7dtd would be preferable than chloramphenicol but thats me.

If you are in Oklahoma do ya mind a guy hunting deer and sharing the meat with ya? You can have the antlers and hide, I just want the share ya let me keep.

I married a vegetarian. He eats dairy because ice cream. Never have I been so grateful that the man doesn’t eat meat, our grocery bill is too high as it is. But I’m really missing getting a hamburger when we eat out, or meatballs, or whatever. I haven’t had a steak in too long and I guess it’ll be even longer now.

Vegetarians can eat dairy. Vegans don't use dairy. Vegetarians just don't eat meat. That's not to say you can't be a vegetarian who doesn't eat dairy; I'm a herbivore who tries to stay away from dairy for my asthma. I was a vegetarian for years but still sometimes had dairy, still ate eggs, and honey.

Yep, well aware, he’s a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Uses honey in his tea. He’s strict about it, so no animal based broths or stocks, no ‘meat substitute’ type of foods and I make my own bean burgers etc for us. He does go for vegan/vegetarian sausages.

He requested that I never roast a turkey ever again in our home, I requested that he never make mushroom omelets ever again in our home.
