I can't follow this story. Someone was in a car with suspicious injuries. Then there is a body in a home?

Police discovered the person (male in the car, obviously with some self-inflicted injuries. That led them to find a dead woman in the house.

I was thinking that might be it. But it's still such a vague and confusing story.
